The invention relates to biology and physiology, namely to methods and means of physical effect on biological structures of any type. In the process of carrying out the method, an electrical and / or magnetic and / or electromagnetic action is performed on the biological structure. To increase the effectiveness of the impact, at least one of the effects is modulated by a musical fragment. The apparatus includes means for generating said impact or a plurality of such influences that has a node for measuring at least one of the parameters of at least one of the impacts. The device has a unit for supplying a musical fragment, including in the acoustic range, whose output is connected to the corresponding modulation input of said means. Modulation amplitude, frequency, phase or pulse width allows for a shorter period and with a high degree of reliability to carry out a change in the specified parameters of the functional state of the biological object.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to biology and physiology, namely to methods and means of physical effect on biological structures of any type.

At present, methods and means of influencing a biological object of any kind with the purpose of changing its functional state are widely used, in most cases this kind of influence refers to the area of correction of the functional state of a biological object that, under the influence of external and internal factors, is in a suboptimal state or tends To further deterioration of this condition.

Numerous chemical methods for correcting this condition are known from the state of the art, however they are not optimal, since, acting on one mechanism of metabolism, inevitably negatively affect its other mechanism. Numerous experiments have shown that physical methods of influence that allow more selective influence on regulatory functions are more acceptable in this case. In addition, physical effects at the cellular level have a certain mechanism of action, i.e. Such impacts on the final results are the same for any type of biological effects, i.e. We can talk about the general laws that are inherent in such influences.

Experimental studies carried out on various types of bioobjects, for example, on plants, show that the use of electric [1], electromagnetic [2] or magnetic [3] effects makes it possible to effectively correct the functional state of such objects. Animal studies have shown [4] that the listed effects can be effectively used as an alternative to chemical exposure, in some cases the mentioned effects are more durable, easily dosed and controlled. Combinations of some effects make it possible to obtain improved results [5, 6], to achieve a more rapid transition of indicators of the functional state of the bioobject to the required levels. For example, for higher animals or humans, the devices presented in [5, 6, 7] can be used on an equal basis with the above-mentioned types of influences and, accordingly, apparatuses. However, despite the prospects of applying the above physical methods of electric, magnetic and electromagnetic effects, they are still not effective enough.

The closest to the claimed in relation to the method is a method for correcting the functional state of a biological object, including electrical and / or magnetic and / or electromagnetic effects on the object and / or its part [8]. As a result of the action of any one factor or combination of two or all three factors, the state of the bioobject of any degree of complexity is corrected, as indicated by the author. However, in this case, the disadvantage of the method is its low efficiency.

The device closest to the claimed device is a device for correcting the functional state of a biological object, including at least one means for creating an electrical and / or magnetic and / or electromagnetic effect on an object having a node for changing at least one of the parameters, at least One of the above-mentioned impacts [8]. It has the same drawbacks as the method.

The technical object of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the action of both the method and the device.

The said problem with respect to the method is solved in that at least one of the parameters of at least one of the mentioned actions is further modulated by a musical fragment. And the fact that the object is affected by acoustic vibrations of the musical fragment.

With respect to the devices, it is solved in that at least one of said means is provided with a unit for supplying a musical fragment whose output is connected to a corresponding modulation input of said means, the unit for feeding the music fragment being a music piece player whose output is associated with the corresponding The matching block whose output is the output of this node.

It is known to use music therapy [9], in the process of which acoustic musical influence is mediated through the auditory analyzer and changes the functions of the hypothalamus as the center of regulation of the body's autonomic functions, however, the effectiveness of such influences is even lower than from the physical effects mentioned.

A search conducted on patent and other technical literature showed that the claimed population is unknown, i. E. It corresponds to the condition of the invention "novelty".

Since the method is implemented by means of known techniques, and the device is based on known nodes, the claimed one corresponds to the condition "industrial applicability".

And since as a result of the realization of the method, when the device is operating, the assigned technical task is realized and a new result that is not obvious to a person skilled in the art is present, then the claimed corresponds to the invention condition "inventive step".

Thus, physical factors of electrical and / or magnetic and / or electromagnetic nature, modulated by a musical fragment, are not perceived by the auditory analyzer, but can have a direct effect, for example, on cells of the cerebral cortex and subcortical structures, including the hypothalamus, for example , In the case of electrodes on the head. In addition, for example, a combination of the effects of these physical factors can be performed both on the head and on the sternum by irradiating the sternum with an electromagnetic flow, in particular by a laser beam in the infrared region of the spectrum.

The figure shows a device for implementing the claimed method.

