The invention is intended primarily for use for temporary storage of combustible biogas produced in methane tanks during the anaerobic fermentation of various fermentable organic wastes on small biogas and biohumus gas installations of rural residents and summer residents. A variable-capacity wet gas holder includes an annular coaxial double-walled liquid reservoir. A dome cover is formed over the inner wall of the tank with a gas supply pipe inserted into it. In the space between the walls of the reservoir in the liquid is placed vertically upward and downward the bell, moved by the pressure of the stored gas, with the rollers centering it. In the lower part of the bell's side wall, holes are provided that communicate the sub-colonial space with the atmosphere at the maximum permissible elevation of the bell. The use of the invention will simplify the construction of the gasholder, reduce the consumption of material for its manufacture and prevent excess pressure in the bell above the maximum permissible and the flow of liquid from the reservoir.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the storage of flammable gas produced in methane tanks during the anaerobic fermentation of various fermentable organic waste on small biogas and biohumus plants of individual or group rural yards and suburban areas.
A wet gas holder of variable capacity is known, including a liquid reservoir with a gas supply tube housed inside it and a centrally installed guide post, along which a hollow bell is moved up and down, equipped with a coaxial tube open on both sides with guide strips positioned inside it, interacting with a centrally installed In the reservoir of the guide rack, while the lower cut of the coaxial pipe is installed above the lower edge of the bell, which ensures the use of a liquid-immersed reservoir of a coaxial tube as a valve for discharging gas from under the bell into the atmosphere when the maximum permissible pressure is raised up the raised bell. The application of the Great Britain / GB / №2104646 on кл. F 17 In 1/10, published on March 9, 1983, No. 4906).
A disadvantage of the above-mentioned known wet gas holder No. 2104646 is the use of a large amount of liquid to fill its reservoir, which serves as a water seal, whereas when using water, its heating in winter and the heat protection of the reservoir are necessary.
Another wet variable-capacity gas holder is known, including an annular coaxial double-walled annular bottom reservoir with interstitial space for a small amount of non-freezing liquid into which a bell with a centering position of the gas in its upper part, which is raised and lowered under pressure of the gas, interacts with the channel section of the struts , Fixed from above and on strapping belts from channels on the outer wall of a double-walled tank, whereas the inner wall of a double-walled tank has a dome cover through which gas-supply pipes are inserted into the bell-shaped space. The application of Germany No. 2916699 by Cl. F 17 B 1/20, published on November 6, 1980. No. 45 /.
The disadvantage of this well-known wet gas holder of Germany No. 2916699 is its considerable material consumption of manufacture with the use of channel external guide racks and strapping belts with their use only to hold the bell vertically, while in order to prevent excess gas pressure in the bell and leakage of liquid from the tank at its maximum rise, In addition to manufacture a special safety device.
At the same time, by its technical nature and the result achieved, a wet gas holder according to FRG No. 2916699 is closest to the invention.
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above disadvantages of a known wet gas holder according to FRG application No. 2916699 and to provide such a variable capacity wet gas holder in which, with the minimum need for a non-freezing winter, a water seal fluid would simplify its design while substantially reducing the material consumption for producing a gas holder Guaranteed to prevent exceeding the gas pressure in the bell above the set at the maximum allowable lifting of the bell and excluding the leakage of liquid from the tank.
The aim is achieved by the invention in that in the lower part of the bell's side wall there are holes that communicate the sub-circle space with the atmosphere at the maximum allowable lifting of the bell, and the rollers centering in the bell tank are installed from below at its base and from above, on the outer wall of the tank, Rollers holding the bell when it is raised and lowered vertically, while the cargo is attached to the bell base, the weight of which determines the amount of gas pressure and lifting of the bell.
1 shows a general view of a gas holder in a section with a liquid-filled reservoir; FIG. 2 is a view along AA in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 shows an example of a Use of the inventive wet gas holder of variable capacity as part of the equipment of a small biohumus gas plant in combination with a methane tank and a gas cooker.

The gas tank shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of a coaxial double-walled tank 1 with an annular bottom 2, an inner wall 3 on which a conical dome 4 with a gas pipe 5 passing through it is made on top. On the outer wall 6 of the reservoir 1, the guide rollers 7 , And in the liquid-filled interstitial space of the tank 1 there is a vertically upwardly and downwardly moving bell 8, from the bottom of which the centering bell 8 is located in the reservoir 1 of the rollers 9 and weights 10. In the lower part of the bell 8, holes 11 are provided which communicate the sub-circle space with the atmosphere at the maximum lift And an inspection glass tube 12 for monitoring the liquid level in the tank 1 is installed on the outer wall of the tank 1. On the top of the bell 8 there is a valve 13 for emptying the bell 8 from the biogas, and from the bottom of the tank 1 there is a valve 14 for emptying the reservoir 1 from the liquid.
Adjustment of the working pressure of biogas under the bell 8 of the gasholder, with respect to certain working conditions and its capacity, is carried out when it is manufactured in accordance with SNiP from 1.5 to 2.5 kPa / 150-250 mm of water. Article / taking into account the mass of the bell 8 and the cargoes connected to it. 10. The operation of the gas-holder must be carried out in accordance with the "Safety Rules in the Gas Economy" of the Gosgortechnadzor.
The use of the inventive wet gas holder of variable capacity is carried out in the following manner.
The gasholder assembly shown in FIG. 1 is recommended to be installed in a fire-safe place under a vented protective gas tank from an atmospheric precipitation with a canopy with a fence around the gas holder at a distance of not less than one meter with the door closed.
A properly installed gas holder prior to its connection to the gas line from the methane tank to the gas stove, as shown in Fig. 8, or to other biogas consumers, is filled with water / during operation only in warmer seasons of the year / or with a non-freezing liquid of the "Tosol" type / with year-round or only winter Operation), filling the tank 1 with the valve 13 open and the closed valve 14 not up to its full filling by 10-20 cm, which will establish the pressure of the biogas in the bell 8 from 100 to 250 mm of water. Of the column without overflow of liquid, controlling the level of liquid in the tank 1 through the inspection tube 12. After filling the liquid in the reservoir 1, the valve 13 is closed and the gas holder by its gas pipe 5 is connected to the gas line from the methane tank to the gas plate according to the example of the small biohumus gas unit shown in Fig. 3.
The inventive wet gas holder of variable capacity, intended for use in the equipment of small biogas and biohumus gas plants for rural residents and summer residents with a productivity of 1-2 to 10-15 cubic meters of biogas per day, is recommended to be manufactured with a volume of 8 for 1, 3, 5, 8, 12 and 15 cubic meters of capacity.
