Use: in furnace devices of hot-water boilers of small boiler-houses. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: Disassembled modules are built into the walls of the afterburning chamber from cassettes formed by linearly flowing active elements installed in them, and a thermoregulatory shield with a shut-off and regulating organ is placed under the roof.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to furnace arrangements for hot water boilers for small boiler rooms.

A heating boiler with a catalyst is known, comprising a circulating water circuit and a combustion chamber with side walls and a roof.

The disadvantage of the boiler is that the remote gas neutralization unit works for a considerable time in a year under non-optimal temperature conditions, which reduces the efficiency of afterburning of volatile combustible substances or requires an increase in the cost of the installation due to autonomous means of controlling the temperature at the inlet to the catalyst. Such temperature control means can be bypassing a portion of high temperature gases from the furnace in addition to convective boiler heating surfaces, reducing the area of convective boiler heating surfaces with the reconstruction of the boiler itself, or installing an autonomous burner in the branch pipe leading to the catalyst.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the energy efficiency and simplify the design, layout and operating data of the boiler.

This goal is achieved in that in a boiler with a catalyst containing a circulating water circuit and a combustion chamber with side walls and a roof, a combustion chamber is further provided in the combustion chamber, which is communicated with the combustion chamber by windows in the side walls and separated from it by radiation heating surfaces , Equipped with flap plates and connected to a circulating water circuit, with a thermoregulatory shield with a shut-off and a regulating organ placed under the vault and connected to said circuit, and the catalyst is arranged in the form of modules placed in the side walls of the afterburning chamber from prefabricated cassettes formed obliquely in Linear flowing active elements.

HEATING BOILER WITH CATALYST HEATING BOILER WITH CATALYST

1 is a cross-sectional view of a boiler according to catalyst modules;
FIG. 2 is a sectional view of AA in FIG. 1. FIG.

The heating boiler comprises a circulating water circuit 1 and a combustion chamber 2 with sidewalls 3 and a vault 4. In the combustion chamber 2, an after-combustion chamber 5 is further provided, communicating with the combustion chamber 2 by the windows 6 in the sidewalls 3 and separated from it by the radiation heating surfaces 7 , Equipped with flap plates 8 and connected to the contour 1. Under the roof 4 there is a thermoregulatory shield 9 with a shut-off regulating organ (not shown in the drawings) and connected to the circuit 1, and the catalyst is arranged in the form of 5 modules located in the side walls of the afterburning chamber From the prefabricated cassettes 10 formed by the linear flow active elements 11 arranged obliquely therein.

The cassette 10 for stacking the active catalyst elements 11 is made of light metal elements, for example, a small-sized corner and a rod. The entire catalyst consists of separate mounting modules, for example four, two on each side of the boiler. In this case, the length and height of the module are provided smaller than the corresponding window sizes 6 in the boiler wall 3 by the amount of linear temperature expansion of the cassettes 10.

BOILER WITH CATALYST WORKS AS FOLLOWING

The flue gases from the combustion chamber 2 under the action of convective forces are directed by the active jet upwards into the afterburner chamber 5, the upper (ceiling) screen 9 strikes, and it is washed by it, thereby cooling to the optimum temperature for the operation of the catalyst. Controlling the degree of cooling of gases is provided by changing the flow rate of water flowing through the upper thermoregulatory screen 9 by means of a gate valve at the entrance to the screen. This implies that the hydraulic circuit of the boiler provides for the parallel connection of the upper screen 9 to the circulation circuit 1. Then, the gases are turned downward under the action of the back-up of the active jet and the smoke exhaust, and from the counterflows along both side walls of the after-combustion chamber 5 enter the catalytic cassette 10. The cassette 10 is washed Gases from both the inner and outer sides of the active elements 11, since Their placement in the cassettes 10 is carried out at such distances from each other that ensure the equality of the aerodynamic resistances during the movement of gases through the elements 11 and between them. The temperature of the gases thus increases in accordance with the reaction of catalytic oxidation of high-molecular hydrocarbons. After falling into the convective shaft after the catalyst, the gases are lowered by the smoke exhauster, washing the surfaces 7, and enter the hogs, and then either into the economizer or directly into the smoke exhauster.

CLAIM
