The invention relates to dermatology and can be used in the treatment of perioral dermatitis. Immediately before the action of a low-intensity helium-neon laser, a standard official solution of the escuzane is applied to the lesions. The foci are irradiated with a defocused laser beam with a wavelength of 632.8 nm, a power density of 1-6 mW / cm 2 over the whole surface of the lesion from a distance of 25-30 cm. The exposure is performed in the mode of single daily exposures for 1-5 min.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the treatment of perioral dermatitis.

Until now, the therapy of perioral dermatitis presents certain difficulties due to the resistance of the process and the resistance to the medicament used [1].

Anti-inflammatory and hyposensitizing drugs used for the treatment of perioral dermatitis, imidazole-trichopolum, metronidazole, and vitamins C, P, and others are known [1,5].

The closest to the proposed method is the physiotherapeutic effect of a low-intensity helium-neon laser [6]. Under the influence of low-intensity radiation from a helium-neon laser, microcirculation improves in the skin, the intensity of allergic reactions in tissues decreases [3].

However, the disadvantage of laser therapy of perioral dermatitis is a slow regression of residual erythema, which is due to the presence of angioedema in the affected area [2,3]. In addition, 25% of cases have no therapeutic effect or relapses [6]. This leads to longer periods of treatment - 10-12 days or more, and sometimes requires the appointment of additional medicines.

For the first time, it was proposed to apply a standard official solution of exsuzan immediately before exposure to a low-intensity helium-neon laser to the lesions.

Escuzane is known as a drug that increases the tone of blood vessels, which reduces the permeability of capillaries [4].

There is no information about the therapeutic effect of the escusan with perioral dermatitis.

The method is carried out as follows: immediately before the physiotherapy, a standard official solution of escuzane is applied to the lesions; Then the foci are irradiated with a defocused laser beam with a wavelength of 632.8 nm and a power density of 1-6 mW / cm 2 over the entire surface of the lesion from a distance of 25-30 cm for 1 to 5 min; Course of treatment 8-10 days.

Under our supervision, there were 10 patients with perioral dermatitis (all women) aged 24 to 52 years with a duration of the disease from 2 months. Up to 3 years.

As a comparison group, patients who received local irradiation with a helium-neon laser in the same regimen were taken and patients who were treated daily with a standard officinal solution of escuzane.

In all patients in the foci of lesions, multiple small flat or conical papules and palulovezicles, yellowish crusts against the background of diffuse erythema, were detected on the skin of the face. In this case, all patients around the red border of the lips had a rim of unchanged skin.

As a result of the treatment, the proposed method noted a distinct therapeutic effect in all patients. In addition, the duration of treatment was reduced in comparison with the prototype. Especially noteworthy is the rapid regression of erythema (see table).

On the average, on the 2nd - 3rd day of the treatment, the subjective signs (itching, burning, paresthesia, skin tightness) disappeared and erythema decreased, on the 3rd - 4th day, fresh rashes ceased to appear, on the 4th-5th day of treatment The nodular elements were flattened, on the 5th - 6th day the erythema completely disappeared, on the 8th-9th day there was a complete clinical recovery. No complications of a local or general nature in the treatment of the claimed method was not. There were no abnormalities in laboratory indicators.

When applying local irradiation of a helium-neon laser (comparison group - 12 people), the clinical signs of the disease were resolved at a later date, corresponding to 5-7; 5 - 7; 6 - 7; 7 - 8; 11 - 13 days.

The use of only one application with eskuzan (the comparison group - 8 people) did not shorten the treatment time in comparison with the proposed basic method.

Example 1 . Patient V., 47 years old. The duration of the disease is 2 years. Objectively: in the chin, nasolabial folds and cheeks on the background of persistent erythema - multiple small flat papules and papulesvezicles, yellowish crust color. On the border of the red rim of the lips with the skin - a light border, free from rashes. Difficulty burning, itching.

Perioral dermatitis is diagnosed. Treatment is prescribed by the proposed method. Already on the third day after the beginning of treatment, the burning and itching of the skin disappeared, and the erythema decreased. On the 4th day, fresh rashes stopped appearing. On the 5th day, the nodular elements were considerably flattened. On the 6th day, erythema was completely resolved. On the 9th day, the foci cleared of scales, crusts, and clinical recovery ensued.

Example 2 . Patient T., 39 years old. Duration of the disease is 3 months.

Objectively: in the perioral region, on the background of diffuse erythema, there are many miliary knot elements of conical shape, scales. Around the red border of the lips - the rim of unchanged skin. Distressing itching, tightening of the skin.

Perioral dermatitis is diagnosed. Treatment is prescribed by the proposed method. On the 2nd day from the start of treatment, subjective symptoms disappeared and erythema decreased. Stopped to appear fresh rashes and flattened papular elements on the third day. The erythema completely disappeared on the 5th day. On the 8th day of treatment the skin cleared of scales, the nodules completely regressed and clinical recovery came.

Examples from clinical practice indicate a high efficacy for perioral dermatitis of the claimed method of treatment.

Thus, the proposed method of treatment reduces the time of resolution of perioral dermatitis by 3 to 4 days, increases the effectiveness of therapy, without causing side effects.
