For this purpose, a multichannel electrical stimulation with a low-frequency impulse current is applied to muscle fibers with a bipolar asymmetric pulse shape with a trapezoidal envelope. The frequency of stimulation is from 10 to 150 Hz, the period is from 2 to 32 seconds, the current intensity is from 0.1 to 100 mA. In addition, massage is performed along the lymphatic vessels in two directions - from the regional lymph nodes of the head in the distal direction and back by pressing and rolling movements at least 4 times. In the region of regional lymph nodes, the head and neck are massaged by pressing movements at least 7 times. In the supraclavicular areas, massage is performed during the exhalation of the patient. The general course of 14-15 procedures for 5-30 minutes. The method allows to improve the lymphatic flow, suppress the formation of the adhesion process, promotes the formation of collagen.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine and can be used in cosmetology, dermatology, physiotherapy, plastic surgery.

The aging process changes the appearance of a person. Over time, tissues lose elasticity, ptosis of cheeks and nasolabial stores is observed, wrinkles appear, face statics change, and so on.

In many ways, the aging process of the skin is associated with changes in muscle tone, blood circulation, including deterioration of the lymph flow, which performs drainage function in relation to tissues, transports toxins, glucose, lymphocytes. The deterioration of these processes leads to a disruption in metabolism, accelerates the aging process.

A method of rejuvenating and healing a person's skin is known, including the effect of electric current on muscles with the capture of motor points and using a helium mask (Patent RF 2033141, IPC A 61 N 39/00, published 1995).

The disadvantage of this method is that when an electric current is applied to a helium mask consisting of a number of drugs, some of them acquire toxic properties. In addition, when gel is transferred to the molten state, the possibility of destruction of protein, vitamins, biostimulants and other substances that make up the gel is not ruled out.

For the prototype, a method of rejuvenating and improving the skin of a person is taken (Patent RF 2021800, IPC A 61 N 39/00, published in 1992), which includes the effect of electric current on the acupuncture points of a person's skin with acupuncture, followed by a fixative massage in the face And the neck.

The disadvantage of the method is the difficulty of coordination by the physician through the intrinsic energy field of the electric field of the source and the patient's field.

The aim of the proposed method is to eliminate these drawbacks due to multichannel electrostimulation, manual lymph drainage, used to prevent skin aging and in the rehabilitation of patients after certain skin and plastic operations, including those undertaken for the same purpose. The method allows to increase the effectiveness of the influence of medical factors, to expand their scope of application and to influence some possible causes of skin aging. The proposed method improves the lymph drainage, suppresses the formation of the adhesion process, promotes the formation of collagen.

To do this, in the method of rejuvenation and healing of the skin of the head and neck of a person, including the electric shock, massage in the face and neck, it is suggested to perform massage along the lymphatic vessels in two directions - from the regional lymph nodes of the head in the distal direction and backwards, Rolling movements at least 4 times in the region of regional, lymph nodes of the head and neck, pressing movements at least 7 times, while in the supraclavicular areas massage is performed during the exhalation of the patient, the general course of 14-15 daily procedures for 5-30 minutes.

The method is simple to carry out and can be carried out by a nurse.

The method is carried out as follows

The proposed multi-channel electrostimulation is performed by a low-frequency impulse current with a bipolar asymmetric pulse shape with a trapezoidal envelope with a frequency of 10 to 150 Hz, with a period of 2 to 32 seconds, a current strength of 0.1 to 100 mA (according to the individual sensations of the patient) 14-15 procedures, conducted daily from 5 to 30 minutes. During these procedures, the patient lies on the couch.

The specific type of electrostimulator corresponding to the above parameters may be different, however for practical professional work the microprocessor multichannel electric stimulators "Myomodel" were the most effective and reliable.

As electrodes, it is advisable to use sticky electrodes (for example, the "INISS" type) with a total number of up to 20. Each pair of electrodes is applied perpendicularly to the muscle fibers, crossing the entire muscle or muscle group. The dimensions of the electrodes correspond to the exposure range: from 1 3 cm to 2 16 cm. Area of action - skin projection of superficial muscles: frontal, temporal and circular eye muscles, chewing, zygomatic and bilobate muscles of the chin; Neck muscles and sternocleidomasto-mastoid, and trapezius muscles. Electrodes are connected to the appropriate channels of the device, the current is regulated according to the individual sensations of the patient to light vibration or easy muscle contraction. The operating mode of the electrostimulator channels can be synchronous or asynchronous.

Another major factor in the proposed method is lymph drainage massage. Essentially, it consists of two main types of movements of the hands of a massage therapist. The first of these can be called pressing movements (subsequently DD). This movement can be compared with the action of the pump (pump), it is carried out directly in the area of the projection of the lymph nodes at least 7 times. The second type of motion is pressing and rolling movements (hereinafter DPD), which promote the outflow of lymph from the regional lymph nodes, then the movement of lymph return from the periphery to the regional lymph nodes.

