The invention relates to medicine, dermatology. Assign phonophoresis with the biocomplex of copper to the lesions. Additionally, they affect biologically active points by electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency. The power density is not more than 10 mW / cm 2 . After 5-6 sessions, an autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract is prescribed. Endogenous electrophoresis of copper ions is carried out. The method shortens the treatment time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to practical medicine and can be used in dermatology.

Known is a method for treating vitiligo [1], which involves using the method of physiotherapeutic stimulation of melanocytes with the help of long-wave ultraviolet irradiation in combination with photosensitizers (PUVA therapy). The course of treatment includes 15 sessions of dosed ultraviolet irradiation, administered every other day in conjunction with the reception of photosensitizers. The use of this method gives an efficacy of treatment of no more than 40%, with better results observed in patients with limited lesion and a small prescription of the disease. Repigmentation appears, as a rule, after 2 - 3 courses of treatment in the form of perifolikulyarnyh impregnations and "influx" from the periphery of the lesion. Note that the duration of one course of treatment is 3 weeks, and breaks between them - 1-2 months. Thus, the usual course of treatment before the results is from 2 to 3 months without taking into account the breaks between the courses.

Thus, the shortcomings of this method of treatment, first of all, include low efficiency and long treatment terms. In particular, it is very difficult to achieve the restoration of pigmentation on the entire surface of the lesion foci, even with multi-course treatment. Moreover, the observed repigmentation is often unstable and can gradually disappear like tan. This method of treatment of vitiligo has contraindications in the pathology of the stomach, liver, kidneys, blood and vision.

The method closest to the proposed method is the method of treating vitiligo [2] (prototype), consisting in the appointment of sinusoidal modulated currents (CMT) alternating every other day to the upper cervical sympathetic nodes and to the adrenal and phonophoresis region with the copper biocomplex on the lesion sites. SMT normalize the activity of sympathic-adrenal system, stimulate peripheral circulation and immune system. The reason for choosing a biocomplex of copper for conducting phonophoresis is due to the experimentally established fact of copper deficiency in the lesion sites.

For carrying out SMT use the device "Amlipulse - 4". In this case, the lateral surface of the neck below the mastoid processes (approximately in the projection of the upper cervical sympathetic nodes) is attached either plate-shaped with dimensions 3-4 5-6 cm 2 , or round 5 cm in diameter on hand holders electrodes with hydrophilic gaskets. The following parameters of the procedure are used: P - 1 min. III PP-2-3 min and IV PP - 2-3 min. The third and fourth kinds of work (III PP and IV PP, respectively) are chosen with the expectation of ensuring the effect of currents on the largest possible range of tissues. When carrying out phonophoresis with copper biocomplex, the intensity of exposure is chosen depending on the localization of the foci in the range from 0.1 to 0.2 to 0.4-0.6 W / cm 2 .

With this method of treatment of vitiligo for one course of treatment, 10-12 procedures are performed as described above.

The disadvantages of this method of treatment are the long duration and low efficiency. Only after 2 months in 50% of patients there is the appearance of point repigmentation sites in the mouths of hair follicles, while the boundaries of lesions become blurred and fuzzy. With large lesions and long periods of disease, one course of treatment is not enough. The total duration of treatment of vitiligo in this way, as in the previous case, is from 2 to 3 months without taking into account interruptions between treatment courses.

Summarizing the above, we can conclude that the existing methods of treatment of vitiligo have low efficiency, are long in time and give a positive effect only after a long enough time after the end of treatment.

The object of the present invention is to increase the efficacy and reduce the duration of vitiligo treatment.

The solution of the task is achieved by the fact that according to the method for treating vitiligo by prescribing a phonophoresis with a copper biocomplex to the lesion sites, an EHF therapy is prescribed additionally, but at other times, by the action of nonthermal electromagnetic radiation of an extremely high frequency and low intensity (radiation power density of not more than 10 mW / Cm 2 ) to biologically active points, after 5-6 sessions of physiotherapeutic procedures, an autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract with endogenous electrophoresis of copper ions (AES GIT-Cu) is administered [3] and then the remaining 5 to 6 procedures are performed.

For EHF exposure, BAT is recommended, recommended for the treatment of vitiligo, skin diseases and diseases associated with metabolic disorders. It is recommended to use the following BAT: basic - V-40 (wei-chung), GI-10 (show-san-li), F-8 (tsyu-chuan), BT-90 (ju-dyan-feng), BT -101 (chzhun-kui) and additional - MS-6 (Nei-guan), RP-5 (shan-tsu), V-60 (kun-lun), VG-11 (Shen-dao), VG-20 ( Buy-hui).

Recipes of EHF-exposure are made individually on the basis of BAT recommended above and taking into account accompanying pathological manifestations. Usually, no more than 5 - 8 BAT is included in the recipe, so that the total exposure time does not exceed 30 minutes.

