DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the manufacture of molded articles, and lignin-containing materials can be used for domestic and industrial use.

A method of producing fuel briquettes comprising dosing, grinding, sieving, drying, blending and compressing the peat, coal and lignin (see. Auth. St. 1544789, C 10 F 7/06, of 04/25/88, publ. 23.02 .90).

The disadvantage of this method is the poor quality and limited scope (for fuel briquettes).

Known and the method of manufacture of fuel briquettes from wood waste, including wood waste shredding, processing up to 300 o C with superheated steam in the filtration mode, and then pressing (see. Russian patent 2046821, C 10 L 5/44, on 08/12/92, publ. 10.27.95, prototype).

The disadvantage of this method is limited list used for pressing materials, the complexity of its implementation and the narrow scope of application, mainly for fuel briquettes.

The object of the invention is a method of increasing efficiency by making it simpler, while improving quality, expanding the scope of application.

The task performed lignin materials briquetting method comprising dosing them over the press, a steaming temperature of 100-250 o C, and pressing, a pressing chamber of the invention is preheated to a temperature of 300 o C, by steam treatment is performed in the pressing process at steam supply for 2-25 atm pressure, the steam supply is performed cyclically in such a way that the beginning of the steam corresponds to the start time of pressing the material briquetted, then the steam supply is stopped and the total time of stopping steam supply and steam pressing time equal to the time and steam with 5-15 less press time.

Comparative analysis of the proposed solutions with the prototype allows you to select features that distinguish the present process from the prototype that meets the criterion of "novelty".

The analysis did not reveal technical solutions including solutions, coinciding with the characterizing features of the proposed method, which corresponds to the criteria "inventive step".

The method is as follows.

The starting material is poured into the tank, where the dispenser is fed into the press, where with the help of the screw goes in the press chamber, its configuration corresponds to the configuration of the pressed product. Press chamber preheated to 300 o C. At the time of briquetting to destroy the cell wall and selection of the cells fed steam pressure of 2-25 psig and a temperature of 100-250 o C, and steam is fed cyclically, and the total time of the steam supply and supply stop anyway formation time briquetted product. Start the steam corresponds to the start of the formation of briquetted product and duration of steam depends on the mass and composition of the briquetted product and pick it experimentally.

The vapor pressure of 2-25 psig is optimum for the process. It contributes to the destruction of cell walls and lignin bonding material, enhancing the strength of the resulting article. By reducing the pressure less than 2 psig steam saturation material process stops, and therefore, stops execution of the main functions of the pair - threading material.

When the pressure increases more than 25 atm significant elevation of energy expenditure, which makes the process expensive.

Minimal use temperature of 100 o C is the minimum temperature of the active vaporization. Above 250 o C heat and impractical because there is no noticeable improvement in the passage of the pressing process.

supply time of steam 5-15 with less press time, selected experimentally and is optimal. By reducing the gap to less than 5 quality products rapidly deteriorating due to steam the material breaks, so the length of time the steam out of the product is small. By increasing a gap 15 occurs with products from sticking to the pressing chamber, which reduces the quality of the products and can cause damage to the press.

Example 1. The starting material, hardwood sawdust humidity of 10% is charged into a hopper, where the dispenser is fed into the press and a screw - in a pressing chamber, preheated to 300 o C. At the beginning of the briquetting pressure steam is introduced 5-10 psig and a temperature of 120 o C. . briquetting time of 30 seconds. 15 with steam. Get a cake moisture of 6-8% with a glossy surface, a very tight fit for fuel.

Take Example 2 20 kg of chopped straw particles size of 3-5 mm, 18% moisture is charged into a hopper, where the dispenser is fed into the press and a screw - in a pressing chamber. The preheating chamber - 300 o C. At the beginning of the briquetting fed steam pressure of 10-12 psig and a temperature of 180-200 o C briquetting time of 30 seconds. 20 with steam. Get a cake moisture of 10%, suitable for fuel.

Example 3. The starting material - sawdust softwood and hardwood moisture content of 12%, 20 kg, is charged into the hopper, where the dispenser is fed into the press and a screw - in the press chamber. Preheat chamber to 300 o C. At the beginning of the briquetting fed steam pressure 20-25 psig and a temperature of 245-250 o C briquetting time of 30 seconds. 25 with steam. Configure the product type baseboard. The resulting product is highly durable, has a glossy surface. Humidity 8%.

EXAMPLE 4 Starting material - humidity 12% lignin. Take 20kg was charged into a hopper, where the dispenser is fed into the press and a screw - in a pressing chamber. Pre-heating chamber 300 o C.

