Date of commencement of the patent: 1993.11.16
Use: in medicine for cryogenic exposure to the skin. Essence: the method consists in moving the cryoapplicator with replaceable Teflon nozzles over the skin surface, while the nozzle temperature in the operating mode is set constant, the cryoapplicator is moved along the massage lines without pressure on the skin for 3 to 7 minutes for 8 to 15 sessions, while The nozzle temperature is set in the range from -50 to -70 ° C, cryogenic exposure sessions are conducted every other day. The result: the activation of the sebaceous glands, the increase of metabolic processes in the skin.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to medicine, namely to cryogenic action on the skin, and can be used to prevent skin aging as a cosmetological procedure.
Known is a method for cryogenic exposure to the skin using a wooden probe with a cotton swab dipped in liquid nitrogen at a temperature of 196 ° C. In this procedure it is impossible to maintain a constant exposure temperature, since liquid nitrogen evaporates continuously. In addition, skin contact with liquid nitrogen is not always desirable, as it dehydrates and traumatizes, especially with thin dry skin.
A method for cryogenic exposure to the skin is known, which involves the movement of a cryoapplicator with replaceable Teflon nozzles over the skin surface, performed not by massage lines, but by the AI Pospelov scheme. In this case, the skin is pressurized with a force of 500 g, and the temperature of the nozzles is set at 40 ° C. However, this temperature effect is insufficient and does not cause a pronounced cosmetic effect. Pressure on the skin, even with a small force, leads to its displacement, severe supercooling and even frostbite.
The proposed method of cryogenic exposure makes it possible to eliminate unwanted skin trauma and, by selecting the optimal temperature and time parameters, to provide effective prevention of skin aging of various types.
The essence of the proposed method of cryogenic action is that, on the surface of the skin, the advantage of the face and neck moves the cryoapplicator with replaceable Teflon nozzles, the temperature of which in the operating mode is set constant in the range from -50 to -70 ° C, with the cryoapplicator moving along the massage Lines without pressure on the skin for 3-7 minutes for 8-15 sessions.
When exposed to thin dry skin, it is advisable to set the nozzle temperature in the range from -50 to -55 ° C, and move the cryoapplicator within 3-5 minutes. In case of thick, oily skin, the movement of the applicator is carried out for 5-7 minutes at a nozzle temperature from -65 to -70 ° C. In normal skin, the nozzle temperature is from -60 to -65 ° C, and the cryoapplicator is moved for 5-6 Min.
It is preferable to conduct cryogenic exposures every other day. In this case, after a course of 8-15 sessions receive a steady cosmetic effect.
Example 1 . Patient K., 54 years old, with dry thin fading skin. When carrying out a cryogenic exposure session, the skin is previously cleaned with a lotion corresponding to the skin type. Autonomous filler cryoapplicator with Teflon nozzle with a temperature of -50 ° C is moved along the generally accepted massage lines.
The movement is carried out at the same speed without pressure and skin displacement for 5 minutes. After the session, the surface capillaries expand, which is visually manifested in mild hyperemia. At the same time, the metabolic processes in the skin are intensified, the smooth muscles of the excretory ducts of the sebaceous glands are reduced and their contents are removed to the surface of the skin, which contributes to the creation of a superficial lipid film and skin nutrition. The patient notes a feeling of freshness, the skin becomes elastic, small wrinkles are smoothed out.
After the course of 12 sessions, the need for a constant use of a nutritious cream disappeared.
Example 2 . Patient S., 47 years old, with thick oily pale skin of the face, presence of enlarged gaping pores.
During the cryogenic exposure, a cryoapplicator with Teflon nozzle, the temperature of which is 70 ° C, is moved along the massage lines of the face without pressure on the skin for 7 minutes. 2 minutes after the session, the maximum reaction of the surface capillaries is noted, which is manifested in a slight reddening of the skin. The smooth musculature of the excretory ducts of the sebaceous glands is reduced, their contents are thrown out to the surface. The inferior ducts of the sebaceous glands are completely released, cryo-exposure leads to their narrowing and improvement of the cosmetic appearance of the skin, complexion. The metabolic processes in the skin are intensifying, the sebum does not stagnate in the excretory ducts, but gradually comes to the surface, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the use of the cream.
Example 3 . Patient K., 45 years old, with normal skin.
After a 5-minute cryo-exposure session with a teflon tip temperature of 60 ° C, the patient experiences mild hyperemia, improves complexion, strengthens the skin turgor, and fine wrinkles are smoothed.
After the course of cryoexposure, consisting of 8-15 sessions according to the indicated methods, depending on the cosmetological type of the facial skin, the cosmetological effect is fixed. The cryomassage lasts for 5-6 months, after which the course in an amount of 8-10 procedures every other day should be repeated.
The course of curvature, regardless of the type of facial skin, has a beneficial effect on the entire body, increases metabolic processes in the skin, relieves fatigue, nervous tension.
