In the course of the last 3 min, the procedures simultaneously affect the region of star nodes in a continuous mode. The total exposure time is 10-20 min. General course of 8-10 procedures. The method allows to improve the state of the neuromuscular system and microcirculation, which contributes to the effectiveness of the treatment. As a result, the progression of pathology slows down and the quality of life of patients with vibrational disease increases.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to restorative medicine, physiotherapy and the treatment of occupational diseases, and relates to a method of treating patients with a vibration disease, including Reynaud's syndrome.

The essence of the invention consists in a complex effect (medication, massage, therapeutic exercise) on the muscles and nerves of the trunk and extremities, and lymphatic drainage of these areas, using low-frequency pulsed electric current.

Known in the art is a method for treating a vibration sickness, which involves the application of mud applications to the cervical collar reflexogenic zone and distal parts of the upper limbs. In addition, additionally and simultaneously, sinusoidal modulated currents of the rectified mode are applied, 1 and 111 kinds of work for 7 minutes each, a frequency of 100 Hz and a modulation depth of 50-75% (Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2104060, IPC A 61 N 1/18, published in 1998 G.).

The disadvantage of this method is the possibility of the occurrence of an electrochemical burn caused by the formation of chemically active substances under the cathode and an anode, respectively, in the form of acids and alkalis against a background of sensitivity disturbance in patients with a vibration disease. In this method, the effect is mainly directed to anesthesia. If the duration of the disease is long, the motor disorders develop in the patients, therefore, in addition to the dehydration effect, electrostimulation is necessary. Simultaneous use of mud and current applications requires compliance with certain requirements for the device physiotherapy cabinets: they must be specially equipped and protected from electric shock patients and personnel, as the use of dirt creates high humidity. Therefore, the methodology proposed by the authors can be performed only in specialized departments and is not available in a wide range of practice. The shortcomings of this method include low efficiency.

The closest is the method of treating a vibration disease with the help of diadynamic therapy in the area of stellate nodes and brushes. The two-stroke continuous current is used for the star-shaped area for 3 min to the maximum tolerated intensity, then for the brush - a short period of 2 min to maximum tolerability. The total time does not exceed 10-12 minutes, the course consists of 5-6 procedures performed every other day (MVRataev, EVMolchanov, ZSShvarts.) Physiotherapeutic prescription reference book, 2nd edition, T ., Medicine, 1967, C.230).

The disadvantage of the method is the possibility of trauma to the skin by electrolysis products. In addition, with vibration disease, in addition to brushes, other body systems are involved in the pathological process, which requires a certain correction of these disorders. But the impact on patients with a vibrating disease should be sparing, and at the same time, therapy should influence the internal organs.

Avoid these disadvantages was the task of the proposed method, by eliminating the causes of electrochemical burn in and impact in the field of a large number of muscles, nerves and internal organs. At the same time, this effect was sparing, since it was carried out successively on each field. Compared with the prototype, we managed to create a technique in which the reflexogenic zone and limbs can be influenced by the same physical factor with high efficiency. Important was the high efficiency of the proposed method with respect to the effect on neuromuscular conduction in patients, as a result they normalized blood circulation in the area of action and restored motor activity, which greatly improved the results of treatment.

For this, in the method of treating a vibration disease involving multichannel electrostimulation of the region of stellate nodes, hands, it is proposed to additionally perform electrostimulation of the anterior abdominal wall, trapezius muscle in the upper thoracic spine, arms in the shoulder region, forearm, and first act simultaneously The area of the anterior abdominal wall and the trapezius muscle in the upper thoracic spine, and then sequentially on the shoulder, forearm, and hands, for 2 seconds per field, while during the last 3 minutes the procedures simultaneously affect the region of star nodes in a continuous mode , The total time of exposure is 10-20 minutes, for a total course of 8-10 procedures.

Any electric stimulator can be used to perform the procedure. For practical work, microprocessor multichannel electric stimulator "Myomodel" was the most effective.

The method is carried out as follows.

