The invention relates to systems for heating water heating heat source used in the construction of residential and industrial premises. The scheme of heating water heating system includes a heat source heat generator, water pump, AC Power, connected to the heat generator casing via the injection nozzle, the supply and return pipes to the individual valves. Valves flow and return pipe are connected in parallel with each other so that the inlet valve communicating its outlet pipe from the supply pipe line is connected in parallel with the inlet valve communicating its outlet pipe with return pipe line and the starting end of the return pipe line connected to the output pipe heat exchanger of the remote user. The technical result is to increase the technological capabilities.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a water heating circuit heating heat source used in the construction of residential and industrial premises, and can be used in other sectors of the economy.

Known water heating system heating circuit comprising a heat source, the power the water pump with electric drive, connected to the heat generator casing via infectious pipe, supply and return piping to individual valves, respectively connected in series with each other and between the outlet pipe of the cylindrical part of the body (the TSCHK) and collector, i.e. feed line pipe, and the outlet of the first valve coupled to the inlet valve and the second return line in parallel with the hot waste water, that a return line, in turn, is connected at one end to the inlet of the pump, forming a "small circle" water circulation (the coolant), the other end is connected through a heat exchanger system, forming a "great circle" circulation of the coolant (see. No. 2045715, 6 F 25 In 29/00, 1993 "The heat source for heating the liquid device").

The disadvantage of such a circuit water heating systems heat is that the serial connection between the valves are difficult to supply with the necessary adjustment of the coolant temperature, the necessity of which require natural periods of time, namely when changing seasonal ambient temperature or a sudden long-term warming weather in winter.

This is due to the fact that when fully open the first valve connected to the outlet pipe TSCHK, the circulation of "small circle" reduces the circulation of "Big circle" thus does not exclude the possibility of insufficient heat exchangers remote user from the heat source. The same effect and contributes to the initial end of the return conduit connected with an outlet of the heat exchanger next consumer. At the same time, to increase the circulation of the "Great Circle", it is necessary to reduce the circulation of the "small circle", and with a decrease in the circulation of the latter is directly proportional to declining circulation and the "Great Circle".

The aim of the present invention is to increase technological capability.

This object is achieved by the fact that in the circuit of heating-water heating system heat source comprising a heat source, AC water pump is electrically connected to the heat generator casing via the injection nozzle, the supply and return lines to individual valves, respectively, the latter connected in parallel to each other so that the input valve inlet communicating with the outlet nozzle to its supply pipe line is connected in parallel with the inlet valve, its outlet nozzle communicating with the return pipe line and the starting end of the return pipe line is connected with an outlet of the heat exchanger of the remote user.

CHART HEATING SYSTEMS WATER HEATING GENERATOR

Figure 2 shows a hot water heating system heating circuit heat source existing solutions (prototype) for a better view of the difference of efficiency of their circulation.

Scheme heating hot water heating system heat source includes a heat source 1, AC water pump 2 electromotive 3 connected to the housing of the heat generator 1 via the injection pipe 4, feed 5 and return 6 lines to individual valves 7 and 8, respectively, the inlets of which are connected in parallel with each other and sequentially - with an outlet 9 TSCHK exchangers 10 and user bypass conduit 11 connecting the heat generator 1 to the inlet of the pump 2 and the output end of the return line 6.

Works such water heating system heating circuit follows.

When fully opened, the valve 7 completely closed valve 8 hot water is fed into the supply conduit 5 and through parallel connected thereto exchangers 10 consumers, giving them warm water flows from the outlet pipe 12 of the heat exchanger of the remote user in return conduit 6, and the latter sends it a bypass conduit 11 where it enters the pump inlet pipe 2 is recycled.

If necessary, reduce the temperature of the heat exchangers 10, the vent 8 and limit its capacity as the desired temperature is reached. In this case a certain portion of the hot water, passing the heat exchangers 10, goes for "Small circle" through the return pipe 6 to the bypass conduit 11 and then - into the inlet of the pump pipe 2 is recycled, thereby uniformly reducing the temperature of heat exchangers 10, all consumers.

Cost-effectiveness of the use of the proposed scheme is that with increasing technological capabilities in the regulation of the circulation of water increases the rate and uniformity of heat exchangers of all consumers.

CLAIM
