The invention relates to medicine, viz., Dermatology (mycology), and can be used to treat microsporia of the scalp and smooth skin. Against the background of the reception of the system antimycotic griseofulvin, the defocused beam of the helium-neon laser is applied to the lesions with a power flux density of 2-3 mW / cm 2 , the duration of irradiation of one field is 2 min daily, for a course of 8-12 procedures, followed by a double 4 and 11 Hours after irradiation by smearing the skin with lesions of fir oil. The method allows to increase the effectiveness of therapy and shorten treatment time by combining the reception of systemic antimycotic griseofulvin, laser radiation and fir oil.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine, namely, to dermatology (mycology), and relates to a method for treating microsporia of the scalp and smooth skin.

Currently, for the treatment of microsporia of the scalp and smooth skin, etiotropic drugs are used: systemic action - griseofulvin, ketoconazole, terbinafine, itraconazole, external use - iodine, aniline paints, mycoseptin, sernosalicylic ointment, clotrimazole, etc. A variety of symptomatic arsenal: hepatoprotectors (Karsil), vitamins, physiotherapeutic methods of exposure (UFO) (Rukavishnikova VM, Samsonov VA Treatment of dermatophytes with predominantly damaged hair. // Veterinary dermatol .-- Venere .-- 1996. - 3.- P.17 -20 Rukavishnikova VM, Fedorov SM The therapeutic efficacy of lamizil in patients with dermatophytosis and some non-dermatophytic mycoses (Veterinary Dermatology and Venereal .- 2. 1997 - P.19-23) .Mohammad Yu Clinical and epidemiological features of microsporia in modern conditions and the development of treatment with new medications: Author's abstract of Candidate of Medical Sciences, Moscow, 1996. Koroleva LP Treatment of children with microspores with orungal // Vestn. Dermatol. And venerol. - 1997. - 4. - P.69-71).

However, with the above mentioned means and methods of treatment, the duration of therapy for patients with microscory, especially when the scalp is affected, remains prolonged, up to 50 days or more, which causes the development of iatrogenesis. Inadequate arsenal of domestic, economically available drugs, herbal remedies and methods of physiotherapy.

The most close to the claimed method of treatment of the microsporia of the scalp and smooth skin is iodine-ointment therapy: 2% iodine tincture is applied to the lesions in the morning, in the second half of the day, an antifungal ointment (clotrimazole, sernosalicilic) is applied in combination with griseofulvin therapy according to the generally accepted Method (Kashkin PN, 1968, ND Sheklakov, 1968. Manual on medical mycology).

However, the duration of treatment by this method is at least 32.9 days, with the possible side effects.

The aim of the invention is to shorten the duration of treatment, reduce side effects.

A method is proposed for treating the microsporia of the scalp and smooth skin, which consists in the fact that the systemic antimycotic griseofulvin is treated with laser therapy of the foci, followed by double lubrication with fir oil. Fir oil - a preparation of domestic, vegetable origin, has anti-inflammatory effect, is economically accessible, does not stain clothing and lesions, has a pleasant smell (State registration 92/329/8).

Our experimental studies in vitro for the first time proved the high antifungal activity of fir oil in relation to pathogens of microsporia. The minimum concentration of fir oil, which has an antifungal effect, is 1.25% of the drug used.

The method is carried out as follows. The patient is exposed to laser irradiation of the foci of microsporia. The effect is performed by a helium-neon laser device ULF-01 "Yagoda" with a defocused beam, a radiation wavelength of 0.63 μm, a continuous mode, a radiation power at the output of the manipulator of at least 20 mW, and a power flux density of 2-3 mW / cm 2 . The duration of irradiation of one field is 2 minutes. For 1 procedure irradiate up to 6 fields daily. The course of treatment is from 8 to 12 procedures, depending on the age of the patient. Then, after exposure to a helium-neon laser, but no less than 4 hours later, the lesions are smeared with fir oil. Re-lubrication is carried out after 6-8 hours. Every day before the physiotherapy wash the hotbeds with warm water and soap. Weekly, the patient with a lesion of the scalp is shaving the hair in the outbreak.

