The additive comprises 35-60% butanol, 30-55% polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with a mol. M 402 cu, 6-12% fluorine-containing chloride of a quaternary ammonium salt of the formula [C 8 F 17 CONCHC 3 H 6 N (C 2 H 4 OH) (CH 3 ) 2 ] Cl. The additive additionally contains 0.2-2.0% of N-perfluorononanoyl- -aminosulfonic acid sodium salt. As a result, evaporation of the components of hydrocarbon fuels during their storage in tanks is reduced, and reuse of the additive is ensured by eliminating the deposition of the additive on the walls of the tanks, pipelines and filters of the fuel systems of the engines.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to petrochemicals, in particular to compositions of additives for hydrocarbon fuels, especially to motor gasolines added in order to reduce fuel losses from evaporation during storage, and can be used at petroleum storage depots and fuel depots.
An additive is known, consisting of a fluorine-containing surfactant, an ethylene oxide-based polyester and propylene oxide, 2500 eu, ethylene glycol and aliphatic alcohol, which is used as butanol-1 (Usin VV, Ulitko AV et al. Environmental protection in the application of fuels and the operation of transport, Ulyanovsk, UTSNTIP, 1993 , P.25).
However, this additive has a high concentration of components and little efficiency in reducing fuel losses from evaporation during storage
Also known is an additive consisting of a fluorine-containing surfactant, an ethylene oxide-based polyester and propylene oxide with a mol. M. 3503 cu, ethylene glycol and aliphatic alcohol (Usin VV, Ulytiko AV et al. Environmental protection in the application of fuels and the operation of transport, Ulyanovsk, UTSTSNTIP, 1993, p. 34-35). The additive contains, wt.%: Fluorine-containing quaternary ammonium salt of 4.5-5.5; Polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with mol. M. 3503-47.0-49.0; Ethylene glycol 4.5-5.5; Butanol-1 - up to 100. The known additive is used to reduce the losses from evaporation by introducing directly into the hydrocarbon fuel in a concentration of 0.2% by weight. The experience with the application of the additive testifies to its inadequate efficiency in reducing fuel losses from evaporation during storage.
The closest in technical essence and the result achieved to the additive of the present invention is a hydrocarbon fuel additive comprising a mixture of butanol and polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in which the fluorine-containing chloride of a quaternary ammonium salt of the formula [C 8 F 17 CNNCH 3 H 6 N (C 2 H 4 OH) (CH 3 ) 2 ] Cl (RU 2208041 C 10 L 1/18, 2003). The known additive for hydrocarbon fuels contains both decanol and dioctyl ester of phthalic acid at the following component ratio, wt%:
Fluorine-containing quaternary chloride
Ammonium salt of formula
[C 8 F 17 CONNSN 3 H 6 N (C 2 H 4 OH) (CH 3 ) 2 ] Cl 1,2-3,4
Polyester based on ethylene oxide
And propylene oxide with mol. M. 2,501 3,5-7,5
Dioctyl ester of phthalic acid 3.5-7.5
A mixture of decanol and butanol at a ratio of 1: 1 is the balance.
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the low efficiency in reducing fuel losses from evaporation during storage (reducing the volatility of 30% on gasoline A-76), as well as the almost complete deposition of these additives on tank walls, pipelines and filters of fuel systems during fuel transfer and drainage of tanks , Which makes it impossible to use these additives again when filling the tanks. This is due to the fact that the known additive has high surface properties and therefore is capable of depositing on the metal surfaces of the containers. After releasing the container from the fuel, the additive film is virtually impossible to separate from the tank surface by feeding a new batch of fuel.
The object of the present invention is to develop and create an additive for hydrocarbon fuels having improved performance and efficiency.
As a result of solving this problem, it is possible to obtain technical results consisting in reducing the evaporation of the components of hydrocarbon fuels during their storage in tanks, and in ensuring the reuse of the additive by eliminating the deposition of additive on the walls of tanks, pipelines and filters of fuel systems of engines.
