The invention relates to dermatology and is intended for the treatment of skin diseases. Electrostimulation is carried out with the help of an autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract, which is used sublingually for 20 to 30 days, and then administered once in the body orally, with sublingual use of the electrostimulator held in the mouth for 20-40 minutes 1-2 times a day. The electrostimulator is kept in the mouth during the hours of the least activity of the meridian of the three heaters and the meridian of that organ, the defeat of which is most pronounced. The method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely dermatology and physiotherapy, and can be used to treat skin diseases - neurodermatitis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, vitiligo, and the like.
All the increasing influence of unfavorable factors of the external environment, allergization of the population, neuropsychic stresses, etc. Cause an increase in the number of the aforementioned skin diseases, and in this connection the task of developing new effective methods for treating these diseases remains urgent.
Known is a method for treating skin diseases involving the purification of the body with enterosorbents (eg, polyphepan, enterosgel, etc.). (N.P. Toropova, O.Siniavskaya "Eczema and neurodermatitis in children." Ekaterinburg, 1993, p. 268). However, this method of treatment is not effective enough, and, as a rule, it does not allow to achieve a sufficiently long remission, to give up the local hormonal therapy.
Known are methods for treating skin diseases such as eczema and neurodermatitis, including physiotherapeutic effects on the body (eg, electrosleep, electrophoresis, UFO, DDT) (N.P. Toropova, O.Siniavskaya "Eczema and neurodermatitis in children" Ekaterinburg, 1993 , Pp. 352-354). However, these methods of treatment are not effective enough and do not allow to give up the local hormonal therapy.
The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of treatment. The goal is achieved by the fact that the physiotherapeutic effect on the body is carried out with the help of an autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract (NPP GIT 01), which is held in the mouth for 20-40 minutes 1-2 times a day during the hours of the least activity of the meridian of 3 heaters And the meridian of the organ whose defeat is most pronounced. The course of treatment is 20-30 days. After the completion of the course of sublingual procedures, nuclear power plants are injected once into the body by mouth.
Comparative analysis with a prototype showed that the proposed method of treatment differs from the known one in that the physiotherapeutic effect on the body is carried out with the help of the GIT of the GIT, which is used according to the proposed scheme. Thus, this technical solution corresponds to the criterion of the invention "novelty".
The analysis of patent and specialized literature has shown that the proposed method of treatment differs not only from the prototype, but also from other technical solutions in this and related fields. Thus, the authors did not find ways to treat skin diseases (such as neurodermatitis, vitiligo, eczema, etc.), in which the NPP of the gastrointestinal tract would be used. Namely, the use of NPPs of the gastrointestinal tract according to the proposed scheme has made it possible to achieve an increase in the effectiveness of treatment (the onset of the effect in 3-5 procedures, the possibility of abandoning local hormone therapy, and a prolonged remission).
NPP GIT normalizes the work of the gastrointestinal tract, restores its motor and secretory activity, thereby contributing to the purification of the body, has a complex positive effect on many processes in the body, affects indirectly the nervous, immune and endocrine systems. Such a complex effect on the body makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of skin diseases.
This method can be used in the treatment of skin diseases both alone and in the complex treatment of the disease.
The method can be performed in inpatient, outpatient and home settings.
Thus, the proposed method of treatment meets the criteria of "inventive level" and "industrial applicability". The method is carried out in the following way: AES GIT is held in the mouth for 20-40 minutes 1-2 times a day during the hours of the least activity of the meridian of 3 heaters (between 9 and 11 hours) and the meridian of the organ whose lesion is most pronounced. After a 20-30 day course of sublingual procedures, the NPP of the gastrointestinal tract should be injected once into the body orally.
The NPP of the gastrointestinal tract is allowed for use in medical practice by Order No. 58 of the Minister of Health of the USSR of January 16, 1985.
Example 1 . Patient K., 19 years old
Diagnosis: neurodermatitis, chronic cholecystitis, reactive pancreatitis.
