Use: changing weather conditions, in particular the fight against hail and thunderstorms, stimulating rainfall, scattering clouds and fogs. The inventive fuel includes nitrocellulose, nitric ester, copper iodate, which is to provide access to the combustion products of the active nucleating supercooled cloud droplets further comprises 0.4 - 4.0% of silver iodide, 0.1 - 4.0% technical carbon, 0.1 - 10.0% iron oxide 27.0 - 36.9% nitric ester (glyceryl trinitrate or a mixture of diethylene glycol dinitrate), 0.01 - 0.1% zinc stearate.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to compositions of solid propellants, which can be used for economic purposes missile systems used to deal with hail and thunderstorms, promotion and intensification of precipitation, dissipate clouds and fogs.

Currently, the existing missile systems, anti-hail protection (Alazan et al.) Are applied to the head of the rocket bombs active smoke (Shady), representing a charge of pyrotechnic composition, and consisting of a solid oxidizer (ammonium perchlorate, ammonium nitrate, potassium, etc.). , fuel (natural and synthetic polymers), ice-forming component (iodides and iodates lead or silver) iodinating component (ammonium iodide, iodoform, and others.) (Szydlowski A. Basics of pyrotechnics. -M .: Mechanical Engineering, 1973).

Known pyrotechnical composition an ice US patent N 3802971, cl C 06 D 5/06, 1974, comprising 50-55% nitrocellulose or its mixture with nitric ester, 5-45% oxidant, iodate 1.10% copper, 0.1-30 % alkali iodate.

The disadvantages of the pyrotechnic composition are the complexity of manufacturing most of these charges, low power characteristics. Anti-hail rockets based on drafts of the active smoke from pyrotechnic compositions have a low coefficient of payload weight due to lack of unitarity loading, low efficiency and range.

An object of the invention is to provide a composition of rocket ice-forming solid fuel ballistite type exists that recycling technology allows to make out of it with high performance unitary charges of solid fuel for anti-hail rockets, perform two functions simultaneously - generator active nuclei (ACC) of supercooled cloud droplets, and an energy source for the rocket. This structure allows to increase the value of the mass of the payload ratio and increase the effectiveness of actions and missile range. To ensure the efficiency of such fuel one must have a specific impulse of not less than 190 kgf · s / kg and the yield of active nuclei in the flue gas at a temperature of minus 10 o C for at least 5 10 12 1 / g.

The stated object is achieved in that the composition comprising nitrocellulose, nitric ester, iodate copper further contains silver iodide, iron oxide, centralite (or diphenylamine), industrial (or paraffin) oil, zinc stearate, carbon technical and as nitroester contains glycerol trinitrate ( nitroglycerin) or a mixture of diethylene glycol dinitrate in the following ratio, wt.%:

Glyceryl trinitrate or its mixture with diethylene glycol dinitrate - 27,1-36,9

Iodate copper - 5,0-40,0

Silver iodide - 0.4-4.0

Iron Oxide - 0.1-10.0

Centralia (diphenylamine) - 0.5-3.0

Vaseline (industrial) oil - 0.5-1.5

Zinc Stearate - 0.01-0.1

Technical carbon - 0,1-4,0

Nitrocellulose - Others

The composition is prepared as follows.

The mixer is filled and charged sequentially with water nitrocellulose, industrial oil, pre-mixed with the zinc stearate, technical carbon, copper iodate, iron oxide, silver iodide, glyceryl trinitrate or a mixture of diethylene glycol dinitrate, premixed with tsentralitom (diphenylamine). When all components are stirred for at least 20 minutes. After stirring, the mixture was pressed by the water in a centrifuge unit or other squeezing. The filter structure is rolled on horizontal rollers at a temperature of 85,5 o C into a sheet or pellets. The resulting web or granules are pressed on hydraulic press or shnekpresse at 70-90 o C in the charges specified sizes.

Formulation of the compositions tested ice-forming fuels and their characteristics are listed in the table.

Ice-forming solid fuel nitrocellulose-based,

Table I shows the component composition of the samples of ice-nucleation ballistite fuel intended invention and the prior art, but also the requirements for an ice fuels (T3), and the samples and test results, including the components of the content outside of the claimed ratios.
