DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine, namely, to dermatology and reflexology, and can be used to treat patients with psoriasis.

It is common knowledge that various physiotherapeutic methods are used in the therapy of psoriasis patients, in particular, ultraviolet irradiation, balneotherapy, electrophoresis of drugs on the lesion sites. Along with the positive effect, all listed methods have a number of side effects and contraindications. One of the new directions in clinical medicine is the use of electromagnetic waves in the millimeter range (EHF-therapy).

For the prototype of the proposed invention, the method of EHF-therapy of patients with psoriasis was selected against the background of accepted general and local treatment using electromagnetic radiation generated by the Pramen apparatus [VV Salarev, IV Boitsov, VPAdaskevich. Electropuncture diagnosis of the effectiveness of the method of millimeter therapy in patients with psoriasis. / Millimeter waves in biology and medicine, 1998, 1 (11), p. 31-33]. According to this method, exposure to radiation with a wavelength of 7.1 and 5.6 mm is made daily on the upper third of the sternum at a wavelength of 7.1 mm for 10 min, and for the largest skin lesion (10 min) and for the occiput ( 20 min) at a wavelength of 5.6 mm. In the described method, a standard treatment technique is applied, performed at two fixed frequencies without taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient. Thus, in the prototype, technical capabilities are limited:

A) by using only two fixed frequencies of EHF radiation,

B) due to the standard method of irradiation of certain zones (upper third of the sternum, the largest area of skin lesion and occiput).

The technique, taken for the prototype, involves the use of electropuncture diagnostics by the method of Y. Nakatani, however, not with the purpose of selecting individual points of influence, but only for monitoring the therapy. This is due to the fact that at the time of exacerbation in patients with psoriasis, representative points-accomplices, proposed by Y. Nakatani, as a rule are inaccessible for measurement in connection with their finding in the lesions. Meanwhile, it is the initial state of representative points of acupuncture that is the necessary and the only condition for the correct choice of sites of influence, which makes it possible to compile an adequate prescription taking into account all the individual characteristics of the patient. In all methods of treatment of psoriasis described in the available literature on acupuncture points, traditional points of general effect are used. This approach ensures the stimulation of nonspecific adaptation mechanisms (without directly affecting the individual characteristics of the pathology of the patient), which makes it possible to use the same points for various skin diseases [A. E. Bessonov. Millimeter waves in clinical medicine. M., 1997, p. 186-187].

The task of the proposed technical solution is to increase the efficiency of EHF-therapy by increasing the accuracy of the choice of impact points by composing an individual prescription using electropuncture diagnostics.

The task is achieved by the fact that the patient before the start of treatment is electropuncture diagnostics according to the method of E.Kozhevnikov. [Complex indicator 2MT. Test unit "Test". // Instructions for use. Izhevsk, 1991, p. 16-17] at the distal points of the acupuncture canals located at the base of the nails of the hands and feet with the help of the "Test" instrument, the measurement is carried out with positive polarity on the active electrode, and to calibrate the instrument by voltage, the active electrode is applied to the point of the In-tan located In the center of the bridge of the nose, the voltage regulator is set to a position in which the current in the circuit is 10 μA, the measurement is made by applying the electrode once to the diagnostic points for the time necessary to install the needle, while the instrument reading is less than 5 μA indicate a "lack" in this Channel, and above 8 μA - about the "excess", after which the EHF puncture of the noise spectrum is performed by the Amphit-0.2 / 10-01 apparatus at representative points of the acupuncture channels, taking into account the classical canons of yin-yang acupuncture and the relationship of the paired channels, For 10 minutes per point, with a total exposure time of 20 minutes, for a course of 12 sessions, and basic therapy is carried out by intravenous administration of 30% sodium thiosulfate solution, intramuscular injection of 5% pyridoxine hydrochloride solution, 0.02% cyanocobalamin and ointment treatment 5 % Sulfur-salicylic ointment.

The proposed method is carried out as follows

METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH A PSORIASIS

Before the treatment, the patient is electropuncture diagnostics by measuring the conduction current at the distal points of the acupuncture canals located at the base of the nails of the hands and feet (see the drawing) using the "Test" device. Positive polarity is set on the active electrode. The current controller is moved to the end position corresponding to the minimum current value. To calibrate the instrument by voltage, the active electrode is applied to the In-tan point (control point) located in the center of the nose bridge, and the voltage regulator is set to a position where the current in the electrode circuit becomes 10 μA. This approach allows obtaining identical test parameters and comparable results in different patients, as the conduction current data are compared in each representative distal point with an equal current setting of 10 μA at the reference point in all measurement cases. The measurement is performed when the active electrode is applied once to the diagnostic points for the time required to set the arrow (3-5 sec). The evaluation of the channel function according to this technique is carried out from the conductivity data in the sections corresponding to the distal points located at the base of the nails of the hands and feet. The normal states of the organs and systems to be diagnosed correspond to stopping the arrows at a division of 5 ± 0.5μA. The readings of the device less than 5 μA indicate a "lack" in this channel, and above 8 μA indicate "excess" and are used to compose the formulation of EHF-exposure.

Of all the existing methods of electropuncture diagnostics, only the above allows one to assess the initial state of representative points in patients with psoriasis in the midst of an exacerbation, since they use points outside the centers of the typical location of the rashes.

The method of individual recipe selection is made taking into account the following principles:

1) EHF-effect is carried out on representative points of acupuncture channels, in which the above deviations in the conduction current are revealed.

2) The impact is carried out by the cross method (right - left, and vice versa) by two points in one session with an exposure of 10 minutes per each.