Electrodes (cloth physiotherapeutic, depending on the size of the area of exposure, from 16 × 2 cm to 4 × 2 cm) were applied perpendicularly to the course of the muscle fibers in the region of the back surface of both hands - on the triceps (or two-headed) muscle of the shoulder, on the forearm in the region of the common extensor (Or flexor) brush, on the interosseous muscles in the area of the hand (or palmar surface), in the projection of the star node - one electrode was placed between the legs of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the second electrode 2 cm higher. In the region of the trapezius muscle and in the upper thoracic region of the spine, electrodes and the anterior abdominal wall-electrodes were placed.

The electrodes were connected to the channels of the apparatus "Myomodel" (1-10), respectively. The channels operated in a sequential stimulation mode for 2 seconds on each field in the specified areas. This cycle of exposure was repeated several times in one procedure. In the last 3 minutes of the procedure, the effect was connected continuously in the region of the star nodes.

Multichannel electrostimulation is carried out by low-frequency impulse current with a bipolar asymmetric pulse shape. The current was regulated under each pair of electrodes according to the individual sensations of the patient: from light vibration at the beginning of the course of treatment to easy contraction of the muscles under the electrodes at the end of the course (0.1 to 30 mA). Procedures were given from 10 minutes in the first two to three procedures, followed by an increase of up to 20 minutes, daily or every other day. The course of treatment was from 8 to 10 procedures, depending on the severity of the patient's condition and the presence of concomitant diseases.

All the patients (29 people) were in the hospital, in the clinic for medical and labor expertise and occupational diseases, they started treatment after the end of the examination.

The treatment was controlled by clinico-laboratory research methods, including electrocardiography, radiography, rheography, neuromuscular diagnosis, microcirculation and other methods.

Clinical and functional research methods revealed an improvement in the condition of patients after our comprehensive treatment (85% of cases): the subjective state of patients improved, complaints of pains in the extremities and convulsions in them decreased, night sleep and the state of the psycho-emotional sphere improved, and microcirculation in Muscles, on which the impact was carried out, and neuromuscular diagnostic parameters improved. The patients tolerated the treatment well, there were no exacerbations of concomitant diseases.

Example.

Patient K., 1956, with the diagnosis: Vibrational disease of the II stage, polyneuropathy, arthrosis of the joints of the hands. Complaints about pain in the arms and cervico-brachial girdle, intensifying during movement, sometimes convulsions in the hands, numbness and whitening of the 2nd - 4th fingers, chilliness and parasthesia of the hands. Weakness and loss of objects from the hands, rapid fatigue, headache, sometimes dizziness, poor sleep, depressed mood. With an objective examination: the marbling of the skin, the humidity of the hands and cyanotic fingers. A positive symptom of the white spot, a decrease in pain and vibration sensitivity, a hyposthesis of the middle and lower third of the forearm of the wrist area, a cold test positive for 30 min, a violation of neuromuscular conduction, a worsening of microcirculation, an angiopathic type of circulation of cerebral vessels. On the ECG - sinus arrhythmia, tachycardia. On the chest radiographs, osteoporosis, brush-like enlightenment, arthrosis of interphalangeal joints.

The patient received a course of treatment according to the method described above (at the same time, drug therapy and exercise therapy were performed).

The course of treatment was 10 procedures, which were conducted daily for 10 minutes in the first 2 procedures, and then for 20 minutes at subsequent ones. The current was controlled from the sensations of light vibration in the patient under the electrodes to easy muscle contraction in 3-10 procedures (0.1 to 30 mA).

With a dynamic examination, the patient's condition improved, pains decreased, cramps in his hands became less frequent, the cold test was reduced to 15 minutes, the general condition of the patient improved. The patient was discharged from the hospital with a recommendation in two months to repeat the course of treatment.

The advantage of the proposed method is to improve the state of the neuromuscular system and microcirculation both in the pathological focus in patients with a vibrational disease and in improving the function of internal organs, which contributes to the greater effectiveness of treatment. As a result, the progression of pathology slows down and the quality of life of patients with vibrational disease increases.

Depending on the patient's condition, a second course of treatment can be continued in the outpatient setting, which shortens the patient's stay in the hospital. The method of treatment can be performed in any physiotherapy department (room) by a nurse and does not require additional training.