METHOD OF CORRECTION OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF A BIOLOGICAL OBJECT AND THE DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

The device by which the method is implemented includes means or means 1 for generating an electrical and / or magnetic and / or electromagnetic influence on an object having a node for changing at least one of the parameters of at least one of said impacts (not shown), A unit 2 for supplying a musical fragment, for example, for connecting to a corresponding modulation input of the electric signal unit 1 of a musical fragment, in a particular case the unit 2 can be implemented as a music player 3, for example, a player or a permanent memory With a converter whose output by means of a corresponding matching unit 4 is connected to said modulation input of the means 1.

As the unit 4 it is possible to use, for example, an adjustable emitter follower, etc. In addition, the device may comprise an acoustic signal delivery unit 5, for example, in the form of headphones, speaker, speakers, etc. As means 1, a DC or AC supply unit, current packages can be used, a unit for creating in the necessary zone a constant or variable, including a pulsed magnetic effect on the object, a unit for creating a constant or variable, including a pulsed electromagnetic effect on the object, for example , In the form of a stream of microwave or EHF, laser radiation. All said means 1 or some of them are configured to modulate at least one of the output signal parameters, for example, the modulation may be amplitude, frequency, or pulse-width. The amplitude of the signal acting on the bioobject, the frequency of the signal messages, the duration of the parcels, etc., including their combination, can be modulated. In most experiments, parts of the works of the composer Goodall were used as musical fragments. In addition, electromagnetic effects were applied mainly to non-thermal power levels, i.e., even prolonged exposure of this kind did not lead to coagulation of protein structures, i.e. The temperature of the affected zone did not increase due to the supply of energy from this impact.

EXAMPLES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHOD

A number of experiments were conducted on plants. Thus, according to the well-known developments [1-3], a current was passed through the plant, both pulsed and constant (several microampere), the plant was placed in a magnetic field, both constant and variable (in units of millitex), into sections of the plant Influenced by a laser beam with a power from one to hundreds of microwatts per square centimeter. Both control and experimental specimens were exposed to a stress factor, i.e. Increase in temperature differences. In the experimental lot, the corresponding action was modulated both in amplitude and frequency, which led to a more stable condition of the experimental plants, which resulted in a decrease in the number of fallen leaves by 20-25%, and the application of combined effects, at least one of which Modulated by a musical fragment, allowed to slightly improve the result. With the acoustic reproduction of musical works, the acceleration of germination of wheat seeds was 15-20% compared to the control, and in the case of electromagnetic "reproduction" it was 30-50%. And experiments were conducted on the use of both combined effects and a combination of effects (time-separated), modulated by musical fragments on seeds, sprouts and the plants themselves and their fragments. The results of the experiments showed that the combination of effects and the combination of effects give practically the same effect. Experiments were carried out to combine all types of actions both in pairs with each other and all three impacts simultaneously, and if, for any one type of exposure, the modulated effect was more effective than the unmodulated on average by 30-50%, with combined or combined effects, One of which is modulated by 40-60%, when both are modulated to 50-70%, with the combined application of all three influences and modulation, respectively, one of them, two or all three, the efficiency increased by an average of 45-65, 50-70 and 55 -75%. Adding acoustic impact in these cases averaged 5-7% higher the effectiveness of exposure, which was determined by germination, growth force, turgor, etc. In accordance with the selected plant object. The use of amplitude, frequency, phase, pulse width modulation has shown that amplitude and pulse width modulation are more effective for electric and magnetic effects, frequency, amplitude and pulse width modulation are most effective for electromagnetic interference, although in some cases the use of laser radiation is effective Phase and frequency modulation, sometimes pulse-width, and sometimes their combination.

Similar studies were carried out on microorganisms, which were affected both by the magnetic field and the electromagnetic radiation flux in variants of combined and sequential action. The effect on the experimental batch was carried out by modulating both the amplitude and power of the electromagnetic radiation (pulse width modulation was used). The exposure parameters were non-thermal. The experiments showed a higher growth of microorganisms in the experimental lot compared to the control one, in which the effect was either unmodulated or modulated by a standard known method. Studies to increase the effectiveness of the modulated effects of single, paired and three effects together on the same effects of unmodulated showed an increase in efficiency from 25-30 to 75%, respectively, with the same methods of modulating each of these actions, which are given for experiments with plants.

