DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of oil refining and petrochemistry, specifically to the composition of the additive and the fuel composition containing this additive intended for use in internal combustion engines.
An additive is known to motor fuels, for example unleaded gasoline, which is bicyclopentadienyl iron.
However, this additive is ineffective, since it has a limited solubility in gasolines.
A motor fuel additive containing methyl-t-butyl ether, monomethylaniline, a mixture of alcohols and organometallic compounds, for example bicyclopentadienyl iron, is known.
The additive is introduced into the fuel composition in an amount of 12-15% by weight.
However, the additive is not effective enough and it is necessary to introduce it at high concentrations to ensure the desired effect.
The closest to the claimed technical solution is a fuel additive containing an oil-soluble iron compound, for example a dialkyl derivative of bicyclopentadienyl iron; Low-boiling monocarboxylic acid and detergent additive.
Fuel compositions containing this additive in an amount of 0.5 2.2 wt.
However, the known additive has insufficiently high anti-knock and detergent properties.
The object of the invention is to provide an additive for gasoline having enhanced detonation and detergency properties and a fuel composition containing this additive.
To solve the problem, an additive is proposed to gasoline, including diethylbicyclopentadienyl iron and 1.0 to 99.5% by weight. Bicyclic pentadienyl iron.
The additive may comprise an aromatic amine selected from the group: N-methylaniline, xylidine, a mixture of isomeric xylidynes with triethylamine in a weight ratio of 1: 1, or a hydrocarbon fraction boiling within 100-360 ° C.
The additive can and additionally contain a detergent which is a mixture of polyethylene polyamine acylated with C 5 -C 25 carboxylic acids and mono-acyl, monoalkyl or monoalkylphenyl ether of polyoxyalkylene glycols. 500 4000, taken in a weight ratio of 1: 1.
A fuel composition containing gasoline and 0.005 0.06 wt. An additive including diethylbicyclopentadienyl iron and 1 99.5 wt. Bicyclopentadienyl iron.
The fuel composition can and contain in its composition 0.05 2% by weight. An aromatic amine selected from the group: N-methylaniline, xylidine, a mixture of isomeric xylidenes with triethylamine in a weight ratio of 1: 1 and / or 0.005
0.5% by weight. Detergent additive of the composition described above.
The novelty of the claimed technical solution is the joint content of diethylbicyl-cyclopentadienyl-iron and bicyclopentadienyl-iron in the amounts indicated.
Joint use of these components allows to obtain an additive to gasoline with high anti-knock resistance, obtained due to the synergistic effect.
The additional content of the aromatic amine additive leads to an increase in the anti-detonation properties of the additive, in addition, the aromatic amine can serve as a solvent, which, like the use of a hydrocarbon fraction boiling within 100-360 ° C., allows this composition to be produced as a commercial product.
Adding a detergent additive allows, along with ensuring high detergent properties of the additive, to improve its storage stability.
The introduction of the above additive into the composition of gasolines makes it possible to expand the range of produced commercial gasolines while improving their detonation and detergency properties.
The proposed additive is prepared by mixing the components with vigorous stirring at a temperature of 30 ° -80 ° C. for 0.5-1 hour. The prepared additive is introduced into the gasoline with stirring without additional heating. Six samples of the additive were prepared by this method.
For the preparation of the additive, components with the following characteristics were used.
Bicyclopentadienyl-iron crystalline powder of orange color with a melting point of 174 ° C (TU 6-02-964-78).
The diethylbicyclopentadienyl-iron liquid is reddish-brown, the refractive index at 20 ° C is 1.5785 (TU 6-02-593-86).
N-methylaniline is an oily liquid of light brown color, density 982 kg / m 3 (TU 6-14-5071-90).
As an aromatic amine, xylidine-c (TU 6-04-5807974-90), fuel TG-02 (GOST 17147-80), which is a mixture of isomeric xylidenes with triethylamine in a weight ratio of 1: 1, can be used. When added to the composition of the additive, they give an effect similar to N-methylaniline.
The detergent used to prepare the additive samples is a 1: 1 mixture of polyethylene polyamine, of the general formula: NH 2 (C 2 H 5 NH) n H, where n 1 -6, acylated with C 12 -C 18 oil acids and monoalkylphenyl Ether of polyethylene glycol of formula R-C6H4-O (C2H4O) mH, where R is alkyl C8- C12 , m6 (TU 3850724-87). In the preparation of a detergent additive for the acylation of polyethylene polyamine, synthetic fatty acids of the C 5 -C 25 fraction, higher isomeric acids C 5 -C 25 , synthetic naphthenic acids C 17 -C 25 , acids of tallow, coriander, linseed oil can be used. Instead of monoalkylphenyl ether of polyethylene glycol as component of detergent additive, monoalkyl ether of polyoxyalkylene glycols of the formula:
R 1 O (C 3 H 6 O) to (C 2 H 4 O) L H,
Where R 1 is alkyl C 3 -C 25 , k 5 50, L 1 20,
Or polyoxyalkylene glycol monoacyl ether of the formula:
R 1 -COO (C 3 H 6 O) k (C 2 H 4 O) L H,
Where R 1 is alkyl C 3 -C 25 , k 5 50, L 1 20.
These esters are obtained by anionic copolymerization of ethylene oxide and propylene in the presence of starting substances and alkaline catalysts. For the production of monoalkyl ethers, fatty alcohols with the length of hydrocarbon radical C 3 -C 25 are used as starting substances, and monoacyl ones are higher carboxylic acids with the length of the radical C 5 -C 25 . The detergents obtained by the described method are similar in detergency to the additive used for the preparation.
As a hydrocarbon fraction in the examples used diesel fuel grade A (GOMT 305-82), for this purpose, diesel fuel of other brands, aviation kerosene (GOST 10227-86), denormalizate of the Parex installation can be used.