Exacerbations of the disease came under the influence of stressful situations, errors in the diet.
Objectively: in the region of interdigital spaces, elbows folds - hyperemia, skin infiltration, cracks, traces of scratching.
Treatment was performed as described above. The patient kept the NPP of the GIT in the mouth for 20 minutes 2 times a day in the intervals from 9 to 11 hours and from 11 to 13 hours. The course of treatment is 20 days. After the sublingual course of treatment was completed, the GIT was injected once into the body orally.
Already in the first days of treatment (on 3-4 days) the general condition improved, the itching of the skin ceased, the process of epithelization of affected areas of the skin began. The patient stopped using local hormone therapy. By the 20th day of treatment, all skin manifestations had disappeared.
Remission continued throughout the year. A year later, at the first signs of the disease (reddening of the skin and itching), the course of treatment was repeated. The patient is observed for 3 years. The preventive course of treatment is conducted once a year. There was no exacerbation of the neurodermatitis.
Example 2 . Patient T., 14 years old
The diagnosis: vitiligo.
The diagnosis was made 6 months before the appeal to NIIMEPZ.
Objectively: depigmentation of the skin in the area of the brush (spot size 5x7 cm), in the neck area several spots measuring 5x5 cm, with a tendency to merge.
On the part of other organs and systems, pathology has not been identified. The treatment was carried out with the help of the GIT intestinal tract for 30 days.
The electrostimulator held the patient in the mouth for 40 minutes 1 time per day in the time interval from 9 to 11 hours. After completing the course of sublingual procedures, the GIT was injected once into the body orally.
After the end of the course of treatment, the border between the affected skin and the healthy became less distinct. After 1 month on a follow-up visit: the sizes of the depigmented areas decreased.
After 6 months, further positive dynamics is observed (the spot size in the brush region is 3x3 cm, in the neck region it is 3x4 cm).
Example 3 . Patient S., 20 years old
Has addressed with complaints to eruptions in the form of a vesicle, erosion on a skin of brushes, faces.
Diagnosis: exudative eczema
Since the age of 10, he has been observed by a dermatologist for exudative eczema, he constantly uses hormonal preparations of external use.
A clinical examination revealed chronic gastritis with a decreased secretory function.
The treatment was performed as described above. The patient kept the NPP of the gastrointestinal tract in the mouth 2 times a day in the intervals from 9 to 11 hours, and from 19 to 21 hours for 30 minutes.
From the first procedures the itch disappeared, the erosion began to epithelize, there was no need to use hormonal ointments. By the twentieth day, all skin manifestations had disappeared. The NPP of the gastrointestinal tract was administered once in the body orally.
The effect of treatment (disappearance of cutaneous manifestations) persisted for 6 months. At occurrence of the first signs of disease - an itch, reddening of a skin - the repeated course of treatment by the method described above was carried out.
Further observation for 2 years has shown the need for treatment of NPP GIT on the proposed procedure 2 times a year.
The proposed method of treatment was used in 37 people: with eczema - 19 people, the effect - complete disappearance of skin manifestations, long-term remission - was observed in 15 people (78.9%), in 4 people - a significant improvement, without positive dynamics - 0 ; With neurodermatitis - 13 people, the effect - the disappearance of skin manifestations, prolonged remission - was observed in 11 patients (84.6%), in 2 people - a significant improvement, without positive dynamics - 0; With vitiligo - 5 people, the effect of treatment - reduction of depigmented skin areas by 50-60% - was observed in 3 patients (60%).
As can be seen from the data presented, the proposed method of treating skin diseases is quite effective. Improvement is observed after only 3-5 procedures, after 20-30 days of treatment there is a significant improvement in skin condition even in the most severe forms of the disease. The method allows you to give up the local hormone therapy, to achieve a long-term remission. In this case, the proposed method of treatment is simple in execution, accessible, physiological, practically has no contraindications, can be used as monotherapy and in combination with other methods of treatment. Treatment with the proposed method can be carried out at home.
The proposed method is recommended to be used in clinical practice.
