The name of the inventor: Sharapov VI (RU); Shepelev I.N. (RU)
The name of the patent holder: State Educational Establishment of Higher Professional Education "Ulyanovsk State Technical University" (RU)
Address for correspondence: 432027, Ulyanovsk, ul. Severnyj Venets, 32, GOU VPO "Ulyanovsk State Technical University", pro-rector for scientific work
Date of commencement of the patent: 2004.06.15
The invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in heat supply systems of buildings. The technical result: increasing the economy of heating and hot water supply by reducing the coolant flow to meet the needs of the subscriber and using the heat of the used hot water, which makes it possible to reduce the diameter of the heat network, reduce the initial costs for its construction, reduce the cost of transport and heat distribution. The heat supply system of the building contains heating appliances and a hot water supply system that are connected to the supply and return pipelines and the drainage piping of the used hot water, the evaporator of the heat pump is switched on in the drain line of the used hot water, and the pump and the condenser are connected to the bridge between the return and supply pipelines Heat pump.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in heat supply systems of buildings.
There are analogues - heat supply systems of a building that contain heating appliances and a hot water supply system that are connected to the supply and return pipelines and a drain pipe for used hot water (see E.Ya.Sokolova, Heat and Heat Networks, M. MEI, 2001). , Fig.3.6 (ж-м), the description to it on p.87-93 and Fig.3.10 (б, ж-м), the description to it on с.100-103).
This analogue is adopted as a prototype.
The disadvantage of analogs and a prototype is the reduced efficiency due to the high flow rate of the coolant to meet the needs of the subscriber. The calculated flow rate of the heat carrier for hot water supply is determined by the maximum value of this load. Therefore, the total flow of heat carrier for heating and hot water supply is overestimated. This causes an increase in the diameter of heat networks and an increase in the initial costs for their construction, as well as an increase in the consumption of electrical energy for pumping the coolant.
The technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase the economics of heating and hot water supply by reducing the flow of the heat carrier to meet the needs of the subscriber and using the heat of the used hot water, which makes it possible to reduce the diameter of the heat network, reduce the initial costs for its construction, and reduce the cost of transport and heat distribution.
To achieve this result, a building heat supply system is proposed that includes heating appliances and a hot water supply system that are connected to the supply and return pipelines and a drain pipe for used hot water.
The difference between the declared heat supply system of the building is that the evaporator of the heat pump is included in the drain pipe of the used hot water, and the pump and the condenser of the heat pump are connected to the jumper between the return and supply pipelines.
Distinctive features characterizing the heat supply system of the building allow to reduce the coolant flow for the needs of the subscriber, reduce the diameter of the heat network, reduce the initial costs for its construction, reduce the cost of transportation and heat distribution, thereby improving the economics of heating and hot water supply of the building.
The drawing shows the scheme of the building's heat supply system.

The heat supply system of the building contains heating appliances 1 and water-separating devices 2, which are connected to the supply 3 and return 4 pipelines. The pump 5 and the heat pump condenser 6 are connected to the jumper between the return 4 and the supply 3 pipelines, and the heat pump evaporator 8 is connected to the drain line of the used hot water 7. The heat supply system of the building works as follows. The mains water is supplied to the heating device 1 via a supply line 3. For hot water 2, hot water is supplied from the supply 3 and return 4 pipelines. The used hot water is sent to the heat pump evaporator 8 through the hot water drain pipe 7. From the return line 4, the return network water after the heaters 1 by the pump 5 is supplied to the heat pump condenser 6, which is heated, and then the heated return network water is supplied to the supply line 3. Chilled used hot water after the evaporator 8 is drained into the sewer. |
CLAIM