In parallel, the administration of systemic antimycotic griseofulvin in tablets of 0.125 g at a rate of 22 mg / kg of body weight, a daily dose is used in three divided doses.

EXAMPLE 1

Patient G., age 6 years. Diagnosis: microsporia of the scalp. Ill for a month, was not treated.

Upon admission to the clinic, the fungal process is represented by two foci on the scalp of a round shape, 2 cm in diameter, with abundant flaking and broken hair at a height of 3-4 mm. The luminescent glow of the affected hair is revealed. In the conduct of mycological studies of pathological material from lesions, a microsporium pathogen, Microsporum canis, was found.

At an objective survey from internal organs of a pathology it is not revealed. In the results of laboratory tests (general analysis of blood, urine, parasitological examination, biochemical and immunological examination of blood), there were no deviations from the norm.

The following treatment was performed:

1 - laser therapy 8 daily for 2 hearths - in the morning;

2 - twice daily lubrication of foci with fir oil in the afternoon and in the evening;

3 - griseofulvin at the rate of 22 mg / kg body weight - 3.5 tablets per day in three divided doses;

4 - daily washing of the foci;

5 - weekly shaving foci.

When clinico-mycological monitoring found that the negation of the causative agent of the fungal infection from the lesions, determined by microscopic and bacteriological methods, occurred on the 25th day of therapy, a clinical cure occurred on the 23rd day. Repeated mycological examinations performed three times with an interval of 5-6 days, showed the absence of an agent in the places of the resolved foci. Subjective sensations of intolerance to allergic reactions during the course of therapy were not noted.

Further dispensary observation for 3 months confirmed the patient's complete recovery.

EXAMPLE 2

Patient K., age 10 years. Diagnosis: multifocal microsporia of smooth skin. Ill for a week, not treated.

At admission to the clinic, the pathological process is represented by 7 foci on the skin of the chest, back and upper limbs. Foci with a diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 (cm) with clear boundaries, a peripheral ridge and insignificant peeling in the center. Microsporum canis was detected in mycological studies of pathological material from the foci.

At an objective survey from internal organs of a pathology it is not revealed. In the general analyzes of blood and urine, biochemical and immunological studies of blood, there are no abnormalities. In the process of repeated studies of lymphoblastic cysts, glycemic-protozoal invasion was detected.

The following treatment was performed:

1 - laser therapy N 10 daily for 6 foci - in the morning;

2 - twice, daily lubrication of foci with fir oil - day and evening;

3 - griseofulvin at the rate of 22 mg / kg body weight - 5.5 tablets per day in three divided doses;

4 - daily washing of the foci.

When clinico-mycological monitoring found that the negation of the pathogen of the fungal infection from the lesions, determined by microscopic and bacteriological methods, occurred on the 20th day of therapy, the clinical cure came on the 18th day.

Repeated mycological examination, carried out three times with an interval of 5-6 days, showed the absence of an agent in the places of the resolved foci.

Subjective sensations, intolerance, allergic reactions during the course of therapy was not noted.

Further dispensary observation during the month confirmed the patient's complete recovery.

In this way, children from 6 to 14 years old with a microsporia of the scalp (18 persons) and smooth skin (16 patients) were treated with the prescription of the diseases from a week to a month.

The duration of treatment before the first negative test for fungi from the foci of the lesion of the scalp 26.8 ± 1.04 days, smooth skin 25.6 ± 1.08 days. The effectiveness of the method is to reduce the duration of therapy for patients with microsporia of the scalp for 5-7 days, smooth skin - 6-8 days.

The tolerability of the method of therapy was good, allergic reactions, side effects were not noted.

Recurrence of a fungal disease during dispensary observation was not revealed.