These technical results are achieved in that in a hydrocarbon fuel additive comprising a mixture of butanol and polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in which the fluorine-containing chloride of a quaternary ammonium salt of the formula [C 8 F 17 CNNCH 3 H 6 N (C 2 H 4 OH) (CH 3 ) 2 ] Cl, polyester with mol. M. 402 cu, the additive further comprising N-perfluorononanoyl- -amino-sulfonic acid sodium salt with the following component ratio, by weight:
Fluorine-containing quaternary chloride
Ammonium salt of formula
C 8 F 17 CONNSN 3 H 6 H (C 2 H 4 OH) CH 3 ) 2 Cl 6-12
N-perfluorononanoyl- -aminosulfonic acid
Sodium salt 0.2-2.0
Polyester based on ethylene oxide and oxide
Propylene with mol. M. 402 cu 30-55
Butanol 35-60
A distinctive feature of the present invention is that the hydrocarbon fuel additive further comprises N-perfluorononanoyl- -aminosulphonic acid in an amount of 0.2-2.0% by weight, and the polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide is polyester with a mol. M. 402 cu As a result of the interaction of N-perfluorononanoyl-
-aminosulfonic acid with a fluorine-containing chloride of a quaternary ammonium salt of the formula [C 8 F 17 CNNCH 3 H 6 N (C 2 H 4 OH) (CH 3 ) 2 ] Cl, polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with a mol. M. 402 cu And butanol, the loss of fuel from evaporation decreases and the polymer film does not adhere to the metal surfaces of the fuel tanks, which allows the use of the additive in containers many times.
The content of the additive components ensuring the achievement of the above results has been established experimentally.
In addition, it is expedient that the ratio of the polyester content based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with mol. M. 402 cu And butanol was 49:40.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
For the preparation of the additive, the fluorine-containing chloride of the quaternary ammonium salt of the formula [C 8 F 17 CNNCH 3 H 6 N (C 2 H 4 OH) (CH 3 ) 2 ] Cl is dissolved in a mixture of butanol and polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with mol. M. 402 cu
N-perfluorononanoyl- -amino sulfonic acid sodium salt in an amount of 0.2-2.0% by weight.
The fluorine-containing chloride of the quaternary ammonium salt of the formula [C 8 F 17 CONNSN 3 H 6 N (C 2 H 4 OH) (CH 3 ) 2 ] Cl is a waxy substance of light brown color, hygroscopically soluble in alcohols. It has a density of 1560-1600 kg / m 3 , a melting point of 80 ° C, a chlorine content of 5.0-5.6% by weight. The technical name is "HOUR 9". It is produced according to TU 6-02-2-817-84.
Polyester based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with mol. M. 402 cu - a syrupy colorless liquid. The content of hydroxyl groups is 1.5-1.7%, the acid number is <0.1 mg KOH / g, the Hoppler viscosity at 25 ° C is 450-600 MPa · s, density is 1010 kg / m 3 , mol. M. - 402 USD. The technical name is "Laprol-402". It is produced according to TU 6-05-221-484-79.
Butanol is a colorless transparent liquid. It has a density of 800-830 kg / m 3 , T bale - 108 ° C. It is produced by industry in accordance with GOST 6006. It is used as a solvent in the paint and varnish industry (Chemical encyclopedia, in 5 tons, vol.1, Knunyants IL et al. M., Sov. Ents., 1988, p.336-337).
N-perfluorononanoyl- -amino-sulfonic acid sodium salt is a colorless liquid obtained by known routes.
The additive according to the present invention is introduced into the hydrocarbon fuel after the tank is filled with fuel, for example automobile gasoline, in a concentration of 0.015-0.025% by weight. The additive is introduced into the fuel by spraying.
To substantiate the quantitative composition of the additive, samples were prepared (see Table 1), which were tested in a composition with automobile gasoline A-76 in accordance with GOST 2084. Samples 1-5 differ in the percentage of components in the additive according to the present invention.
The effectiveness of the additive was estimated by the amount of evaporated fuel when stored under static conditions for two days with respect to fuel without an additive and fuel with an additive at the closest analog. The results of the additive tests are shown in Table 2.
Evaporation tests were carried out under static conditions in glass beakers with an evaporation area of 13.8 cm 2 at an air temperature of 18-20 ° C and a relative humidity of 85-95%. The error in determining the evaporation is ± 0.05 g / day.m 2 .
Analysis of the results (Table 2) allows us to conclude that the most preferred are the samples of additives Nos. 1 and 2, although all the test compositions under the conditions considered reduce the amount of gasoline evaporated from the surface.
The effectiveness of the action of additives was also evaluated for reducing evaporation of fuels with repeated (repeated) use of compositions sprayed on the surface of the fuel - during dehumidification and subsequent filling of the container with fuel. As can be seen from Table 2, the additive of the present invention does not substantially reduce its effectiveness, since it does not precipitate on the surfaces.
