The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for the treatment of congenital hyperopia. The purpose of the invention - improved vision and getting proof of clinical effect. The device comprises a power supply unit connected thereto and light energy source. The new device is that the light source is mounted in the housing, the front wall of which is mounted a matte screen and between the power supply and the source of light energy are connected in series and a control unit connected to a unit for forming light flux.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for the treatment of congenital hyperopia.

Currently in clinical practice for the treatment of various kinds of eye diseases are beginning to widely used therapies based on the use of varying intensity light flux to the central region of the retina.

For the treatment of congenital presbyopia and currently used lighting devices.

The closest technical solution taken by us as prototype, is a device comprising a power source (1), an optical unit with a light source and a program unit.

However, this device for the treatment of congenital hyperopia does not allow to normalize the vision, it is ineffective and does not provide a stable clinical effect.

The aim of invention is to increase efficiency in stimulating the innate hyperopia.

This object is achieved in that the device for the stimulation of containing the power supply unit, an optical unit and a program unit according to the invention; program unit comprises connected in series a transformer unit, a control unit and a unit for forming light flux, the optical unit is provided with a matte screen.

4 - the electric circuit of the device.

The device consists of a transformer 1, the secondary winding of which allows to regulate the supply voltage from 55 to 220 with the desired spacing, set in the transformer 1, the control unit 2 housing provided with button 3, the light source 4 (incandescent 60 watt, 220 V), which mounted in the housing 5 fixed to Rejtere 6 to the base 7. in the housing 5 on one side mounted matte screen 8. The casing of the transformer 1, a switch 9, the cord 10 with plug 11, the cord 12 for connection to the lamp 4. Reuter 6 represents a hollow rack fixedly mounted on a base 8 and is located inside it is vertically movable and fixing in position with the screw rod 13, 14, which is fixed on the housing 5. in general, a block diagram of the device (see Fig. 3) structurally consists of the following units: power transformer 16 (WT), whose secondary winding has 13 taps and serves to provide a transmitter unit power (optical block) discretely changing a voltage of from 55 to 220, the control unit 17 (ECU), which serves to switching voltage from the secondary winding 55 V to 220 V and is designed as a wafer switches; 18 a block forming (BF) light flux, which serves to form a light flux with a duration of 0.1 to 0.25 and is made as a power button; optical unit 19 (OB), which is used for lighting with the growing power of the light flux on the matte screen and consists of a reflector (not shown), incandescent 60 watt, 220 V, and a screen size of 50x100 mm. In the circuit diagram (sm.ris.4) has the following designation: B 1 - the switch T 1 - the first winding of the transformer; T 2 - a secondary winding of the transformer; In the 2 - switch; IL - incandescent lamp; CN - button.

SUMMARY OF THE WORK OF THE UNIT are as follows

The secondary winding of the transformer 1 can adjust the voltage from 55 V to 220 V. Control unit 2, which includes galetnyj switch 15, a transformer is mounted on the panel and block the light flux generator comprises switching button 3, which is mounted on the transformer housing. Light emitter unit is designed as a reflector (not shown) and is mounted on the rear wall of the housing 5. As a source of the light flux used lamp power 60W bulbs rated for 220 V supply voltage, wherein the initial voltage of 55 V, followed by increasing voltage of 15 V to the maximum voltage of 220 V and then decreasing with discrete voltage from 220 V to 55V. The front part of the housing 5 is mounted matte screen size 8 50x100 mm.

Device for the treatment of congenital hyperopia is used as follows.

The patient is seated in front of screen 8 so that the distance from his eyes to the screen is 40-50 cm. Includes the installation of the network, for which it is necessary to insert the plug into the socket 220, and turn the switch 9, with 15 galetnyj switch must first be set to "1". Then click on the button with a duration of 3 exposure to the order of 0.1-0.25 s, while the illumination on the screen 8, will be, according to calculations, about 230 lux. Thereafter galetnyj switch 15 is transferred to the "2" and 6-8 seconds, and then press the button with a duration of 3 to influence 0.1-0.25, with illumination on the screen increases to approximately 286.8 microns. By further discrete switching switch 15 of the above operation is repeated to supply to the light source 4, the maximum voltage of 220 V and thus obtain the maximum lighting on the screen 8950 microns. Thereafter, by switching the switch 15 discrete backward reduced voltage to the light source 55, wherein for each push button switch with a duration of 3 s and exposure 0.1-0.25 delay between light pulses of the order of 6-8 seconds .

Full cycle effects on the central area of the retina pulse luminous flux is conducted several times (a full session consists of 4-5 cycles) for the duration of each of the pulses from 0.1 to 0.25 with a duty cycle of 6-8, and the treatment is carried out on a daily basis 12-15 min for 25-30 days.

Currently, the device is used in a children's clinic in Kaliningrad in the treatment of not only farsightedness, but also the treatment of strabismus without surgery.
