The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to medical parasitology, and can be used for the treatment of helminthiosis. The method consists in the combined effect on the worms of lemon juice and eucalyptus broth according to a certain scheme. Lemon juice is administered orally and rectally, and the decoction of eucalyptus with the addition of natural ethereal eucalyptus oil is administered rectally with enemas. The course of treatment is designed for 8-10 days. The method provides intensive expulsion of both round and ribbon helminths, with the exception of the toxic effect of the treatment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to medical parasitology, and can be used for the treatment of helminthiosis.

Releasing a person from parasites, in particular helminths, is of great importance for strengthening and improving the body as a whole and curing diseases caused by helminthiasis.

At the heart of many gastrointestinal diseases (constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain due to enteritis or enterocolitis), respiratory diseases (from ARI to pneumonia), neurological diseases (from causeless irritation, headaches, dizziness to nervous Ticks and even epileptic seizures), chronic fatigue syndrome, allergic reactions in the form of skin rashes, and mental disorders are often caused by infection with helminths. Toxins of helminths act depressingly on the circulatory system of a person and cause anemia, in particularly severe cases, the course is so acute that blood cancer is diagnosed. (Kornakova EE, Human parasites, St. Petersburg, 2002, Muller R.Worms and human diseas., Oxon - New Jork, 2001).

The effect of toxins released by helminths on the nervous system leads to sleep disorders, headaches, in severe cases, muscle tone disorders. The cause of the disease can be very difficult to recognize, so even a lethal outcome is possible.

Toxins of helminths weaken the immune system, aggravating the course of many diseases.

With minor invasions of helminths, the disease can be asymptomatic. But an asymptomatic carrier who does not know about his infection will infect others.

Many doctors, conducting diagnostics and treatment of diseases, do not take into account the possibility of the presence of intestinal helminthic invasions, conduct prolonged and exhausting, narrowly specific treatment that does not relieve the patient from suffering and does not lead to cure, besides, the disease is often complicated by the side effect of medications.

The difficulty lies in the fact that microscopic examination of feces often does not determine the eggs of helminths, which is associated with the cyclical life stages of helminth development and the imperfection of laboratory equipment.

There are known methods of expelling helminths from the human body using medicinal drugs that selectively act on one or another type of helminths, in addition, they are very toxic and have numerous, often poorly known side effects, completely unexplored long-term results, and contraindications for a variety of diseases Mashkovsky MD Drugs, 2001, Zayats RG, Rachkovskaya IV, Karpov IA Fundamentals of General and Medical Parasitology, 2002)

As the prototype method closest to the technical essence and achieved scientific and technical result, we chose the method of expulsion of helminths by medicinal plants (extracts, decoctions, infusions, juices) / Mashkovsky MD Medicinal products, 2001; Kornakova E.E. Human parasites, St. Petersburg, 2002, Artemova A. Lemon: Your solar healer, St. Petersburg, 2004, Makhlayuk V.P. Medicinal plants in folk medicine, Saratov, 1991).

As anthelmintic medicinal plants, tansy flowers, tsvetvarna wormwood flowers, rhizome of male ferns, taken per os at a certain dosage, are recommended. However, it was noted that the antiparasitic medicinal herbs taken per os have a pronounced toxic effect and their overdose or individual intolerance can even lead to a fatal outcome. The use of decoctions or infusions of medicinal plants with low concentration (to reduce the toxic effect) does not give a positive, but a negative effect, because The surviving helminths become aggressive and creep into organs that are not their own and the impact on them becomes problematic (EE Kornakova, Parasites of Man, St. Petersburg, 2002).

Flowers tansy and wormwood worms are used mainly against ascarids and pinworms, they do not act on tapeworms. The extract of the male fern is mainly used to influence the ribbon worms (Mashkovskiy MD "Medicines", 2001). However, the latter drug is very toxic and contraindicated in a number of diseases: liver and kidney disease, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, acute gastrointestinal and febrile diseases, anemia, etc. In addition, it is not always possible to completely drive tapeworms, which leads To the separation of individual segments of the body of the worm with the leaving of the head attached to the intestinal mucosa, which leads to further growth of the worm and relapse of the disease.