At the beginning of the briquetting fed steam pressure 2-4 psig and a temperature of 115-210 o C. The pressing time of 30 seconds. 25 with steam. Get fuel briquettes moisture content 8%.

Upon completion of forming the briquette that their configuration corresponds to the configuration of the pressing chamber is formed next preform, thus forming the beginning of the briquette feed steam cycle is repeated. The duration of the steam depends on the mass and composition of the briquetted product and interruptions pair are from 5 to 25 seconds depending on the size briquetted product, and the mass and composition and briquetted product.

Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to obtain products of lignin-containing materials wide range of applications for both municipal and industrial applications, but also allows you to receive high-quality goods high strength with sufficient efficiency.

A device for briquetting of fuel briquettes, comprising a hopper, feeder, compression chamber, a rotary stamp with working elements formed on its surface, committing helical motion (see auth.. St. 1249058, C 10 F 7/04, E 21 C 49 / 00, on 12/9/80, publ. 07.08.86).

The disadvantage of this device is the poor quality of the briquettes, low density material, thus limiting application of products.

Known briquetting press, comprising a hopper, feeder, press chamber with a slit-like channels in its wall (see auth.. St. 1,660,988, in 30 9/28, on 25/08/89, publ. 07.07.91, prototype).

The disadvantage of this device is a narrow range of materials used and the narrow scope of application of products of these materials, and insufficient quality and complexity of design.

The object of the present invention is to simplify the design, and a widening of the scope of the lignin-containing product material while increasing product quality.

The problem is solved by means of a complex for the briquetting of lignin-containing material, comprising a hopper, feeder, press, press the camera defining an internal cavity with gas channels, the inventive housing with rasmeschennym it screw press chamber is replaceable, its configuration corresponds to the configuration of the pressed products, and in chamber has at least one groove communicated to at least one orifice for supplying steam which communicates with the steam generator by means of connecting hoses.

According to the invention, helical channels for the outlet of gases formed in the form of a rod connected to the screw press.

According to the invention gas outlet channels are made in the form of a snake within the chamber.

Comparative analysis of the proposed solutions with the prototype allows you to select features that distinguish the proposed set of prototype that meets the criterion of "novelty".

Analysis of the technical solutions are not found among these solutions, which coincide with the hallmarks of the proposed complex that meets the criterion of "inventive step".

METHOD FOR BRIQUETTING lignin MATERIALS AND COMPLEX FLOWS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

This complex is illustrated by the drawings, where Figure 1 is an overall view of the complex, in Figure 2 - which forms a rod in Figure 3 - the pressing chamber 4 - samples obtained product profiles.

Complex (Fig. 1) consists of a hopper 1, a dispenser 2, the press 3, the body 4 is designed as a truncated cone having disposed therein a screw 5, a replacement of the pressing chamber 6, its configuration corresponding to the configuration molded product in the inner cavity 7 of the pressing chamber 6 is made of at least one groove 8 connected, at least one orifice 9 for supplying steam, which communicates by means of connecting hoses 10 to steamer 2. Besides the auger press 5, 3 (2) is connected to molding core 12 in which helical channels 13 are made for the exit gases. In the inner cavity 7 of the pressing chamber 6 (Figure 3) are 14 channels, for example in the form of a snake to exit gases.

SYSTEM WORKS AS FOLLOWS

The starting material is poured into the hopper 1, where the dispenser is fed into the press 2 and 3 disposed in the casing 4 screw 5 in the pressing chamber 6. The chamber 6 press before the pressing is heated to 300 o C heater, such as heating element (not shown). At the beginning of briquetting to destroy cell walls of the cells and release the clutch materials supplied steam pressure of 0.1-25 psig and temperature of 100-250 o C through the orifice 9 connected to the steam generator 11 by means of connecting tubes 10. The steam disperses the groove 8 and evenly permeates the entire mass of compressible material. The duration of the steam depends on the mass and composition of the briquetted product and is selected experimentally. Total same time, steam and stop the flow equal to the time of formation of briquetted product.

For example, the starting material - hardwood sawdust. the pressing time 30 s 15 s steam (Example 1).

The starting material - chopped straw 20 kg. The pressing time of 30 seconds. Steam 20 (Example 2).

Briquetting process takes place at high temperatures (300 o C), the decomposition of materials gases, which are discharged through the hot gas flues 13, 14. The exhaust steam and removed from the pressing chamber 6 with the help of gas-escape channels 13, 14.

After briquetting process produces product configuration conforming to the pressing chamber 6 (Figure 4 - profiles samples) with a glossy surface of high quality and the required strength.

Thus, the proposed method of briquetting lignin complex materials and means for its realization allow to obtain products briquetted with a given profile and the necessary strength characteristics and therefore used not only as fuel but also as a building material.
