The invention is intended for heating indoor air. The air heater includes a housing, an air blower, a heating element housed in the housing, consisting of a nozzle filled with air-permeable material and bounded by grilles. The branch pipe and the supercharger connect the annular connecting heat insulator.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention can be used to heat indoor air. It is known a technical solution - a heat heater comprising a housing with a fan and a heat exchanger placed in it, with an outlet window divided by a transverse partition with a bypass opening into two air chambers, the first of which is provided with supply pipes for atmospheric and recirculating air, and the second with a heated air outlet (Author's name St. N 1800241, class F 24 H 3/02 filed on 11.06.90).

The known solution has an insufficiently simple design, including the terminal boxes of the electric heaters in the heater.

The closest technical solution to the invention is an air heater comprising a housing with side walls provided with an externally mounted insulation layer and an end opening and placed inside the housing coaxially with the last flow separator and a fan wheel connected to the engine being driven out of the housing 1793167, class F 24 H 3/02, application 11.11.90).

However, the solution has an insufficiently simple design, consuming the electric power supplied to rotate the fan and heating the electric heaters.

The object of the invention is to simplify the design, improve the overall dimensions, and save energy.

The stated task is achieved in an air heater comprising a housing with a heater placed therein in the form of a nozzle filled with air-permeable material limited by grids, an air heater and an annular connecting heat insulator.

The drawing shows a general view of the heater in a section.

AIR HEATER

The device comprises a housing 1, an air blower 2, a heating element 3 housed in the housing, consisting of a pipe 4 filled with air-transmitting material 5 and bounded by grilles 6. The branch pipe and the blower connect the annular connecting heat-insulator 7.

The difference is that the heating element is made in the form of a branch pipe filled with air-permeable material connected by an end opening with a discharge port of the blower via an annular connecting heat insulator.

The device works as follows. Air coming under pressure from the supercharger 2, the role of which is performed by the compressor or the fan, depends on the pressure, enters the heater 3 - the branch pipe 4, filled with air-transmitting material 5. Material 5 can be crushed glass, ceramics, heat-resistant fabric, and the like. To prevent the material from spraying, grates 6 are kept at its ends. Material 5 causes a turbulent gas flow. Turbulent flows, mutually mutually exiting each other, produce heat that heats the passing air and the branch pipe 4. To avoid the effect of its heating on the operation of the supercharger 2, an annular connecting heat insulator 7 is provided between them.

CLAIM

An air heater comprising a housing with a heater arranged in the form of a nozzle and an air blower, characterized in that said branch pipe is connected by end openings to the supercharger by means of an annular connecting heat insulator and is filled with material that transmits air to form turbulent flows and is limited from the grid openings to the grids.
