The invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology. The goal is to preserve treatment terms and reduce side effects. To do this, when PUVA therapy is used as a copper-containing preparation, a cupri is used, which is injected 2 ml intramuscularly daily with 20 injections per course.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the treatment of vitiligo.

Known is a method for the treatment of vitiligo, including PUVA therapy and medications - B vitamins, furanocoumarin preparations, inorganic copper salts (copper sulfate, copper citrate) (Mashkovsky VM, Tadjibaev T., Borisenko KK, Babayants RS .).

Known is the method of complex treatment of vitiligo (prototype), in which, along with photosensitizing drugs inside and outwardly (ammifurin, Beroxane, psoralen), patients were prescribed drugs that normalize the function of the adrenal cortex (vitamins B, C, salicylic selenium, corticosteroids), thyroid (thyroidin, Betazine, vitamin A), 1% solution of copper sulphate, vitamins A, B, C, PP. Complex therapy is carried out by cycles - 1-1,5 months, for 2-7 cycles of treatment.

The known method represents a complex complex of treatment both in time and in the means used. In addition, copper sulfate is used as an emetic and antiseptic, which requires strict compliance with the dosage.

The aim of the invention is to shorten treatment times and reduce side effects.

The goal is achieved by introducing a "coupon" of 2 ml intramuscularly daily, 20 injections per course of treatment.

The proposed method PUVA-therapy in combination with the "coupler" is 20 days and consists of 1-3 courses of treatment. The invention is carried out in the following way: the patient of vitiligo was phototherapy with the help of the device PUVA-22 (Finland). The domestic photosensitizer psoberan was administered orally at the rate of 0.8 mg per kg of body weight of the patient. Irradiation was carried out 3-4 times a week, starting with a minimum dose of 1.5-2.0 J / cm 2 . The irradiation course consisted of 15 sessions, a break between which is 40-45 days. Patients were injected with PUVA-therapy by injection of 2 ml drug intramuscularly, daily. On the course of treatment 20 injections. The patient underwent 3 courses of treatment. After treatment in the patient, the repigmentation of vitiliginous foci was more than 80%.

The therapeutic efficacy of the drug "coupon" was studied in 112 patients with vitiligo. The effectiveness of the therapy was evaluated as follows: - recovery - in the presence of complete repigmentation of vitiligenous foci, - significant improvement - if the patient has repigmentation of more than 60% of vitiliginous foci, - improvement - if the patient has repigmentation of 30 to 60% of vitiligo foci, Or with repigmentation of less than 30% of vitiligo foci