New in the proposed method of treatment of vitiligo is that additionally, but at other times, prescribe EHF-therapy by exposure to nonthermal electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency and low intensity (power density no more than 10 mW / cm 2 ) to biologically active points, after 5 - 6 sessions of physiotherapeutic procedures prescribe an autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract with endogenous electrophoresis of copper ions (AES GIT - Cu) and then spend the remaining 5 to 6 procedures.

In the scientific-medical and patent literature analyzed by the authors, these distinctive features were not found. Thus, the invention corresponds to the criterion of "novelty".

The totality of the distinctive features does not follow explicitly from the level of development of technology for the specialist. Thus, the technical solution corresponds to the criterion of the invention "inventive level".

The proposed invention can be used in practical medicine, and therefore, it meets the criterion of "industrially applicable".

Consider a practical example of the use of the proposed method of treatment of vitiligo. Patient V., a man, 65 years old, has been suffering from vitiligo for more than 20 years. The lesions are localized on the hands and on the face. Treatment is prescribed: 10 sessions of phonophoresis with copper biocomplex on the basis of Mirra cream on the lesions located on the hands, and 10 sessions of EHF-therapy. The above procedures are time-separated so that there is a break between them for at least 2 hours.

For the phonophoresis, the UZT-101 apparatus was used. Parameters of the procedure: intensity 0.4 W / cm, continuous mode, exposure time 10 min.

For EHF exposure, BAP, recommended for the treatment of vitiligo, skin diseases and diseases associated with metabolic disorders, has been selected. The recipe for EHF exposure includes the following BATs: BT-90 (jiu-dyan-feng), BT-101 (chzhun-kui), MS-6 (nei-guan), GI-10 (show-san li), F- 8 (tsyu-chuan), V-40 (wei-chung) and V-60 (kun-lun). The exposure time for each BAT is 2 minutes. In the odd BAT sessions of the right hand were combined with the BAT of the left leg, and in even sessions - on the contrary the BAT of the left hand combined with the BAT of the right leg.

EHF-therapy was carried out with the device AKVCH1-01 "Nickel-1", which is produced serially according to TU - 9444-003-07543077-97, the certificate of conformity N РОСС RU.ИМ 11.В00027.

After five of the above procedures, the patient is assigned an autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract with endogenous electrophoresis of copper ions (GTP-Cu NPP) [3]. After receiving the GIT-Cu NPP, the remaining five treatment sessions were performed.

The GTP-Cu NPP used is made in the form of a medicinal capsule consisting of two electrically isolated electrodes forming a capsule body, a power source and an electric pulse generator located inside the capsule. The anode of the capsule is coated with a layer of copper.

When the electrostimulator is inserted into the gastrointestinal tract, the electrical impulses produced by the pulse generator are applied to electrodes that come in contact with the walls of the tract. The impact of electrical impulses on the walls of the tract causes the appearance of a response in the form of a wave of peristalsis, which moves the stimulator into the distal sections of the gastrointestinal tract.

During the operation of the GIT-Сu NPP, simultaneously with the generation of electrical impulses that cause a wave of peristalsis, an electrochemical dissolution of the copper coating of the anodic contact of the stimulator occurs, as a result of which copper ions are easily produced by the patient's body. Thus, during the operation of the stimulator, a dosed supply of copper ions is provided with a speed not exceeding the daily requirement of the organism. The use of this stimulant in the treatment of vitiligo is due to the copper deficiency mentioned above.

Imagine the results of treatment of patient B. After the 6th session of procedures, multiple individual small spots of pigmentation with a diameter of about 1 mm appeared in the face and hands of the patient in some lesions, which are localized in the mouths of hair follicles. After 10 sessions, a stable formation of repigmentation spots in all lesions is observed. A month after the end of the first course of treatment, a follow-up examination showed that the lesions were reduced by approximately 70%. With a break of 2 months, a second course of treatment is appointed, identical to that described above, after which the complete disappearance of depigmented spots is observed.

The effectiveness of treatment of patients according to the proposed method was evaluated in the clinic of skin diseases of the SSMU. The following results were obtained. In 52% of patients, appearance of repigmentation spots was observed directly during the first course of treatment. The control of the patients one month after the first course of treatment showed that 85% of all patients had spots of repigmentation in the lesions, which made it possible to conclude that the proposed method of vitiligo treatment was highly effective and that the treatment schedule was shortened. With large areas of damage and long periods of the disease, a total of 2 to 3 courses of treatment are required for a complete cure.

Thus, the proposed method of treatment allows not only to increase the effectiveness of treatment, but to significantly shorten the duration of treatment, since already a month after the first course of treatment, positive results are observed in 85% of patients.
