DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the recycling of production waste and operation of cable, especially armored and finished processing products can be used in steel mills in the production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, construction, etc.
It is known that the armored cable contains conductors made of copper or aluminum, enclosed in an insulating polymer material and steel coils of steel round wire.
The widespread production and use of armored cables, resulting in a large accumulation of waste and raises the problem of their disposal and use of the finished products processed in various sectors of the economy.
The present invention provides a way to solve the problem of recycling of cable products.
Known production line and method of metal recovery from waste current conductors in the polymeric insulation (USSR Author's Certificate №583190, cl. C 22 B 7/00).
The line includes crusher, conveyor, classifier for separating fines blade dispenser sifter with a fan and a control system to ensure the implementation of operations, such as supply of raw material, crushing in air, air transport on the classification to separate the fines, a pneumatic separation.
The disadvantage of this method is the sintering of the particles during crushing of the large amount of heat, which further complicates pneumoseparation. To exclude the sintering is necessary to use air for dispersion of the classified material, which in turn increases the loss of the recovered materials to the entrainment of the atmosphere at various stages of production.
A method of processing waste current conductors, such as steel-aluminum wire with separation of steel and aluminum (Copyright certificate the USSR №1668436, cl. C 22 B 7/00). Adopted as a prototype.
The method involves measuring the diameter of the wire twisting step of the outer helix aluminum wires and the number of coils of aluminum wire, wire cutting into pieces the length determined by the formula:

The main disadvantages of this process:
- The use of cutting the cable as a whole and the mixing of steel and aluminum parts leads to clogging of the steel parts with aluminum components and aluminum parts - the steel component, so the finished product is obtained poor quality;
- Application vibroobrabotki leads to entrainment of the recovered materials to the atmosphere and, as a consequence, loss of productivity;
- Air application for the separation of waste at the steel and non-ferrous parts is unreliable operation and, therefore, may lead to mixing and production of low quality scrap.
An object of this invention is to improve processing efficiency, reducing losses of recoverable materials, improving the quality of the finished product. This object is achieved by a method of separation of the cable, preferably armored, into constituent elements: a steel part and electric conductors by simultaneous rotation and translation of the portion of steel cable around the axis and its subsequent winding on the spool, and these operations are linked by the formula:
W = L / t, where
W - the number of turns around the portion of the steel cable axis rev / min;
L - linear translational velocity of the steel parts, m / min;
t - stranding pitch cable, m, and subsequent cutting of the cable on the steel pieces, and the electrical conductor is subjected only translational motion with velocity and L is wound onto the receiving reel.

The proposed method is shown in the drawing. For example, if the exhaust have a diameter of 5.0 mm with a cable armor layer of steel wires with a pitch of 40.0 mm and the linear velocity of the steel parts and the electrical conductors 10 m / min, while the number of revolutions of the steel parts around the cable axis is equal to:
W = L / t = 10 / 0.04 = 250 rev / min
Consequently, the steel part is moved at a speed of 10 m / min, and rotating around the cable axis at a speed of 250 rev / min, and the electrical conductor is also moved at a speed of 10 m / min. If we take the number of revolutions steel part 100 r / min, while the linear speed of its movement will be 4 m / min. With the same velocity and will move the electrical conductor.
The last part of the steel winding operation on spool can be replaced by cutting it into pieces with the finished product for its intended purpose, such as for reinforcing concrete.
In addition, steel part separation is possible for one, two or more components depending on the construction machine, its productivity, destination finished products, etc.
Advantages of the method are evident.
The quality of the separation portion to the steel cable and the electrical conductor is high, there is no mixing of the copper and steel components together is eliminated sintering separate pieces of metal and plastic material, there is no removal of the steel and electrical parts with air at different stages of processing.
Concerning:
- Increased efficiency of processing waste electric cables;
- Reduced loss of recoverable materials during processing;
- Improving the quality of finished products.

Method for processing waste cables, comprising a cable separation, preferably armored, into constituent elements: a steel part and electric conductors, characterized in that the separation of the steel cable and the electrical conductor part is effected by translational movement and simultaneous rotation of the steel parts around the cable axis and followed by winding it on a spool, and these operations are linked by the formula:
W = L / t,
where W - speed steel parts around the cable axis, rev / min;
L - linear translational velocity of the steel parts, m / min;
t - a step lay cable, m,
steel or subsequent cutting of the cable into pieces, and the electrical conductor is subjected only translational motion with velocity and L is wound onto the receiving reel.
