The invention relates to medicine, viz., Dermatology, and relates to the method of external treatment of foot and smooth skin mycoses. The technical result is to shorten the periods of negativization of fungi in the lesions and reduce side effects. The result is achieved by the fact that lesions are lubricated 2 times a day by a composition consisting of 3 parts of crystalline iodine, 7 parts of water and 90 parts of tizol. The duration of treatment is 2 weeks. There were no side effects.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to medicine, viz., Dermatology, mycology, and relates to the method of external treatment of foot and smooth skin mycoses.
In the external treatment of foot and smooth skin mycoses use antifungal agents of 3 groups:
- A variety of chemicals (aniline dyes, organic acids, pyridine and pyrimidine derivatives, etc.);
- Products of plant growing and beekeeping (pinabine, enatin, sanguirithrin, etc.);
- Products by a microorganism (griseofulvin, nystatin, amphoglucamine, etc.) (Rukavishnikova VM, Sukolin GI, Kuklin VT Treatment and prevention of foot mycoses, Kazan, 1994, p. 48).
However, using the above drugs, the clinical resolution of foci of mycosis, confirmed by negative results of laboratory tests, occurs for 10-14 days of therapy.
Before treatment with these drugs, as a rule, it is necessary to detach the stratum corneum of the epidermis with keratolytic agents, which complicates the treatment and extends the timing of external therapy.
A method for treating foot and smooth skin mycoses with a 1% solution of chlorooxydin in a 50% solution of dimexide is known (Patent of the Russian Federation No. 1805960). However, the negation of fungi in the lesion lesions with the use of this method occurs on average 9.5 days of injury.
The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of treatment, reduce the timing of the agent's negation in the lesions, reduce side effects.
The goal is achieved by using a medicinal composition consisting of iodine crystal - 3 parts, water - 7 hours and tizol - 90 hours. This composition is applied to the lesions (palms, soles, interdigital, inguinal and femoral folds) twice a day.
Duration of treatment - 2 weeks.
Negative exciter of fungal infection is observed on day 6 of therapy 6.15 ± 0.53.
In the composition of the drug composition, we used the drug Tisol.
Tysol is a thick, opaque, non-flowing mass of white with a grayish tinge, with a weak specific odor, practically insoluble in water, pH 3.0 to 5.5, refractive index 1.434 to 1.440, colloidally stable, viscosity 1370-5000 cps.
Tysol readily dissolves many organic substances, facilitates the penetration of substances through the stratum corneum without damaging it, and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Previously, tizol was not used to treat fungal skin diseases.
Experimentally, in vitro, we have proven the high antifungal activity of the composition used in relation to Trichophytou rubrum and Trichophytpu interdigitale.
As a result of chemical-analytical studies, the compatibility of all three components of the formulation was confirmed, and the fungicidal properties of iodine in the composition were strengthened.
Prepare the composition as follows:
A 90% aqueous solution of tizol was prepared; To 90 g of tizol add 10 g of water, mix thoroughly.
Then 5% iodine in tizol is prepared. To do this, a sample in 5 g of crystalline iodine is triturated in a mortar, 90% aqueous tisol is added portionwise (10-15 grams) to 100 g, and mixed. This composition is exposed to complete dissolution of iodine in itisole (2 to 3 days). In the future, 3% of iodine-tizol is prepared from this mass. 5% iodine-tisol is diluted with a 90% aqueous tizol 1.6 times (16 g of a 90% aqueous solution of tizol is added to 10 g of 5% iodothiazole). Store the composition in a sheltered from light, cool place for 5 months.
Method of application: the medicinal composition is applied to the lesions (palms, soles, interdigital, inguinal-femoral folds, smooth skin) twice a day. Duration of treatment - 2 weeks.
Example 1 . Patient K., 23 years old, diagnosis: foot mycosis, intergriginous form due to Tr.interdigitale.
He was sick for 3 years, he was not treated. At admission: the skin of the soles is dry, the skin pattern is strengthened, in the folds of its mucovidnoe peeling, slight hyperemia of the arch soles. In interdigital folds - peeling and maceration of the skin. In carrying out mycological studies of pathological material from lesions, Tr.interdigitale was found.
The patient was treated: smearing the soles of the soles and interdigital folds of the feet with the composition: 3 parts of crystalline iodine, 7 parts of water, 90 parts of tizol, twice a day, lightly massaging the skin for 15 days.
Subjective feelings of intolerance, allergic reactions during the course of treatment was not noted.
The tolerability of the drug was satisfactory, there were no side effects.
Negative exciter of fungal infection from foci of infection was established by microscopic methods and bacterial studies on day 5 of therapy. Repeated studies performed on the 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 30th day of the observation confirmed the absence of a fungal infection. Remote clinical studies after 2 months confirmed the previously established result.
Example 2 . Patient B., 49 years old. Diagnosis: common mycosis of feet, brushes, onychomycosis caused by Tr.rubrum.
She is sick for 15 years. The fungal process began with the skin of the soles and interdigital folds. For 5 - 7 years all the nail plates of the fingers of the lower extremities were involved in the process. The last 2 years has noted the dryness of the skin of the palms and changes in the color and shape of some nail plates.
On admission: the process is widespread. The skin of the palms and soles is dry, infiltrated, the skin pattern is strengthened, in its folds is a mucous peeling. On the skin of the soles, focal hyperkeratosis, cracks in the calcaneus. In the interdigital folds - peeling and cracking of the skin. Nail plate hypertrophied, yellow-brown, dull, pronounced subungual hyperkeratosis. When carrying out mycological examinations of pathological material from lesions - Tr.rubrum was found.
The patient was treated:
Lubricating the skin of the soles and palms, interdigital folds with a composition of 3 parts iodine crystalline, 7 parts water, 90 teaspoons twice a day, lightly massaging the skin for 15 days.
Subjective feelings of intolerance, side effects, allergic reactions during the course of treatment were not noted.
Negative exciter of fungal infection from foci of infection was established by microscopic methods and bacteriological studies on day 5 of therapy. Repeated studies at 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 30 days of follow-up confirmed the absence of pathogens of the fungal infection. Remote clinical studies after 2 months confirmed the previously obtained negative result.
Received treatment with the proposed antifungal agent according to the developed method of 20 patients with mycoses of feet and brushes (squamous, intertriginous forms), smooth skin.
Another external antimycotic therapy, as well as oral antifungal medications, was not given to patients. The tolerability of the proposed external agent was good. Allergic reactions, other side effects are not recorded in the observed group of patients. The duration of treatment before the first negative test for fungi from the lesions was an average of 6.15 ± 0.53 days. Recurrence of fungal skin disease during dispensary observation of patients on average for 6 months was not detected.
CLAIM
Method of external treatment of foot and smooth skin mycoses, including the use of medicines, characterized in that the lesions are lubricated with a drug composition consisting of iodine crystal - 3 parts water - 7 parts tysol - 90 hours.