Known and cleansing and antiparasitic action of the skin, pulp and juice of lemon fruit (Artemova A. Lemon: Your solar healer, St. Petersburg, 2004, Makhlayuk VP Medicinal plants in folk medicine, Saratov, 1991). However, the lemon is expelled, basically, ascarids and other round helminths. The use of lemon for the expulsion of tapeworms and, in particular, the impact on their heads, difficult to detach from the intestinal mucosa and exile, is unknown.

The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the method for treating helminthiosis due to the intensive expulsion of a wider range of different types of helminths (both round and ribbon), the ejection of tapeworms along with the head, the deeper penetration of the curative composition into the gastrointestinal tract and the impact on almost all of it Departments, and the exclusion of toxic effects of known antiparasitic medicinal herbs.

This goal is achieved as follows. On the first day of treatment, from 0 to 2 hours of the night, 120-170 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice is administered orally, in the morning a 2-liter enema is cleared t = 20-22 ° C, then 1 liter of eucalyptus broth t = 40-42 ° C, in which 15-30 drops of natural ethereal eucalyptus oil are added immediately before use.

To prepare a decoction of eucalyptus, 30 g of eucalyptus leaf should be poured into 1 liter of water, brought to a boil and boiled for 15 minutes, then insisted in a closed container for 2-3 hours.

Decoction is maintained in the intestine for 15-20 minutes, then after emptying the intestine, 120-170 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice is injected into it, and a 2-liter cleansing enema t = 20-22 ° C is introduced in the period from 21 to 22 hours. On the second day of treatment, a cleansing enema is put in the morning, then 1 liter of eucalyptus broth t = 40-42 ° C is injected rectumally, 15-30 drops of natural eucalyptus oil are added immediately before use, the broth is left in the intestine for 15-20 minutes, then The intestine is emptied, and in the period from 21-22 hours put a cleansing enema.

On the third day, the procedures performed in the first day are repeated, and on the fourth day, the procedures performed on the second day are repeated. The course of treatment is designed for 8-10 days, with daily alternations of manipulations of the first and second days of treatment.

Treatment according to the scheme suggested by us is calculated for 1-2 courses depending on helminthic invasions.

EXAMPLES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHOD

Example №1

B-naya E., 48 years old. Over the past 5 years, she has been treated on-site and outpatient for osteochondrosis of the cervical spine, suffered persistent headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, loss of memory, unmotivated weakness, lethargy and irritability. She was treated with traditional medications for her illness, mainly vasodilating drugs. Repeatedly passed courses of physiotherapeutic procedures, acupuncture, therapeutic massage and physiotherapy. After passing the next course of treatment, the symptoms described above became less pronounced, but overall the state of health did not improve. Moreover, in the last 2 years the patient was periodically disturbed by gastrointestinal disorders in the form of dyspeptic phenomena (belching air, heartburn, flatulence, constipation). Laboratory indicators (clinical and biochemical analyzes of blood and urine) within the norm. After repeated examination of feces for eggs of worms, the latter were not found.

Treatment according to our method according to the scheme described above was performed on an outpatient basis for 8 days.

On the first day of treatment at 1 am the patient took orally 150 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice. In the morning, a 2-liter cleansing enema was placed at 20 ° C, after which 1 liter of the present decoction of eucalyptus leaf t = 41 ° C was injected into the intestine. (30 g eucalyptus leaf per 1 liter of water) with the addition of 25 drops of natural essential eucalyptus oil immediately before administration. The therapeutic mixture was sustained in the intestine for 20 minutes, then after emptying the intestine, 150 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice were introduced into it, and at 22 hours a cleansing enema was placed. In the feces of the patient, a large amount of jelly-like mucus is found in orange.

