The invention relates to medicine, dermatology. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine, namely, to the treatment of alopecia.

A method for the treatment of alopecia according to MA Rosentul [1] is known, in which the treatment of alopecia is carried out as follows. In the medical-cosmetic room, massage the scalp, and necessarily massage the skin of the neck, upper back and the region of the mastoid processes. Then, after 10-15 minutes, irrigation is carried out with a stream of chloroethyl (before the appearance of frost). The course of treatment (20 irrigations) is repeated after 2 months.

The closest to the claimed method of treatment of alopecia is a method for the treatment of alopecia, comprising applying to the skin of the alopecia areas a thin layer of an oil solution of vitamin A or ammifurin with simultaneous enteral administration of aevite or vitamins A, E and subsequent, after 2.5-3 h, irradiation of the affected areas Skin with a helium-neon laser with a wavelength of 632.8 nm, a power of 15-20 mW, a defocused beam or in a scanning version of the effect with a total dose of laser radiation energy per session of 20-22 J, for a course of 12-15 sessions [2].

The main drawback of both methods is the low activation of hair follicles.

The objective of the proposed method is to develop a more effective method of treating alopecia by activating microcirculation, enhancing metabolic and regulating neurohumoral processes in the body to activate hair follicles.

The stated task is realized, and the indicated technical result is achieved with the realization of the claimed method of treatment of alopecia, in which an oil solution is applied to the alopecia areal with subsequent irradiation with low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.63 μm, with a 1% solution of ethereal Oils in 70% ethyl alcohol, which have the properties of stimulating hair growth, the normalization of the function of the sebaceous glands, stopping hair loss, after which the scalp massage is performed, then a 5% solution of the same essential oils is applied to the cervical collar zone in the transport Oil and perform massage of this zone, further irradiation of the scalp with low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.63 μm, and the cervical sympathetic trunk, adrenal glands, liver, its innervation zone and biologically active points are irradiated with low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 0, 89 microns, for a course of 15 procedures performed daily.

Olive oil is used as a transport oil.

In the claimed method of treating alopecia, the general essential features for him and for his prototype are

This set of essential distinctive features together with the general essential features of the claimed method of treating alopecia and its prototype ensure the receipt of the declared technical result in all cases to which the requested scope of legal protection is applicable.

Distinctive features that provide, together with the total set of features of the claimed method of treating alopecia, the achievement of the declared technical result only in particular cases of its implementation are

- use as a transport oil olive;

- repetition of treatment courses after 1, 3 and 6 months.

This combination of all the essential features of the claimed method of treating alopecia made it possible to intensify the activation of the hair follicles, thereby speeding up hair growth, ensuring the appearance of new hair, normalizing their loss, and improving their quality (restore the pigment, increase the hair thickness, give them a shiny appearance).

Based on the foregoing, it can be concluded that the set of essential features of the claimed invention has a causal relationship with the claimed technical result.

Thanks to this set of essential features, it became possible to significantly improve the effectiveness of treating alopecia, i.e. It became possible to solve the task.

Therefore, the claimed invention is novel, has an inventive level, i.e., it does not explicitly follow from the state of the art and is possible for application in medical practice.

The claimed method of treating alopecia is as follows.

On the scalp 1% solution of essential oils in 70% ethyl alcohol, having such properties as stimulation of hair growth, normalization of the function of the sebaceous glands, suspension of hair loss, followed by massage of the scalp. Then a 5% solution of the same essential oils in transport oil, for example, in olive oil, is applied to the neck and collar zone, and massage of this zone is performed. Next, irradiation of the scalp with low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.63 μm is performed, and the cervical sympathetic trunk, adrenals, liver, its innervation zone and biologically active points are irradiated with low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.89 μm. The course of treatment consists of 15 such procedures performed daily. If necessary, the course of treatment is repeated after 1, 3 and 6 months.

Concrete clinical examples of the implementation of the method on specific patients.

Example 1

Patient P. appealed with complaints of hair loss after a nephrectomy on the right in occasion of polycystosis.

The course of treatment according to the scheme described above included 20 procedures. The examination of the patient and control of the analysis for heavy metals was performed 3 months after the end of treatment. The course of treatment according to the above described procedure consisted of 20 procedures. Inspection was carried out 6 months after the end of treatment. Hair growth by 4 cm was noted. During four years of work on the problem of hair loss 112 people aged 16 to 49 years (one patient - 64) were treated. The causes of the diseases were detected using a specially developed questionnaire, and blood tests were performed depending on the type of alopecia (biochemical blood tests, determination of hormonal status, analysis of hair and blood for the presence of heavy metals). Most of the patients underwent hair analysis for the presence of heavy metal salts in them.

After the spent courses of treatment, all the patients had hair growth, many of them the problem of alopecia was completely solved.

Thus, the claimed method of treating alopecia provides activation of hair follicles, normalization of sebaceous glands function, reduction of hair loss, stimulation of hair growth, appearance of new hair, and improvement of their quality.