3) The irradiation algorithm includes the alternation of the points of the acupuncture canals with the revealed deviations in electropuncture diagnostics, followed by irradiation of the points of channels paired with them. In this regard, the number of sessions is determined by the number of pairs of acupuncture channels. At the same time, the principle of alternation of influence on the Yin and Yang channels is observed.

4) The combination of points is determined in accordance with the classical rule of yin-yang: yang-hand points with yang-knives, yin-yozhnye with yin-manual [MK Usova, SA Morokhov. A brief guide to acupuncture and moxibustion. M .: Medicine, 1974, 141 pp., Treatment with acupuncture - trans. With the English. GSShakhilev. M., 1976, 257 p. (F. Mann, "The Treatment of Disease by Acupuncture." - London, 1962, p. 1, s. 80)].

The proposed method takes into account the relationship of acupuncture canals and corresponding corresponding organs, which allows to have an integral effect on the whole organism in view of the complex pathogenetic aspects of such a serious disease as psoriasis. It is known that in this case numerous organs and systems of the organism are involved in the pathological process, which are among themselves in deterministic relationships. All this allows us to take into account the method of individual selection of the EHF effect formulation proposed by us.

For the EHF effect, the "Amphit-0.2 / 10-01" apparatus of the noise spectrum is used, which ensures the selection of resonance frequencies from the entire range and has a special nozzle for puncture exposure.

Example 1 . Patient P. 54 years. History of the disease N 1152. Diagnosis: common psoriasis, progressive stage. Before the treatment, psoriatic foci were observed on the skin of the trunk and extremities.

Using the method of electropuncture diagnostics, an increase in the conductivity values of more than 8 μA at the points of the lung canal (I) - 10.5 μA and heart (V) - 9.5 μA, decrease below 5 μA at the point of the gallbladder (XI) channel - 3 , 5 μA.

In accordance with the above, a recipe of points for the EHF-action of the noise spectrum is compiled:

1st day: I-11 (d) - XII-1 (s) yin-hand on the right - yin-leg left,

2nd day: II-1 (s) - XI-44 (d) yang-hand left-yang-leg on the right,

3rd day: V-9 (d) - XII-1 (s) yin-hand on the right - yin-leg left,

Day 4: VI-1 (s) - XI-44 (d) Yang-hand left-yang-leg on the right,

5th day: XII-1 (d) - V-9 (s) Yin-leg on the right - Yin-hand left,

Day 6: XI-44 (s) - II-1 (d) Jan-leg left - Yang-hand on the right,

From 7 to 12 days, repeated the effect on the points according to the formula 1-6 days.

The EHF effect was performed by the cross method (day 1 - d + s, second day - s + d and further) for 10 min for each point with a total exposure time of 20 min.

Simultaneously, the patient received a basic conventional therapy (30% sodium thiosulfate 10 ml intravenously, pyridoxine hydrochloride 5% 1 ml intramuscularly, cyanocobalamin 0.02% 1 ml intramuscularly and ointment treatment 5% sulfuric salicylic ointment).

As a result of the complex treatment completed with the disappearance of skin manifestations after 28 days of inpatient treatment. Electro-puncture diagnostics method established the normalization of the electrical conductivity in the range of 5-8 μA.

Example 2 . Patient N. 51 years old. Case history 1257. Diagnosis: common psoriasis, progressive stage. Before the treatment began, the patient had multiple psoriatic foci on the skin of the trunk and extremities. With the help of the method of electropuncture diagnostics, an increase in the conductivity values of more than 8 μA at the points of the lungs (I) - 9,0 μA and stomach (III) - 10,5 μA, decrease below 5 μA at the points of the spleen (IV) channels - 2, 5 μA and the bladder (VII) - 3.0 μA ..

In accordance with the above, a recipe of points for the EHF-action of the noise spectrum is compiled:

1st day: I-11 (d) - IV-1 (s) yin-hand on the right - yin-foot on the left,

2nd day: II-1 (s) - VII-67 (d) yang-hand left - jan-leg on the right,

3rd day: IV-1 (d) - I-11 (s) yin-leg on the right - yin-hand left,

4th day: III-45 (s) - II-1 (d) on the left on the left - jan-manual on the right,

5th day: VIII-1 (d) - I-11 (s) Yin-leg on the right - Yin-hand left,

6-day: VII-67 (s) - II-1 (d) Jan-leg left - Yang-hand on the right,

From 7 to 12 days, repeated the effect on the points according to the formula 1-6 days.

The EHF effect was performed by the cross method (day 1 - d + s, second day - s + d and further) for 10 min for each point with a total exposure time of 20 min. Total 12 sessions with control every 6 days.

Simultaneously, the patient received a basic conventional therapy (30% sodium thiosulfate 10 ml intravenously, pyridoxine hydrochloride 5% 1 ml intramuscularly, cyanocobalamin 0.02% 1 ml intramuscularly and ointment treatment 5% salicylic ointment).

As a result of the complex treatment, it was prescribed with the disappearance of clinical manifestations after 29 days of inpatient treatment. The method of electropuncture diagnostics established the normalization of the electrical conductivity in the range of 5-8 μA.

As a result of the above treatment, the disappearance of symptoms (clinical remission) was obtained in 22 of 35 patients with psoriasis (62.8%), whereas in the prototype in 4 out of 10 patients (40.0%).

Thus, the use of the proposed method in dermatological practice makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with psoriasis in comparison with the prototype (increasing the achievement of clinical remission by 1.57 times) with a shortening of the time of the EHF-irradiation procedure by 2 times.
