DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and dermatology.

Psoriasis - one of the most prevalent diseases in dermatology. The disease is characterized by a combination of cutaneous and articular syndrome, and often vistseropatiyami, high rate of disability and disability of patients. In psoriasis, there are complex interactions between cutaneous and articular syndrome, functional, and sometimes the morphological changes of the internal organs and the nervous system. In addition, the heavy hard occurring forms of the disease (Arthropathic psoriasis, erythroderma, pustular psoriasis, psoriasis of the palms and soles), in addition to physical and mental discomfort often cause disability of patients at a young, working-age adults.

Various methods for the treatment of psoriasis, is the appointment of drugs, physiotherapy and health resort rehabilitation [1].

However, the lack of effectiveness of the treatment, a tendency to recur, the short term remissions are forced to search for new therapies.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed is a method of treating psoriasis by electrophoresis aqueous solution of "dry brine" [2].

The disadvantages of this method include:

1) the relative duration of treatment (18-20 procedures);

2) the use of higher compared to the inventive, the drug concentration;

3) an extract of an aqueous solution of "dry brine" - is preformed factor of natural origin, chemically separates it from the human body;

4) complexity of the procedures by the use of solutions of different concentration (from 1% in the first procedure to 3% in the 10th process).

The problem solved by the invention - the elimination of these shortcomings, improving the efficiency of the treatment, reducing the time of treatment and remission extension - is solved as follows.

As the drug for electrophoresis using 0.9% - 1.1% solution of "dry" pantogematogena obtained from deer blood during the rut, with the solution for electrophoresis was prepared immediately prior to the procedure.

The process is as follows. Electrophoresis: 0.9% - 1.1% aqueous solution pantogematogena performed on lesions, exposure 25 - 30 minutes, at a daily rate of 10 - 15 treatments while pantogematogen injected with both poles, a current density of 0.03 - 0.05 mA / cm 2, with a longitudinal or transverse arrangement of electrodes depending on the nature and prevalence of skin lesions on the process of 2-, 4-, 8-contact technique, and at high prevalence process alternate to the impact on reflex-segmental zone.

The drug is a "dry" pantogematogen obtained from the blood of deer during the rut by vacuum drying at a temperature of 38 o C (TU 9358-004-0481122-95).

Experimental study of the drug showed that it has a favorable effect on the animals, increases the activity of behavior, emotional reaction, physical endurance, has anti-stress effect. [3]

During the procedure foretirovanie micro- and macronutrients in the electric field takes place through the skin from a drug solution contained in the medicinal pads. It refers to the group Pantogematogen adaptogenic stimulant drugs or natural origin, as its source a warm-blooded animal organism and thus, chemically closer to the human body, which distinguishes it from plant adaptogens. In the pathological center receives chemical and biological components contained in the drug solution. Furthermore, exposure is performed on the reflex zone that promotes a closer relationship with the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

Experimentally proved that the concentration of the solution of "dry" pantogematogena 0.9% - 1.1% does not irritate the skin under the electrodes. Lower concentration had no effect, a large concentration (2% - 3% or more) in 50% - 60% of patients causes skin irritation under the electrodes, itching and burning, and in patients with psoriasis - even the progression of the disease.

The duration of treatment (10 - 15 days) was determined by monitoring the effectiveness of treatment. When reducing treatment was not reached a stable therapeutic effect, increasing the therapeutic effect is not increased. Fractional composition of blood serum: total protein - 60.4, albumins - 47,4; globulins a 1 - 3.6; a 2 - 10.8; b - 17,5; U - 22,8; seromucoid - 96.

The immune status of blood: T-lymphocytes - 22%, B-lymphocytes - 10, T x - 18%; T c - 4%; immunoglobulin-A - 2,6 g / l; I - 16,57 g / l; M - 2,3 g / l, the CEC - 47 conv. u

Ultrasonography of the abdomen. Conclusion: The manifestations of chronic cholecystitis is acute.

Duodenal intubation:

The patient have been treated in accordance with the claimed method. 1% solution of "dry" pantogematogena injected with a positive and a negative electrode. After the procedure, all 5 elements have settled, pale, appeared psevdoatrofichesky rim Voronov. A significant improvement has been observed after 7 sessions. After 10 treatments the process regressed completely.

A follow-up examination after treatment. Complete blood count: Hb 128 g / l, er. - 4.2 g / l, 4 ESR mm / h, L - 5,5 g / l, n - 3%, with - 57% L - 34% B - 0% e - 3%, m - 3%.

Fractional composition of blood serum: total protein - 70.2, albumins - 53,6; globulins a 1 - 2.1; a 2 - 10.0; b - 14,0; U - 19,8; seromucoid - 112.

The immune status of blood: T-lymphocytes - 53%, B-lymphocytes - 13, T x - 47%; T c - 6%; immunoglobulin-A - 2,15 g / l; I - 15,9 g / l; M - 2,08 g / l, the CEC - 38 standard units

From April 1998 to April 1999 for patients underwent clinical follow-up. Saved only "duty plaques" drop-shaped sizes on the elbows and knees.

Total treated 46 patients with psoriasis aged 16 to 45 years old. Of these, 18 women and 28 men. As can be seen from the tables, the group made up by age and disease duration. In 8 patients was marked exudative form, in 36 patients - psoriasis vulgaris, two patients had a tendency to erythroderma. The disease was in 20 patients from 2 to 5 years, 14 patients from 5 to 10 years, 12 people more than 10 years. Dominated by patients with limited forms of psoriatic disease - 38 patients, 6 patients had common psoriasis. 46 patients were treated in accordance with the claimed method (group 1). 51 were treated according to the prior art (group 2).

It was found that the use of the drug "dry" pantogematogen has a pronounced therapeutic effect: after 4-5 all elements settled procedure, turned pale, appeared psevdoatrofichesky rim Voronov. Significant improvement was planned after 7-9 sessions. After 10-15 procedures process regressed completely.

In the study of hematological indices significant differences in the level of hemoglobin, which is before the treatment was 110 ± 1,7 g / l; after treatment - 122 ± 1,7 g / l; (P 0,05). Protein fractions before treatment b globulins 16,3 ± 2,4 and U-globulin 22,1 ± 1,3; after treatment with b-globulin 14,6 ± 1,2 and U-globulin 19,2 ± 1,7 (p 0,05).

Thus, the proposed method improves the treatment of trophic skin adaptive function is effective, technically simple, well tolerated, did not cause adverse reactions, allows to extend the clinical remission may be used in the broad practice of dermatology.
