The invention relates to the heat supply of residential, public and industrial buildings. The district heating system turns off the direct and return main pipelines of the heating network, which together with the local circulation circuit of the building's heating devices, the centralized circulation of the heating medium, in which a low-temperature heating system is connected to the return line with a return coolant by floor heating panels. A local warming source of thermal energy is included in the supply piping of the low-temperature heating system by the floor heating panels. The technical result is the high reliability of the heating system.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to heat power engineering, in particular to the field of centralized heat supply of residential, public and industrial buildings and facilities having thermal points connected to the direct and reverse main pipelines of the centralized heat transfer system from the central boiler or CHP (hereinafter referred to as the heating plant).

There is a system of centralized heat supply having thermal points of buildings [1, 2] in which the heat carrier coming from the direct pipeline of the heating plant is used in the heating circuit of the building's heating devices and then returns from the building's heat point to the return pipeline of the heating plant.

The main disadvantage of such a centralized heat supply system is that the temperature of the heat carrier returned from the building's thermal unit to the return pipeline of the district heating plant is high relative to the ambient temperature, but not sufficient for further targeted use of the heat carrier [3, 4]. Such a district heating system has a low coefficient of useful use of the thermal energy of the direct heat carrier and large heat losses to the environment during transportation of the return coolant to the source of district heating - the central boiler or CHP. In the latter variant, such a system has another drawback - the need for additional, deeper cooling of the return coolant for its further use in the technological cycle of CHP.

The centralized heat supply system is also known, which includes the direct and reverse main pipelines of the heat network, which, together with the local circulation circuits of the building heaters, create a centralized circulation of the heat transfer medium, in which a low-temperature heating system is connected to the return line with a return coolant [5].

Such a district heating system has a significant drawback that the low-temperature heating system of the floor heating panels connected to the return line has a limitation of operability at the lower limit of the return coolant temperature, and as a result has insufficient reliability of the heat supply of the building in the following cases:

- a climatic cataclysm, during which the temperature of the environment falls below the temperature accepted as a design for the given climatic zone;

- an industrial accident that resulted in a partial reduction in the capacity of a district heating source - a central boiler house or a cogeneration plant.

The aim of the present invention is to create a new scheme of a district heating system with a low temperature heating system by floor heating panels connected to a return pipeline with a return coolant and having high reliability due to its local reheating to the temperature of the working range in the stage prior to its use in a low-temperature heating system by floor heating panels .

The problem is solved by applying the scheme of the centralized heat supply system, which includes the direct and return main pipelines of the heat network creating, along with the local circulation circuit of the building's heating devices, a centralized circulation system of the heat transfer medium, in which a low-temperature heating system with floor heating panels is connected to the return line with a return coolant, The invention includes a local heating source of heat energy in the supply pipe of the low-temperature heating system by the floor heating panels.

In such a centralized heat supply system, a direct heat pipe network can be used as a local warming source of heat energy, connected to a low-temperature heating system by floor heating panels through a thermostatic device. Or, in such a centralized heat supply system, an external device generating thermal energy, such as an electric boiler, can be used as a local warming source of thermal energy.

The proposed system is characterized by high reliability of heat supply due to local reheating of the return coolant to the temperature of the operating range at the stage prior to its use in a low-temperature heating system by floor heating panels.

Comparative analysis of the claimed system and the prototype reveals the presence of distinctive features in the claimed system in comparison with the closest analogue, which makes it possible to conclude that the claimed solution meets the "novelty" criterion.

Comparison of the claimed solution not only with the prototype, but also with other technical solutions in the field of technology, led to the conclusion that it clearly does not follow from the prior art and, therefore, corresponds to the criterion of "essential differences".

The presence of distinctive features makes it possible to obtain a positive effect, which is expressed in increasing the reliability of the claimed system.

The use of the proposed invention in heat power engineering ensures compliance with the criterion of "industrial applicability".

The present invention is shown in the drawing in the form of general schemes of a district heating system with various applications of a local reheating thermal energy source, where FIG. 1 shows the use of a direct heat pipe network as a local heating source of thermal energy, and FIG. 2 - an external device that generates heat energy.

SYSTEM OF CENTRALIZED HEAT SUPPLY

The district heating system includes direct 1 and return 2 main pipelines of the heating network that create, together with the local circulation circuit of the heating devices of building 3, a centralized circulation of the heating medium, in which a low-temperature heating system is connected to the return line 2 with a return coolant by the floor heating panels 4. In the supply pipeline 5 a low-temperature heating system with floor heating panels 4 includes a local reheating source of heat energy.

As a local source of heat energy, a direct thermal line 1 can be applied, connected to a low temperature heating system by the floor heating panels 4 through a thermostatic device 6, or an external device 7 generating thermal energy, for example an electric boiler.

When the claimed district heating system operates, the heat carrier transported through the straight main pipeline 1 has a temperature of up to 150 ° C and flows through the building's heat point (acting as a mixing unit) at a temperature of 85-105 ° C into the heating system with local heating devices, for example radiators Entering the local circulation circuit of the heating system of the building 3. The used coolant with a temperature of about 65-70 ° C enters through the building's thermal unit into the return main pipeline 2. Further, the return coolant from the return line 2 having the above temperature parameters enters the low-temperature system Heating 4. However, at a time when the ambient temperature falls below the temperature assumed to be calculated for a given climatic zone, or in the case of an industrial accident resulting in a partial reduction in the capacity of the district heating source - the central boiler or CHP, the temperature of the return coolant returned to the reverse The main pipeline 2 may be lower than the temperature required for the operation of the low-temperature heating system by the floor heating panels 4.

SYSTEM OF CENTRALIZED HEAT SUPPLY

At the return coolant temperature of the return line 2 below the temperature required for the operation of the low-temperature heating system by the floor heating panels 4, the thermostat 6 adds to the supply pipe 5 a high-temperature heat transfer medium from the direct pipeline 1 to reheat the low-temperature coolant or reheats the latter by an external device 7 generating thermal energy, Up to the working temperature range.

Thus, the reliability of the district heating system is higher than that of the prototype.
