The method relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used at thermal power plants. The method of operation of a thermal power plant is that the supply water supplied from consumers is heated by a steam of heating selections in the main network heaters of the heating turbines. In peak modes of heat load, additional heating of the network water is carried out by using the thermal power of the peak hot water boilers. Leaks of network water in the heat supply system are replenished with make-up water. Loss of feed water, steam and condensate in the steam-water path of the station is compensated by desalted and deaerated additional feed water, which is fed to the feed water of steam boilers. The feed water is deaerated in the feedwater deaerator and fed to steam boilers. In peak heat load conditions, additional heating of the network water is carried out in surface water-water heat exchangers with water, which is heated in hot-water boilers and forcedly circulated through a closed circuit, including hot water boilers and surface water-to-water heat exchangers. A leakage of network water from the closed loop is replenished with feedwater, which is taken after the deaerator of the feedwater. Such a method makes it possible to increase the reliability and economy of the operation of a thermal power plant.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used at thermal power plants.

The method of operation of a thermal power plant is known, an analogue according to which the network water supplied from consumers is heated by a steam of heating selections in the main network heaters of heating turbines; in peak modes of heat load, additional heating of the network water is made by using the thermal power of the peak water-heating boilers, The heating system is replenished with make-up water, the loss of feed water, steam and condensate in the steam-water path of the station is compensated with desalted and deaerated additional feed water that is fed to the feed water of steam boilers, feed water is deaerated in the feedwater deaerator and fed to steam boilers EK Sokolova, "Heat and Heat Networks," Izd., 5th M: Energoizdat, 1982, Fig. 3.1b on page 53 and a description to it on pages 53 and 54). This analogue is adopted as a prototype of the invention.

The disadvantages of the analogs and the prototype are the reduced reliability of the operation of the thermal power plant due to the unreliable operation of hot-water boilers used as peak heat sources, because of the drift of the heating surfaces of the hot water boilers with the deposits caused by the network water from the heat supply system and causing the surfaces to burn, and the reduced efficiency Operation of the plant because of the need to use expensive methods to improve the quality of large volumes of makeup and network water to prevent this burnout and internal corrosion of boilers.

The technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase the reliability and economy of operation of the thermal power plant.

To achieve this result, a method for operating a thermal power plant is proposed, whereby the supply water supplied from consumers is heated by a steam of heating selections in the main network heaters of the heating pipes, in the peak conditions of the heat load, additional heating of the network water is effected by using the thermal power of the peak water-heating boilers, Water in the heat supply system is replenished with make-up water, the loss of feed water, steam and condensate in the steam-water path of the station is compensated with desalted and deaerated additional feedwater that is fed to the feed water of steam boilers, the feed water is deaerated in the feedwater deaerator and fed to steam boilers.

Difference of the claimed method is that in peak modes of heat load, additional heating of the network water is carried out in surface water-water heat exchangers with water, which is heated in hot water boilers and forcedly circulated through a closed loop including water boilers and surface water-water heat exchangers, and Leakage of network water from the closed loop is replenished with feedwater, which is taken after the deaerator of the feed water.

The use of high quality water from the supply water pipeline to supply the closed circuit of hot water boilers allows reliable and economical operation of hot water boilers, excluding damage caused by scaling and internal corrosion, and reducing the cost of preparing the make-up water of the heating network.

The Applicant's prior art analysis, including the search for patent and scientific and technical sources and the identification of sources containing information about the analogues of the claimed invention, made it possible to establish that the applicant did not find an analogue characterized by features identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention. The determination from the list of identified analogs of the prototype, as the closest in the aggregate of the essential features of the analogue, made it possible to identify a set of distinctive features that are significant in relation to the technical result achieved in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition of "novelty".

In order to verify the compliance of the claimed invention with the condition "inventive step", the applicant conducted an additional search for known solutions to identify characteristics that coincide with the features of the claimed method, which are distinct from the prototype. The results of the search showed that the claimed invention does not clearly follow from the prior art for the skilled person, since the prior art determined by the applicant did not reveal the effect of the transformations required by the essential features of the claimed invention to achieve a technical result. In particular, the claimed invention does not provide for the addition of a known means by any known part, attached to it according to known rules for achieving a technical result, in respect of which such additions have been determined. Thus, such a transformation can not include the inclusion in the method of operation of a thermal power plant of the operation of additional heating of the network water in surface water-water heat exchangers, since this operation in the claimed method is carried out in another set of essential features of the method and according to other rules in comparison with the known methods , Which makes it possible to achieve the desired technical result.

METHOD OF WORK OF THERMAL ELECTRIC STATION

Further, we will consider the information confirming the possibility of implementing the invention with obtaining the desired technical result.

The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a thermal power plant, explaining the proposed method.

The thermal power plant comprises a steam turbine 1 with heating separations of steam 2 and main network heaters 3 connected to heating sockets 2, a network pipeline 4 into which main network heaters 3 and surface water-water heat exchangers 5 connected in series by closed-circuit pipelines 6 with A peak water boiler 7 and a closed loop circulating pump 8, a heating network make-up piping 9 connected to the mains network 4 to the main network heaters 3, a feedwater pipe 10 of steam boilers to which the feedwater deaerator is connected 11. The make-up water pipe of the closed loop 12 is connected to The feed water pipe 10 after deaerating the feedwater 11 to the pipelines of the closed loop 6 before the circulation pump of this circuit 8.

Let's consider a concrete example of realization of the declared way of work of thermal power station.

The method consists of the following operations. The network water flowing from consumers through the network pipeline 4 in the amount of 4500 t / h is heated according to the thermal schedule of the heat network 150/70 ° C in the basic mode in the main network heaters with 3 steams of the heating selections 2 steam turbines of the 1 type T-100-130 up to 70-110 C. In the peak mode, additional heating of the network water from 110 to 150 ° C is carried out in surface water-water heat exchangers 5 with water at 3000 t / h circulating in the closed-loop pipelines 6 through a peak water boiler 7 of the PTVM-180 type. Leakage of the network water is compensated with deaerated make-up water prepared according to a simplified technology and fed through the make-up pipeline of the heating network 9 to the network pipeline 4 to the main network heaters 3. Feed water is supplied through the supply water pipe 10 to the feedwater deaerator 11, after which part of the feed water is directed to The makeup water pipe of the closed loop 12 into the closed loop before the circulation pump 8 of this circuit. Thanks to the separation of the network water flows into two independent circuits: the network pipeline and the closed loop of the boiler, the rate of skidding of the heating surfaces of the boiler is reduced by the deposits from the heat supply system, which relieve the burning of the heating surfaces of the boilers. Filling the closed loop of the boiler with high-quality feedwater allows to exclude damage to the boiler, caused by scaling and internal corrosion, and to reduce the costs of preparing make-up water for the heating system. This increases the reliability and economy of the thermal power plant.

The foregoing information indicates that the following set of conditions is fulfilled when the claimed method is used:

- the means embodying the claimed method is intended for use in the industry in the field of heat power engineering;

- for the claimed method as it is characterized in the claims, it is confirmed that it can be carried out using the means and methods described in the application;

- the method of operation of a thermal power plant embodying the claimed invention, when implemented, is capable of achieving the desired technical result.

Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition "industrial applicability".