The effect on animals was also investigated. In this case, for the transcerebral use of the fronto-mastoid technique after the reproduction of the immobilization stress, the electrical component of the music-modulated signal was used. Electrical signals from the output of the device were fed to paired electrodes, contacting through a moistened gasket with frontal and mastoid areas of the head. The voltage of the component did not exceed 35 V. For modulation, musical fragments from Goodall's compositions were used. The animals were given the appropriate electrical effect for 20 minutes, with one group of rats exposed daily for 10 sessions, the other for 5 sessions. The control group of animals similarly exposed to stress was subjected to "false" procedures, consisting, or simply fixing analogous electrodes in them, including the implementation of corresponding or corresponding unmodulated influences similar to those experienced in experimental groups. The effectiveness of the action was assessed by the content of "stressor" hormones in the blood serum, the level of lipid peroxidation (LPO) processes in the organs of stress targets, the protein and nucleic acids in these tissues, the activity of the corresponding cells and body systems one day after the termination of all effects. After developing mobilization stress in animals by placing them for 6 days in individual close cells, they lost weight, became inactive and aggressive. Almost twice the level of corticosteroids and thyroid hormones decreased, three times - of testosterone, insulin - by 40%. The level of processes of free radical oxidation in the myocardium and cerebral cortex was increased by 2.7 and 2.2 times, respectively, these data are given in comparison with the group of animals on which the "false" effect was carried out. With unmodulated effects, the results were reduced by 25-45%. In the group of rats who underwent 10 procedures (5 daily with a 2-day break between them), an elevated serum corticosteroid level decreased by 38.5%, insulin, testosterone and thyroid hormone levels recovered, the level of lipid peroxidation in Myocardium, and the protein content in it increased 1.6 times, the thymocyte gene was activated, the mass of rats and the mass of their thymus almost fully recovered. In another group of rats, after the end of the 6-day immobilization course, procedures were performed for the music-modulated electrical effect by pulses of electric current in the fronto-mastoid technique. The paired electrodes were located on the symmetrical areas of the head in the region of the forehead and mastoid processes, in contact with the skin areas through moistened pads. The duration of exposure was 20 min, the course was applied daily 5 procedures. As a result of restorative treatment, the genome of thymus cells was activated, the protein content in the myocardium increased 2.5 times, and in the cerebral cortex - 1.3 times. There was a restoration of the mass of animals and the mass of their thymus. The remaining indicators differed from the control values. In this case, the results of comparison of the experimental group of animals and the control group with "false exposure" are compared to the group on which similar or similar unmodulated effects were performed, where the results were less by the above percentage. When IR laser radiation, modulated by musical fragments, was used to heal skin and muscle wounds and ulcers, more pronounced activation of regenerative processes in the skin and muscle and stimulation of immune responses were compared with unmodulated IR effects. A consistent application of physical factors with modulation of one or all of the effects by a musical fragment gives more effective results. So, the mentioned electric modulated influence in combination with the action on the thymus of laser IR radiation allows to increase the efficiency of rehabilitation by 12-13%, and in combination with the magnetic action - by 10-12%. In each case, however, it is necessary to individually select the characteristics of the initial influences. Additional acoustic impact on the object by a musical fragment, which is modulated by at least one electric, magnetic, electromagnetic influence, allows improving the indices of these effects by 3-5%.

Thus, as a result of experiments it was confirmed that the proposed impact on the bioobject is of a general nature and does not depend on the type of the bioobject itself. To confirm this fact, experiments were conducted on the volunteers under test. When using "electromagnetic music" using the above method, the stimulation of the alpha-rhythm of the electroencephalogram and the increase in the blood filling of the vessels of the pelvic organs were noted, which is an indicator of stress-sensing effect and is important for the restoration of disturbed hemodynamics in urological, gynecological and gastroenterological diseases of an inflammatory nature, with diabetic angiopathy.

Researches conducted on tested volunteers at various pathologies and after development of various stress conditions gave results that within the experimental error correspond to the above, which indicates a single mechanism of action on biological structures.

Studies on the application of this method and, accordingly, the device were carried out on bio-objects of various levels of organization: microorganisms, seeds, plants, animals, fish, people, and, as in the above cases, amplitude, frequency, phase, pulse-width and a combination of these types Modulations, the most advantageous kind of modulation for each type of exposure being chosen from the conditions presented above (for plants), since the experimental data justify the expediency of this type of choice for any type of bioobjects. The addition of acoustic influence allows to increase the efficiency by a maximum of 10-12% relative to the listed modulated by the musical fragment effects, which in turn allow for relatively appropriate unmodulated influences more efficiently (by generally accepted survey methods) - more than 70-80% - to carry out regulatory functions. Moreover, the lower the level of organization of the biological object, the higher the effectiveness of the impact or effects observed in experiments. Note that in each specific case it is very important to choose the optimal combination of these influences and to determine the necessary spectral range of the electromagnetic effect. Thus, when using the IR and the "red" range of the optical spectrum separately or in combination, it is possible, if necessary, to add influences in the UV region of the spectrum. It is possible to use cross modulation, etc., which in each individual case is "know-how" of the authors.

The use of this method and the device allows highly effective correction of the functional state of a biological object, both plant and animal, at a low time and high cost, to direct the targeted structures of the organism without disturbing the functioning of other structures.