On the second day of treatment, a cleansing enema t = 22 ° C was delivered in the morning, after which 1 liter of eucalyptus infusion t = 41 ° C was rectally introduced into which 25 drops of natural eucalyptus oil were added immediately before use. The broth was kept in the intestine for 20 minutes. At 21 o'clock, a cleansing enema was placed. In the stool of the patient, pinworms were found in large numbers and 5 ascarids from 5 to 10 cm long. On the third day of treatment, the first day of treatment was manipulated, and on the fourth day, the second day of treatment. There were 2 coils of round helminths of different caliber and sizes, segments of tapeworms and a large amount of jelly-like mucus (apparently dead and self-digested helminths).

On the fifth and sixth days of treatment the manipulations of the first and second day of treatment were repeated. A large number of tapeworms came out, some of which reached a length of 1.5 meters (but without the heads), ascaris balls and a large number of self-digesting worms in the form of mucus.

On the seventh and eighth days of treatment, the therapeutic actions of the first and second day were repeated. Two heads of tapeworms (without bodies that had detached themselves earlier), a large number of torn off segments of tapeworm bodies and a lot of mucus, as well as two ascarids.

The patient after eight days of treatment according to the described scheme felt vivacity, headaches disappeared, dizziness, noise in the head, "my head brightened up," pains in the spine and gastrointestinal disorders disappeared. She considers herself to be healthy.

It is recommended to repeat the course of treatment in 2 months in order to avoid relapses.

Example №2

B-moy M., 37 years old. Over the years, he was treated as an outpatient and inpatient in a psycho-neurological dispensary diagnosed with schizophrenia. In addition, the patient suffered persistent insomnia and an unceasing noise in the head. In the patient's chair, an ascarid was accidentally found, after which treatment was started according to the scheme proposed by us. Treatment lasted 10 days with alternating manipulations of the first and second days of treatment. In the process of treatment, a large number of worms emerged, both round (tangles) and ribbons. The last within 6 days left separate numerous segments, and on 7 day - there were 4 heads tapeworms. On the 10th day of treatment a worm with a length of 2 m 10 cm emerged.

After the course of treatment, the patient got rid of the symptoms of a mental illness, the noise in his ears disappeared, his sleep recovered. According to the patient, he was "born again".

The course of treatment is recommended to be repeated in six months.

Example №3

B-naya P., 33 years old. For many years, she was treated as an outpatient and inpatient for allergic reactions in the form of skin rashes of the type "urticaria", periodically arising almost throughout the body. Laboratory searches for the allergen were unsuccessful.

Microscopically in the stool of the patient, ascaris eggs were found. The patient was treated with infusion of tansy, prepared on the recommendation of the directory Mashkovsky MD. (2001) for 6 days. In the process of treatment, a small ball of ascarids came out. It was used for the treatment of the seed of the tartar wormwood, which was taken on a tablespoon in a mixture with honey 3 times a day for 6 days. On the 4th day of treatment, 7 ascarids came out. But the patient did not feel any significant improvements in the state of health, moreover, she began to suffer pains in the knee joints.

The treatment was carried out according to the proposed scheme of ejection of helminths within 8 days. On 1-2 days of treatment, mostly pinworms came out in large numbers. On 3-4 days of treatment, a large amount of jelly-like mucus came out, 2 large clumps of ascarids of different sizes and caliber and scraps of bodies of tape sheets. On 5-6 days of treatment, a ribbon worm came out along with a 120 cm head. On 7-8 days of treatment, 3 heads of tapeworms and a large amount of mucus (dead and self-digested helminths) emerged.

Already in the process of treatment skin rashes began to decrease and by the 8th day disappeared completely. Pain in the knee joints did not disturb the patient. There was "lightness in the body" (according to the patient). She considers herself to be healthy.