The general principles of the effects of lymphatic drainage are similar and are as follows. Movements are made at a slow pace, without stretching the displacement of tissues. In this case, the pressure is carried out taking into account the edema of the tissue: the more this edema, the less pressure.

The course of treatment includes 14-15 procedures, conducted daily or every other day for 20-30 minutes.

Lymphatic drainage massage is performed in the face, scalp and neck area. The initial and final zone of action (hereinafter zone A) are the supraclavicular areas where the projection of the thoracic and right lymphatic duct is located. In this zone, the massage therapist holds the DD with the third fingers of the hands, which lie parallel to the clavicles. The pressure is carried out synchronously with the exhalation of the patient and stops on inhalation. Then spend DPD on the following massage lines:

- on the lateral surfaces of the neck to the ear II, III, IV fingers;

- along the line of submandibular and chin lymph nodes of II, III, IV, V fingers;

- along the line of the chin muscle I with fingers;

- along the edge of the chin muscle from the edge of the lower jaw to the outer corners of the lips II, III with fingers;

- along the line of nasolabial folds from the edge of the lower jaw to the outer corners of the lips of II, III, IV fingers, then I fingers along the upper lip;

- along the line of nasolabial folds from the edge of the lower jaw to the wings of the nose II, III, IV with fingers, then with the 3rd finger along the wings of the nose to the tip of the nose, then with the third fingers along the lateral surfaces of the back of the nose to the inner corners of the eyes, then along the nose with the tips of the first fingers;

- From the corners of the lower jaw along a straight line to the wings of the nose, then I fingers along the lateral surfaces of the nose to the inner corners of the eyes, then along the bridge of the nose with the tips of the first finger.

- DD is again repeated in zone A and PDD on the lateral surfaces of the neck. Then spend DD of the lymph nodes located in the parotid regions II, III, IV with fingers and palms of the hands.

Further, DPD is conducted along the following lines:

- from the anterolateral lymph nodes to the wings of the nose along the cheek bones of the II, III, IV fingers, then I fingers along the lateral surfaces of the nose, then I fingers on the back of the nose;

Movement takes place in only one direction:

- in the lower eyelid from the outer edges of the eye sockets to the bone edges of the orbitals inside I fingers without strong pressure on the eyeballs.

- In the upper eyelid from the inner corners of the eyes II fingers along the bone edges of the orbitals inward until they come into contact with the eyeballs, without exerting strong pressure on them.

Then the DPD is done again in two directions :.

- from the pereenaeushnyh lymph nodes II, III, IV fingers to the outer corners of the eyes, then I fingers on the upper eyelids to the inner corners of the eyes, then III fingers on the bridge of the nose;

- from the anterior lymph nodes II, III, IV with fingers to the outer corners of the eyes, then along the hairy parts of the eyebrows I, II fingers, then the third finger between the eyebrows;

- from the anterior lymph nodes II, III. IV fingers to the outer corners of the eyes, then in the forehead area until the II fingers meet;

- from the anterolateral nodes II, III, IV, V with fingers and palms in two or three lines along the scalp to the parietal hillock.

The movements of the DD in the region of the zone A and the DPD on the lateral surfaces of the neck are repeated again.

Further, the DPD continues in two directions along the following massage lines:

- along the occipital lymph nodes along the edge of the occipital bone in the left side of the head II, III, IV, V with fingers to the parietal hillock;

- from the occipital lymph nodes to the parietal hillock, II, III, IV, V with fingers and palms of one hand in two or three lines;

- Further movements are repeated on the right side of the head. Movements along the lateral surface of the neck from ear to base of neck in one direction and pressing movements in zone A.

Patients were treated permanently and out-patiently at the Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute. Patients were aged 40-54 years, had the following concomitant diseases: osteochondrosis of the spine, vegetovascular dystonia, chronic pancreatitis. All concomitant diseases were in remission. Patients received the necessary drug therapy.

Patients were divided into three groups:

Group I (10 patients) had signs of aging on the face: wrinkles (deep and superficial) around the eyes, cheeks drooping, were expressed and slightly lowered nasolabial folds. Operative treatment was not conducted. The procedures were performed daily or every other day.

II group of patients (15 people) received surgical treatment:

Skin and plastic surgery, including:

A) subcutaneous retidectomy, b) zygomatic lifting. Procedures for the proposed procedure were carried out after the removal of sutures: first manual lymph drainage, then the effect of electrostimulation.

III group of patients received surgical treatment and did not receive physiotherapeutic effects.

Results of treatment:

In group I all patients after the implementation of the effects described above reduced the number of fine wrinkles, there was a lifting of the cheek tissues, the cheeks contracted, the nasolabial folds were smoothed.

In Group II and Group III, wrinkles were smoothed, tissue was lifted, but in patients of Group III postoperative lymphostasis lasted 7-10 days longer, in two patients from group III, a keloid postoperative scar was formed.

The method can be widely used both in hospital and outpatient treatment, which will allow to reduce the postoperative period of treatment.
