The invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in heat supply systems. The essence of the invention is that the network water is fed into the system through a supply line and taken out of the system by a return pipeline, the heat load of the system is regulated by changing the flow of the network water through the heating system. The regulation of the heat load is carried out by regulating the flow rate of the return network water using a flow regulator installed on the return pipe after the heating system, and with the pressure regulator installed in front of the heating system, maintain the pressure in the heating system within the specified limits. The technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase the reliability of the heating system by maintaining the supply water pressure in the supply line of the heating system within the limits determined by the mechanical strength conditions of the heating devices, and by preventing the heating system from being emptied through the return pipeline of the heating system.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in heat supply systems.
Analogues are known - the methods of operation of the heating system, through which the network water is supplied to the heating system through the supply pipeline and transported through the return pipeline, the heating load of the heating system is regulated by changing the flow of the network water through the heating system, depending on the outdoor temperature (see Bratenkov, V.I. ., Khavanov PA, Vesker L.Ya. Heat supply of small settlements. (Moscow: Stroyizdat, 1988, figure 2.4a on page 47).
This analogue is adopted as a prototype.
The disadvantage of analogs and prototype is the low reliability of heating systems, caused by the possibility of emergency hydraulic regimes in the supply and return lines of the heat network at a variable flow of network water. The pressure of the mains water in the supply line can exceed the maximum value according to the mechanical strength conditions of the heaters or the minimum excess pressure in the return line of the heating network will not be maintained, which can lead to the evacuation of heating systems and the disruption of water circulation in the heating system.
The technical result achieved by the present invention is to improve the reliability of the heating system.
To achieve this result, a method of operating a heating system according to which network water is fed into the system through a supply line and withdrawn from the system via a return pipeline is proposed, the heat load of the system is regulated by changing the flow of the network water through the heating system.
The difference of the claimed method is that the regulation of the heat load is effected by regulating the return water flow rate with a flow regulator installed on the return pipeline after the heating system, and with the pressure regulator installed in front of the heating system, the pressure in the heating system is maintained within the specified limits.
The installation of the flow regulator on the return line after the heating system and the pressure regulator on the supply pipe of the heating system makes it possible to increase the reliability of the heating system by maintaining the supply water pressure in the supply pipe of the heating system within the limits determined by the mechanical strength of the heating devices, and by preventing emptying Heating system through the return pipeline of the heating system.
The applicant's prior art analysis, including the search for patent and scientific and technical information sources, and the identification of sources containing information about the analogues of the claimed invention, made it possible to establish that the applicant did not find an analogue characterized by features identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention. The definition of the prototype from the list of identified analogs made it possible to identify a set of essential characteristics relative to the technical result of the applicant in the claimed method, set forth in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition of "novelty".
In order to verify the compliance of the claimed invention with the condition "inventive step", the applicant conducted an additional search of known solutions in order to identify the signs that coincide with the features of the claimed method, which are distinct from the prototype. The results of the search showed that the claimed invention does not clearly follow from the prior art for the skilled person, since the prior art determined by the applicant did not reveal the effect of the transformations required by the essential features of the claimed invention to achieve a technical result. In particular, the claimed invention does not provide for the addition of a known means by any part that is attached to it by known rules for achieving a technical result, in respect of which it is determined precisely such additions. So, such transformation can not be included in the way of heating system operation the regulation of the heating capacity of the heating system by changing the flow of the network water, since this operation in the claimed method is carried out in another set of essential characteristics and according to other rules in comparison with known methods, which allows To achieve the required technical result.

Further, we will consider the information confirming the possibility of implementing the invention with obtaining the desired technical result. The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the heating system, explaining the proposed method. The heating system comprises a supply 1 and a return 2 pipelines connected respectively to the supply 3 and return 4 mains of the heating network, the heaters 5 included in the return riser 2, the pressure regulator 6 included in the heating system supply duct 5, the flow controller 7 , Included in the return line 2 along the water flow after the heaters 5, an outdoor temperature sensor 8 connected to the flow controller 7. |
Let us consider an example of the implementation of the claimed method.
Network water with temperature 1 = const is fed into the heating system along the supply line 1 and discharged with a temperature
2 on the return line 2 into the return line of the heat network 4. The heat output of the heating devices 5 is regulated by changing the flow of water through the heating system. Change of water flow through the heating system is carried out by the flow controller 7 with an outdoor temperature sensor 8 depending on the outside air temperature. The pressure regulator 6 maintains the pressure in the heating system supply pipe within the specified limits in accordance with the strength conditions of the heaters 5.
The foregoing information indicates that the following set of conditions is fulfilled when the claimed method is used:
- the means embodying the claimed method is intended for use in the industry in the field of heat power engineering;
- for the claimed method as it is characterized in the claims, it is confirmed that it can be carried out using means or methods described in the application or prior to the date of priority;
- the way a heating system operates that embodies the claimed invention, when implemented, it is capable of achieving the desired technical result.
Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition "industrial applicability".
CLAIM
A method of operating a heating system in which network water is supplied to the system via a supply line and withdrawn from the system via a return line, the heat load of the system is controlled by changing the flow of the network water through the heating system, characterized in that the heat load regulation is performed by regulating the return water flow rate with The flow regulator installed on the return pipe after the heating system, and with the pressure regulator installed in front of the heating system, maintain the pressure in the heating system within the specified limits.
