The main problems on the path of sustainable development of civilization, at the present stage of its development, are, undoubtedly, acute global energy and environmental problems. The evidences of this global crisis of civilization are, in particular, the UN Appeal to the World Community and the famous Kyoto World Environmental Agreement with the statement of the beginning of the global environmental crisis, climate change and the development of a unified strategy of states in the field of environmental measures, in particular the control of emissions of toxic substances and carbon monoxide in Atmosphere, and not signed, by the way, the United States . But attempts of the world community to solve these global and interrelated problems of energy and ecology only by methods of administration prove once again the inability of the civilization to cope with these difficult problems. While alternative energy is not able to solve this progressive global crisis. So is there a way out of the impasse and what is the path to the salvation of civilization? In my opinion, this radical and new way of the world community is to develop the concept of a new energy methodology for using the energy of electric and magnetic fields to create clean and effective technologies offered by me and to implement them as soon as possible. As a result, the energy will become abundant, and simultaneously the global environmental problem will be resolved. About this - the essence and significance of Dudyshev's new discoveries and effective technologies is my report.

UNIFIED METHODOLOGY AND THE ESSENCE OF THE PROPOSED MYSELF
NEW TECHNOLOGIES

The new paradigm and strategy of sustainable development of civilization consists in rethinking the physics and role of electric and magnetic fields in natural and technological processes and in finding effective methods of their useful use. Thanks to these discoveries and inventions, civilization has a unique opportunity to create new generation heat pumps and, on their basis, to solve the global energy problem of civilization for low-cost, environmentally friendly production of cheap hydrogen and useful types of energy (mechanical, thermal and electrical) 21.27.35 .50-55) .

In connection with the limited scope of theses, I will give below as examples only a few of my discoveries and the most significant pioneering inventions and new energy technologies based on them. They, thanks to their effectiveness, are quite capable of making a revolution in science and technology - energy, transport, etc., and in the near future.

I have discovered a new phenomenon of the powerful catalytic action of electric fields of certain parameters on any combustion process / 1 / . It opens the way to the effective management of the combustion of substances from their intensification to quenching the flame / 1,2 / . As a result, on the basis of the discovery, which has already been confirmed experimentally by many scientists of the world community, I have proposed a whole range of new environmentally friendly and intensive electric arc technologies. In particular, to save fuel at the CHP plant , to create an environmentally friendly motor for motor vehicles, to cleanly burn electric fires of any waste and turn these wastes into first-class fuels, and for instant non-contact extinguishing of fires of any complexity / 1-31 / . RADICAL DOUBLE ECONOMY OF FUEL IN ENERGY

Experiments and studies show that the proposed electro-magneto technology allows achieving radical fuel economy.

It is achieved by intensive processing of any fuel, including any aqueous hydrocarbon solutions and emulsions, oxidizer and the flame itself with strong electric and magnetic fields of low power, in combination with vortex effects, which leads to substantial, twofold and more saving of the main fuel to create The former heat in the boiler room and for the performance of useful work in internal combustion engines in comparison with the classic technologies of burning combustible substances. Simultaneously, the ultimate completeness of combustion of substances and high environmental friendliness of waste gases in such combustion technologies are provided.

ELECTRIC FIELD AND NEW DUZYSHEV KULONO-ELECTROMECHANICS

A new phenomenon of explosive electron emission and a powerful pressure wave in liquids and gases in pulsed electric and electromagnetic fields has been discovered, new effective methods of using the electric field energy in power engineering and engineering have been proposed / 36-39 / . A combined cavitation-electrohydraulic method of using the Yutkin electrohydrodural effect to produce cheap thermal and electric energy was developed, tested and patented / 42 / .

RENEWABLE ENERGY OF GEOELECTRICITY AND GEOMAGNETISM AND THE WAY OF USE FOR THE WORLD'S ELECTRIC AND HEAT-POWER ENGINEERING

The phenomenon of formation of electric charge and electric and magnetic fields of the planet and its ionosphere is discovered and explained in a new way from the single electromechanical position on the basis of these discoveries, the causes of all natural phenomena, including the rotation of the planet and known abnormal natural phenomena / 50-55 / .

On the basis of these fundamental discoveries, I have proposed methods for obtaining cheap electricity by using renewable energy of the ionosphere and the planet's magnetosphere and original methods of reducing the consequences or completely preventing the elimination of anomalies of nature and climate warming (50-55) .

CONCLUSIONS

1. The discoveries and proposed methods and inventions for the use of electric and magnetic field energy are important for effectively overcoming the global energy and ecological crisis, as they open the prospect of ecologically pure production of hydrogen, synthesis gas, and all useful types of energies in sufficient volumes for the foreseeable future.

2. The new electric fire technology of fire extinguishing and the latest technologies to prevent anomalous natural phenomena will save millions of people on the planet from man-caused and natural disasters.

3. The new electric fire technology allows to efficiently and cleanly dispose of any waste and turn it into useful fuel, and to make the engines of transport environmentally friendly.

4. The new electrosmotic technology allows efficiently to obtain cheap hydrogen and fuel gas from any aqueous solutions.