The proposed method of ejection of helminths was treated with 14 people suffering from various diseases. All patients in the process of treatment were helminths, both round and ribbon. The main symptoms of diseases after the expulsion of parasites, as a rule, disappeared. Adverse adverse effects of the described treatment were not observed. Disturbances from the gastrointestinal tract, bile excretory and urinary functions were not noted. The treatment was well tolerated by the sick.

In the literature available to us, we found no information about the use of the eucalyptus leaf in describing various ways of expelling helminths from the human body. In the directory of Mashkovsky M.D. (2001) eucalyptus leaf, and eucalyptus essential oil are recommended as antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agents.

With regard to the use of lemon for the expulsion of helminths in the literature available to us, there are only indications of the antiparasitic action of infusions of various parts of the lemon fruit, no specific information on the use of lemon juice or data on certain methods using lemon juice was found by us.

The leaf of eucalyptus has a sharp, astringent, besides a steady smell. The addition of eucalyptus essential oil to the hot decoction of the eucalyptus leaf promotes the active evaporation of volatile aromatic substances and their rapid penetration into the overlying parts of the gastrointestinal tract when the treatment mixture is introduced into the rectum. Therefore, the treatment solution is not limited to the rectal area, as in the traditional method of setting an enema with therapeutic solutions.

Due to the fact that lemon juice is administered either orally or reactively, deep penetration of substances harmful to helminths occurs practically throughout the entire gastrointestinal tract.

The volatile substances of essential oil, due to the small size of their molecules, are characterized by a rapid and deep penetration into the intestinal mucosa, and therefore into the bloodstream and lymphatic flow, so they quickly spread to the large extent of the gastrointestinal tract.

And lemon juice, like the essential volatile substances of eucalyptus, by their features, quickly and deeply penetrate into the tissues of the body of the helminth themselves, obviously causing neuromuscular relaxation, which facilitates their detachment from the intestinal mucosa, after which they are expelled together with the liquid at Evacuation of the intestine.

Phytoncides of essential oil of eucalyptus, infusion of eucalyptus leaf, and lemon juice during emptying of the intestine after enema placement remain in the cavity of the gastrointestinal tract and continue to have a harmful effect on helminths. And with the next treatment, weakened and possibly partially lost helminths erupt along with the contents of the intestine. As can be seen from the presented examples of the method implementation, each subsequent treatment procedure was characterized by a more intensive release of helminths. It is also possible that the phytoncides of eucalyptus, as well as lemon juice, dissolve the mucus of the inner surface of the gastrointestinal tract, exposing the suckers, the hooks of the worm heads and the heads themselves, which are characterized by deep penetration into the mucous membrane. This feature of some species of helminths deeply penetrate their heads into the mucosa explains the fact that other medicinal herbs taken per os or even injected with an enema act on them very little or not at all.

The use of the therapeutic composition t = 40-42 ° C leads to relaxation of smooth muscles and vessels of the intestine, dissolution of mucus that covers the inner surface of the gastrointestinal tract, destroys the helminths, and is better tolerated by patients than the traditionally cold solutions t = 20- 22 ° C.

The complex effect of the infusion of eucalyptus, eucalyptus oil and lemon juice, which is administered either orally or rectally, gives the method, in comparison with the prototype method, a new property and provides it with a supernumerary effect that is expressed in a stronger effect on helminths due to the penetration of molecules of volatile substances Eucalyptus and ethereal eucalyptus oil in combination with lemon juice in the tissues of the body of helminths, as well as by dissolving the mucus on the inner surface of the gastrointestinal tract, which uncovers the head of the worms along with their suckers and hooks and facilitates their detachment from the intestinal mucosa.

A new property of the method is given by the administration of lemon juice, both orally and rectally, which contributes to the effect on helminths practically throughout the entire gastrointestinal tract.

Due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, the eucalyptus broth promotes healing of mucous in the places of detachment of worm heads, and softens the irritating effect of lemon juice.
