DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to reflexotherapy.

There is a known method for treating obese patients, including acupuncture VC 17, VC 21, E 19, E 25, E 45, B 67, B 20, B 21, MP 4, MP 6, TR 3 on the corporeal points and the symmetrical auricular points of the hypothalamus , Pancreas, thyroid, thirst daily for 8-10 days / 1 /.

The disadvantages of this method are the complexity of procedures, since acupuncture is performed daily in 30 acupuncture points, and the duration of treatment is 8-10 days.

The method of electropuncture reflexotherapy of obesity, which includes the effect on acupuncture on the corporeal and auricular points with a constant electric current of positive or negative polarity for up to 30 seconds for auricular and up to 2 minutes for corporal, for a course of 12-15 procedures / 2 /.

The disadvantage of this method is the duration of the course of treatment, which is 12-15 days.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the complexity of procedures and reduce the time of treatment.

This goal is achieved by selecting biologically active points 36 E, 44 E, 7 MC, 6 RP and auric points of Shen-men, "stomach", "liver", "hunger center" / 3 / for treatment, and treatment Is carried out during one session: first, an electropuncture is performed to the biologically active points 36 E, 44 E, 7 MC, 6 RP with an electric current of 1 Hz, sequentially from two sides for 1.5-2 minutes to each point, and then through 8-10 minutes after the end of the electropuncture, the microneedles are placed into the auricular points of the Shen-men, stomach, liver, and the hunger center in sequence from both sides, which are left for 21 days, while a hypocaloric diet of 1000 Kilocalories per day for 21 days.

The effect of electropuncture on biologically active points is carried out with the purpose of strengthening the general condition of the body, increasing its tone, normalizing the work of the gastrointestinal tract. Point 36 E (tszu-san-li) of the stomach meridian is the point of disease prevention: the impact on it increases the overall energy and resistance of the organism, enhances the transport function of the spleen and stomach. Effects on the points 44 E (neytin), 7 MC (da-ling), 6 RP (san-yin-jiao) promotes removal of epigastric fullness, improves digestion, regulates appetite (4).

Micro-iglotherapy in the auricular points is part of the reflexology technique of "complex spatial balance" and is aimed at improving metabolic processes, reducing the feeling of hunger. The "Shen-men" point has an effect on the central nervous system: exposure to it leads to a sedative effect. Exposure to the point "stomach" helps to reduce the secretion of gastrointestinal juice, reduces the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, thereby reducing the feeling of hunger. Exposure to the "liver" point leads to an increase in general metabolic processes in the body, accelerates the breakdown of adipose tissue. The "center of hunger" point affects the hypothalamic center of hunger: exposure to it leads to a decrease in hunger.

METHOD OF TREATMENT IS FOLLOWED AS FOLLOWS:

The patient undergoes a preliminary examination to identify contraindications in the treatment of acupuncture. The treatment procedure is carried out in one session in two stages. First, the biotactically active points 36 E, 44 E, 7 MC, 6 RP with an electric current of 1 Hz frequency are applied to the Biotonus-01 electrostimulator sequentially from two sides. The exposure time for each point is 1.5-2 minutes. The current is selected individually, so that the patient feels a slight tingling in the region of the point to which the active electrode is applied. After 8-10 minutes after the end of the electropuncture, the second stage of the procedure is performed: the auricular microneedles are placed in the auricular points of the "Shen-men", "stomach", "liver", "hunger center" sequentially from two sides. Microneedles are sealed with adhesive plaster and left for 21 days. In parallel, a hypocaloric diet is prescribed in 1000 kcal per day for 21 days. After the end of the treatment period, the patient removes microneedles. If for any reason the treatment was interrupted, then it can be repeated after 12-15 days.

In 1997, in the conditions of a medical commercial firm, more than 300 patients aged from 20 to 60 years with obesity of III, IV degree were treated in the proposed way. Confirmed overweight elimination of 85% of patients; 15% of patients did not achieve the desired result due to a violation of diet or individual characteristics.
