The invention relates to cooking devices of the fuel mixture in any thermal systems containing fuel injectors, for example, in internal combustion engines (ICEs), in the boilers.
The closest device for the same purpose to the claimed utility model, a set of attributes is a device preparing a fuel mixture containing the fuel injector prototype (Great Encyclopedic Dictionary, M, 1991, v.2, s.568).
With all the advantages of the prototype, it should be noted that modern devices cooking fuel mixture using fuel injectors, while not perfect and do not provide sufficient homogenization of the fuel mixture, particularly with a deficit of oxidant, such as fuel injection nozzles in heat engines, which leads to excessive fuel consumption, and required to obtain a sufficient degree of purification of exhaust gases of heat engines use additional expensive and unreliable cell toxicity catalysts.
The invention aims to improve the quality of the fuel mixture preparation device, by improving the fuel injector.
The technical result of this utility model is to improve fuel mixture preparation device, particularly in the modernization of the injector by improving the degree of atomization of fuel and, consequently, improving the overall fuel efficiency of the thermal plant and ecological purity of the flue gases.
Said technical result is achieved by that in a device comprising, the device comprising a fuel supply (fuel injector) and oxidant mixing device and fuel and oxidizer fuel mixture supply device into the combustion zone, the fuel introduced electrostatic sprayer.

Fig. 1 shows a cooking device of the fuel mixture by the example of the injection engine of internal combustion engine.
Fuel mixture preparation apparatus comprises a fuel tank (not shown) of the fuel pump 1, the high pressure fuel line connected through fuel injector 2 to 3 (engine injector). The figure shows the simplified and the exhaust manifold 23 of the engine, fuel electrostatic spraying zone 24, zone of intensive turbulent mixing of fuel and oxidizer 26, the fuel component 25 and the ignition.
PRINCIPLE OF THE UNIT
When supplying fuel to the fuel injector 3 and the high-voltage pulses to the ring electrode 9, synchronized with pulses of the ignition fuel assembly on the plug 15, the fuel from the nozzle exit 8 subtly and intensively sprayed by Coulomb forces of repulsion due to electrostatic charging of the jet fuel electric charge of the same name plate and simultaneously activated in an electrostatic field. Simultaneously 9 vortexed fuel spray area occurs itensivnoe vortex mixing of the components of the fuel mixture. The air coming from the air filter in a conical swirler 11 vortex mixer 9 intensively twisted while in the vortex nozzle 1 placed in the inlet pipe 8 and fixed pad 9, further swirled air 23, mixing zone intensively mixed with fuel sprayed injection nozzle 3 and further through the conical nozzle 11, 12 activated, a well mixed fuel assembly through the inlet 13 at an elevated inlet valve (not shown) is inside the combustion chamber 14 of the cylinder of the engine, namely in a zone 26 concentration and an ignition fuel assemblies, since the central electrode serves second the potential of the block 20, opposite with respect to the electric potential, which is charged on the fuel nozzle exit 8.
Due to the atomization of fuel by the electric field and vortex mixing FAs FA quality in the zone 25 is much higher than in analog.
As a result, provided an increased degree of dispersion of fuel spray, the homogeneity of the fuel mixture, the internal combustion engine increases fuel efficiency and improving its completeness of combustion, i.e. improving ecology engine.
CLAIM
1. A device for preparing fuel mixture burning it, for example, heat engines combustion chambers boiler furnaces, comprising a fuel injector, characterized in that the nozzle is provided with an electrostatic spray fuel.
2. The apparatus of Clause 1, wherein the electrostatic atomizer comprises a low-power high-voltage source, an annular electrode disposed in the area of fuel spray from the vicinity of the fuel injector and is electrically connected to an output of the source, a second output of which is electrically connected to the central electric electrode spark plugs prepared fuel mixture in the region of its electric ignition.
3. The apparatus of claim. 1 and 2, wherein the conductive electrode is made annular and its inside diameter greater than the diameter of the injector nozzle, and is available directly on the fuel injector electrical insulator coaxially through the fuel injector nozzle, for example, coplanar with an end face of the nozzle nozzle.
4. The apparatus of Claim. 1, 2, 3, characterized in that it is applied to the internal combustion engine fuel injection, with each ring electrode placed on the respective injection nozzle, and is electrically connected to the appropriate.
5. The apparatus of claim. 1 and 2, characterized in that it is applied to a gasoline internal combustion engine, with annular electrodes are electrically insulated on the carburettor nozzles.
6. The apparatus of claim. 1 and 2, characterized in that the annular electrode of the electrostatic atomizer fuel injector fuel is combined constructively with a vortex mixer fuel mixture and is made for example in the form of an electrically conductive ring, placed within this vortex mixer made of a dielectric, the ring attached to one of their outputs output source of constant sign of high voltage, the second output of which is electrically connected to the central electrically insulated electrode spark plugs, located directly in the ignition zone of mixing fuel.
