The invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used in the treatment of eczema and psoriasis. Known commercial drug is a synthetic analogue of the hormone of the pineal gland - melaxen, melatonin (manufacturer Melanin, USA) (RS - Dr. M., 1999, pp 600-601).
Pharmaceutical effect of the drug - adaptogenic, promotes the organization of the biological rhythm of the body and the normalization of nocturnal sleep. It stimulates cellular and humoral immunity, regulate neuroendocrine function.
Melatonin has an anti-stress effect, which is due to its effect on neurotransmitter systems, the impact on the timing of the circadian rhythm.
