DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

(EN) The invention relates to the field of oil refining, specifically, to the composition of a domestic heating fuel intended for domestic needs, agricultural enterprises, and for supplying the population.

In accordance with the technical conditions, the stove fuel is made from distillates of direct distillation of oil, products of secondary production - gas oils of catalytic cracking, thermal cracking, coking. To reduce the pour point of furnace household fuel, depressor additives are introduced into their composition.

A fuel composition is known comprising 10-90% of a petroleum fraction boiling in the range of 345-400 ° C, 90-10% of a distillate fraction with a boiling range of 175-345 ° C and 0.1% of a depressant additive constituted by a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate or Alkyl chloride with a molecular weight of 4,000 to 70,000.

(U.S. Patent No. 4,127,139, 44-62, 1978)

It is also known fuel oil furnace, containing, mass%:

Fraction 110-420 ° C of secondary distillation of fuel oil - 4 - 11

Fraction 230-380 o C of secondary distillation of fuel oil - 10 - 30

Raffinate of selective cleaning of oils - 5-20

Fraction 180-380 ° C of catalytic cracking gas oil - 1 - 25

Fraction of 240-500 ° C of vacuum gas oil - 2-20

Fraction of 180-360 ° C of direct distillation of oil - up to 100

(Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2009172, C 10 L 1/04, 1994)

The closest to the claimed technical solution is the furnace household fuel containing, in mass%:

Fraction 180-KK of secondary distillation of gasoline - 1 - 10

Mixture of hydrotreated distillates:

A) 160-400 ° C of direct distillation of oil - 30 - 80

B) 160-380 ° C of catalytic cracking gas oil (98: 2 - 80: 20)

Gasoline catalytic cracking, boiling in the range of 160-400 o C - 1-50

Vacuum distillate, boiling in the range 280-480 ° C - 1 - 20

Depressor additive - 0,005 - 0,1

Fraction of 160-400 o C direct distillation of oil - up to 100

(Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2126439, C 10 L 1/04, 1999)

A disadvantage of the known household furnace fuel compositions is the high production cost due to the significant content of middle distillate fractions in their composition, as well as the products subjected to hydrotreatment, which limits the release of fuel. These components can be used for their intended purpose as components of diesel fuels with greater efficiency.

The object of the present invention is to increase production and reduce the cost of domestic heating fuel.

To solve this problem, we offer furnace household fuel containing, in mass%:

Fraction of 160-420 ° C of direct distillation of oil - 5-95

Vacuum distillate, boiling in the range of 240-440 o C - 1-20

Gasoline hydrocracking, boiling in the range of 180-400 o C - 5-60

Visbreaking gas boiling, boiling in the range of 160-450 ° C - up to 100

Moreover, the proposed oven fuel may contain 0.005-0.1% by weight of a depressant additive.

The difference between the proposed furnace domestic fuel is the content of the hydrocracker gas oil and visbreaking gas oil in its composition, and the ratio of the components.

These products are characterized by wider limits of boiling than in the known composition, due to which the volume of production of stove fuel is increased.

The depressant additive is introduced into the fuel to reduce its pour point to the specifications - not higher than minus 15 o C in winter and minus 5 o C in summer.

The proposed furnace heating oil is prepared by mixing the components on a stream or in a tank.

To illustrate the claimed technical solution, 5 samples of household furnace fuel were prepared.

The characteristics of the components used for the preparation of furnace household fuel samples are given in Table 1.

The composition of the fuel samples prepared and the test results are shown in Table 2.

From the data given in Table 2, it follows that the proposed furnace fuel is fully compliant with the requirements of TU 38.101656-99.
