The invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in heat supply systems. The heating system contains the heating devices connected to the supply and return mains of the heating network, the regulating organ on the supply pipe of the heating system. The heating system is equipped with a pressure regulator connected to the regulating body on the heating system's supply pipe and the water pressure sensor in the heating system, and a flow controller connected to the regulating organ on the return pipe of the heating system and the air temperature sensor in the heated room. The technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase the reliability of the heating system by preventing the heating system from being emptied through the return line in the event of emergency hydraulic regimes in the return line of the heating network, and also by maintaining the supply water pressure in the heating system supply line within the limits defined Conditions of mechanical strength of heating devices.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in heat supply systems.

Analogues are known - heating systems containing supply and return pipelines, which are included respectively in the supply and return lines of the heating network, heating devices included in the return pipeline of the heating system, individual heating regulators installed in front of the radiators (see book Bratenkov VN. , Khavanov PA, Vesker L.Ya. Heat supply of small settlements (Moscow: Stroyizdat, 1988, figure 2.4a on page 47).

This analogue is adopted as a prototype.

The disadvantage of the analogs and the prototype is the low reliability caused by the direct hydraulic connection of the heating systems with the heat networks and the lack of protection from the emergence of emergency hydraulic regimes in the supply and return lines of the heating network. The pressure of the mains water in the supply line may exceed the maximum value for the strength conditions of the heaters, or the minimum excess head in the return line of the heating network will not be maintained, which can lead to the evacuation of heating systems and the disruption of water circulation in the heating system.

The technical result achieved by the present invention is to improve the reliability of the heating system.

To achieve this result, a heating system is proposed that includes heating devices connected to the supply and return network pipelines, a regulating organ on the heating system's supply pipe.

The difference of the claimed device is that the heating system is equipped with a pressure regulator connected to the regulating body on the heating system supply pipe and the water pressure sensor in the heating system, and the flow controller connected to the regulating organ on the return pipe of the heating system and the air temperature sensor in the heated Indoors.

The installation of the flow regulator on the return pipe after the heating system and the pressure regulator on the supply pipe of the heating system makes it possible to increase the reliability of the heating system by preventing the heating system from being emptied through the return pipeline in the event of emergency hydraulic regimes in the return line of the heating network, Water in the supply pipe of the heating system within the limits determined by the mechanical strength conditions of the heaters.

The applicant's prior art analysis, including the search for patent and scientific and technical information sources, and the identification of sources containing information about the analogues of the claimed invention, made it possible to establish that the applicant did not find an analogue characterized by features identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention. The definition of the prototype from the list of identified analogs made it possible to identify a set of essential characteristics in relation to the technical result of the applicant as claimed in the claimed device, set forth in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition of "novelty".

In order to verify the compliance of the claimed invention with the "inventive step" condition, the applicant conducted an additional search for known solutions to identify features that coincide with the features of the claimed device that are distinct from the prototype. The results of the search showed that the claimed invention does not clearly follow from the prior art for the skilled person, since the prior art determined by the applicant did not reveal the effect of the transformations required by the essential features of the claimed invention to achieve a technical result. In particular, the claimed invention does not provide for the addition of a known means by any part that is attached to it by known rules for achieving a technical result, in respect of which it is determined precisely such additions. Thus, such a transformation can not include the inclusion of a pressure regulator in the supply pipe of the heating system, since this operation in the claimed device is carried out in another set of essential characteristics and according to other rules in comparison with known devices, which makes it possible to achieve the desired technical result.

HEATING SYSTEM

Further, we will consider the information confirming the possibility of implementing the invention with obtaining the desired technical result.

The diagram shows the basic diagram of the heating system.

The heating system comprises a supply pipe 1 into which a pressure regulator 2 with a regulating element 3 is connected, a return line 4 in which heating devices 5 and a flow regulator 6 are connected in series with the regulating organ 7. The supply 1 and the return 4 pipes of the heating system are connected respectively to the supply 8 and reverse 9 mains of the heat network. The water pressure sensor in the heating system 10 is connected to the regulating element 3 of the pressure regulator 2. The air temperature sensor in the heated room 11 is connected to the regulating organ 7 of the flow regulator 6.

The heating system works as follows.

The network water from the supply main of the heating network 8 with the temperature 1 and pressure P 1 is fed through the supply pipe of the heating system 1 into the heating devices 5 and is taken from the heating system with a temperature 2 and the pressure P 2 in the return line of the heating network 9 via the return pipe of the heating system 4. The pressure of the network water in the heating system is maintained within the limits determined by the mechanical strength conditions of the heaters 5, the pressure regulator 2 with the regulating organ 3. The change in the supply water pressure in the supply The pipeline of the heating system 1 is taken into account by the pressure sensor of the network water 10. The heat output of the heating system is controlled by a flow regulator 6 with a regulating organ 7. The control action on the regulator 7 of the flow controller 6 is supplied from the air temperature sensor in the heated room 11.

The foregoing information indicates that the following set of conditions is fulfilled when the claimed device is used:

- the means embodying the claimed device is intended for use in the industry in the field of heat power engineering;

- for the claimed device as it is characterized in the claims, it has been confirmed that it can be carried out using means or methods described in the application or prior to the date of priority;

- the heating system embodying the claimed invention, when implemented, is capable of achieving the desired technical result.

Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition "industrial applicability".
