Use: Hot water heating systems with natural circulation of residential and other buildings and premises. The essence: water heating system with natural circulation of water circulation comprises an amplifier, in the form of an additional heating circuit with a surface coil placed at the top level of the supply line.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the heating systems of residential and other buildings and facilities, and more particularly to systems of water heating with natural circulation, used for heating single-storey and low-rise buildings.
Known water heating system comprising a heat source, at least one heater, expansion tank, flow and return pipes, placed respectively above and below heating devices and shut-off valve (see. Yu.P.Sosnina book and E.N.Buharkina . Heating and hot water to individual houses. M. Stroyizdat 1991, s.11-13, Figure 4).
The disadvantage of this solution is low, heat transfer in heating devices, because of the low value of the circulating coolant flow (low pressure circulation). For this reason, the system is small radius of action.
Known system of water heating with natural circulation, containing the heat source, at least one heating device connected thereto supply and return piping to form a coolant circuit, expansion tank, valves and power water circulation (see auth.. Evidence of SU N1638480, MKI5 F 24 D 3/00, 1991).
Disadvantages of this solution are: the need to maintain the interface water-vapor (land supply line from the heat source to the capacitor) at the level below the top of the return line (otherwise, the circulation is stopped); the limited control range of heat transfer heaters; the difficulty of maintaining the desired temperature of operation of heat generator.
The task to be solved by the claimed solution is to increase the circulation flow in the heating system.
The technical result that can be obtained by implementing the claimed invention results in an increase circulating pressure. The problem is solved by the fact that the system of water heating with natural circulation, containing the heat source, at least one heating device connected thereto supply and return piping to form a coolant circuit, expansion tank, valves and power water circulation, the fact that different amplifier water circulation is made in form of an additional heating circuit with a heat exchanger surface, the latter being placed at the upper level of the water flow.
The drawing schematically shows a general view of the water heating system with natural circulation.

As a heat source used or combined heating units known design comprising the firebox and the elements (heating surface) for applying heat from the fuel burned in the furnace to the heat carrier, or surface heat exchangers. Expansion vessel 3 provides for the collection of additional volume of water formed due to expansion on heating and air and collecting emitted by heating water in the heat source and enters the system with water poured into it. Heating system with natural circulation is as follows. Heated in the heat source 1 under the influence of water circulation pressure rises to a heat exchanger 4 (circulation pressure is determined by the cooling of the coolant in the upper portion of the supply line 2 and the difference in height between this site and the center of the heat source).
The amount of circulating pressure is given by
P e = h * (Px -P r)
where h is the excess of the cooling center of the heating system heating center;
P x, z coolant density (water), respectively, cooled and heated.
The heat exchanger 4, providing a partial cooling of coolant, "works" as a gravity pump, creating a higher circulation pressure P e due to the higher density difference P x, y.
The coolant from the supply line 2 enters the heating device 5, where it gives off heat to the heated room.
By increasing the flow of coolant circulating in the heating system, and thus increase the temperature gradient of the heating device, its heat transfer increases.
The coolant heater after the reverse line 6 returns to the heat source 1.
Then everything is repeated.
CLAIM
Water heating system with natural circulation, comprising a heat source, at least one heating device connected thereto supply and return conduits to form a coolant circuit, the expansion vessel, valves and power water circulation, characterized in that the amplifier water circulation is made in the form of an additional heating circuit with heat exchanger surface, the latter is placed at the top level of the supply line.
