(EN) The invention relates to the field of medicine. Preparations for microscopy are prepared from glucose-enriched supernatant as a result of mixing the blood sample with anticoagulant K 3 -EDTA, add a concentrated solution of glucose no more than 10% of the volume of the blood sample to create a glucose concentration in the blood sample of 50-100 mmol / l, incubate blood samples In a thermostat at 37 ° C for 15 minutes, 10-15 μl are taken from the upper layer of the supernatant and transferred to a slide, covered with a cover glass and microscopically inspected with lenses 10 and 40. The invention allows the detection of parasites in 100% of cases.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of medicine and can be used to isolate patients from blood, for example, patients with type I and II diabetes mellitus, helminths, larvae of helminths and other parasites. The proposed method is new, it has not been previously described in the scientific and medical literature.

The object of the invention is to develop a method for isolating helminths, helminth larvae and other parasites from the blood of diabetic patients.

The goal is achieved by the method of obtaining a blood preparation on a slide by preliminary blood sampling in a patient with an anticoagulant K 3 -EDTA (potassium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid); Adding a concentrated solution of glucose (no more than 10% of the volume of the blood sample) to create a glucose concentration in the blood sample of 30-100 mmol / l; Incubating a blood sample in a thermostat at 37 ° C for 15 minutes; Taking 10-15 μl of liquid from the upper layer of the supernatant and transferring it to the slide; The resulting drop is covered with a cover glass and then the microscope of the obtained preparation is made with lenses 10 and 40, which makes it possible to detect helminths, helminth larvae and other parasites in the native form (in a living form) in patients with diabetes mellitus I and II.

New in the proposed method is that as a result of the consistent application of the described steps, it was possible to identify in 100% of cases in the blood of patients with diabetes mellitus 1 and 2 types of helminths, helminth larvae and other parasites that existed there.

A new method for detecting helminths, helminth larvae and other parasites in native form in the blood of diabetic patients is necessary for developing new methods of pharmacotherapy and improving diagnosis in the treatment of these patients.

During the processing of individual process steps, the parametric values of concentrations, time, temperature and so on were checked and justified, which is reflected in the examples given.

EXAMPLE 1 (Fig. La, b).

1. A patient with diabetes mellitus takes 0.5 ml of venous blood with an anticoagulant K 3 -EDTA.

2. To it, add 50 μl of glucose solution (glucose solution is prepared in physiological solution with a glucose concentration of 500 mmol / l), and the sample is mixed.

3. The sample is incubated at 37 ° C for 15 minutes.

4. 15 μl is taken from the surface of the supernatant and transferred to a slide in the form of a drop. The drop is covered by a cover slip.

5. Microscopy of the drug with lenses 10 and 40 made it possible to detect parasites in the blood in native form.

EXAMPLE 2 (FIG. 2).

1. A patient with diabetes mellitus takes 100 μl of capillary blood.

2. To this, 10 μl of a glucose solution with a concentration of 500 mmol / l was added.

3. The sample is incubated at 37 ° C for 15 minutes.

4. 15 μl is taken from the surface of the supernatant and transferred to a slide in the form of a drop. The drop is covered by a cover slip.

5. Microscopy of the drug with lenses 10 and 40 allowed to detect parasites in the blood.

In total, venous and capillary blood was studied in more than 60 patients with diabetes mellitus, and helminths, worm larvae and other parasites were found in all preparations prepared by this method.

The proposed method allows in ordinary laboratory conditions, using inexpensive reagents, to obtain blood preparations of patients with diabetes mellitus and to determine in them helminths, larvae of helminths and other parasites.

CLAIM

A method for isolating helminths, helminth larvae in native form from the blood of patients with diabetes mellitus, including obtaining microscopic preparations from a glucose-enriched supernatant by mixing a blood sample with an anticoagulant K 3 -EDTA, adding a concentrated glucose solution of not more than 10% of the blood sample volume to create In a blood sample, glucose concentrations of 50-100 moles / l, incubating a blood sample in a thermostat at 37 ° C for 15 min, taking from the top layer of the supernatant 10-15 μl of liquid and transferring it to a slide, coating the drop with a cover glass and Microscopy of the preparation obtained with lenses 10 and 40.
