The disadvantage of this device is its low efficiency and complexity of the design , since the conveyor belt used in the machine is made on a non-metallic basis with a layer of metal applied to its surface.

The closest technical solution to this is a device for pre-planting tubers of potatoes in an electric field, containing a charging container, a receiving hopper and a conveyor, above which are electrodes that create an electric field of direct current ( SV, Aut.No 1134127, class A 01 C 1/00, 1985 ).

The disadvantages of this machine are the possibility of traumatizing the treated tubers in it as a result of piercing them on the needle electrode and low efficiency of processing the planting material.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of processing of planting material and to eliminate traumatization of cultivated tubers.
