The authors propose a new concept of a biologically safe electronic devices - computers, televisions, mobile phones. The new concept is not based on the screening of ideas, but in a fundamentally different approach, which takes into account the geometric features of the fields of artificial origin. The need to develop a new approach that could lead to the creation of safe biological engineering and, in particular, electronic systems, is very serious. Needed breakthrough solutions based on totally new ideas that could radically change the situation. This problem is very deep, it touches on the basics of electromagnetism, electrodynamics and properties of the physical vacuum [9]. In physics remained unexplored structural features of electromagnetic fields. These features did not follow any of the Maxwell equations, or from quantum theory. They are not directly related to the energy manifestations of electromagnetic fields. The fact that the artificially created electromagnetic field with an intensity much less than the natural fields so dangerous for biosystems, leads to the conclusion that between the natural and artificial electromagnetic fields, there is a fundamental difference [5,6].

On the mechanism of exposure to electromagnetic fields
on biological objects

To solve the problem of creating biologically safe technical systems is necessary to clarify the mechanism of harmful effects of artificial fields on living organisms. Research in the field of physical vacuum theory yielded a number of fundamentally new results [9,10,12] that make reconsider the prevailing understanding of the fields of energy absorption mechanism of biological objects. Obviously, there is a particular biological systems, not the study of mechanisms of energy absorption of electromagnetic fields and converting it into electricity, which still did not have analogues in the art. The process of energy conversion in the cells occurs under the influence of the electromagnetic field in the physical environment that does not have magnetic properties. At the same time there are no habitual resonant circuit and inductive. The above means that it is not always necessary to look for an analogy with the known electronic methods in explaining the phenomena of absorption or conversion of energy.

Harmful influence of electronic systems in the human has been observed for a long time. In many applications of such systems, measures were taken to reduce the harmful effects. The most effective is the screening. This is especially true of technical systems with the use of a microwave. Moreover, all the measures aimed at the human protection from the influence of harmful factors, and not on the principle of the elimination of the harmful factor. Screening can reduce the energy fields in the surrounding area, but does not affect the structure of the field, so factor that has a harmful effect on the human remains are not eliminated. The prevailing current approach to the creation of the technical systems that are safe for humans, is to create a dangerous object, followed by the fight against harmful factors. If you predict the development of electronic systems with regard to the expansion of their use in human life, then it becomes quite clear that the overall factor of the harmful effects soon will increase so much that cast doubt on such a broad their use. Electronics, evolving without eliminating its harmful effects on the human, in the future will lead to the degeneration itself. The future security of electronic systems, they completely replace the current unhealthy computers, televisions, mobile phones, microwave ovens and so on. D.

Recently, significantly intensified research efforts both to clarify the nature of the physical vacuum, and the development of applications of vacuum technology. A feature of the registered effect was that the nature of the change in magnitude, sign and time saving effect is not consistent with the thermal effect upon the absorption of electromagnetic radiation. One of the most acceptable hypothesis, experimenters made, is that the effect of changes in the electrical conductivity of water under the influence of low-intensity laser radiation is caused by the influence of laser light on the structure of water molecular associates. In 2001, a group of scientists Medical and Biological department MKB "Electron" examined the effects of low-intensity radiation of different lasers to measure the speed of blood sedimentation of human erythrocytes. Electronic equipment, safe for human

The question arises: "Is it possible to create a completely secure monitor or mobile phone absolutely safe?" How real is this important task? Research in the field of physical vacuum theory [9,10,12] clearly show the reality of such a goal. It is already clear that the screening, selection of special phosphors decline accelerating voltages of the most important task is not solved, because the structural characteristics of electromagnetic fields remain the same and dangerous to humans. We need a fundamentally new approach. In the new approach, emphasis should be given to changing the structural characteristics of electromagnetic fields and to achieve harmony of electromagnetic fields and living organism.
