COMBINED METHOD FOR ACTIVATION AND FUEL FILTER

To dramatically save fuel is necessary to achieve its efficient combustion in all thermal power plants - internal combustion engine, a boiler plant that completely and environmentally friendly to burn any fuel burner in all operating modes.

For radical fuel economy requires a range of activities with a set of electrochemical and electrical fuel processing methods, the oxidant and cooking fuel - air mixture, namely fuel and additives - for example, water and an oxidizing agent must first qualitatively prepare and activate, and also quality of mix and homogenized, but still effectively ignite the fuel mixture. The invention is aimed at improving the fuel filter through their constructive alignment with activators of fuel. To accomplish this, useful innovations fuel filter container made of a dielectric material, wherein the fuel filter is further provided with a magnetic field source located in the fuel filter, the source of the electric field, with two electrodes, one of which is made in the form of bulk conductive filter element and was placed inside a container with fuel and the other electrode is formed as an annular electrically conductive member and the dielectric is placed outside the tank of the fuel filter, with outputs of these electrodes are electrically connected to the source of the electric field. Fuel filter activator (Fig. 1) consists of dielectric container 1 with an inlet 2 and outlet 3 nozzles for the fuel supply of the electric field 4 is electrically attached to an electrode 6 and 7, with the electrode 6 is coaxially placed within a dielectric container 1 and is formed into a rod which tightly to ensure electrical contact, an electrically conductive filter element installed 8, for example made of carbon fiber and the electrode 7 is installed outside the tank 1, the dielectric being movable along the cylinder body 1. Fuel filter activator operates as follows.

Fuel 2 from the fuel tank and through the plenum (in Fig. 1, not shown) through the inlet 3 flows into the insulating container 1, which essentially is unusual electrical capacitor, said first electrode which is electrically conductive electrode 6 and volumetric conductive filter 8 on the one hand and external ring electrode 7, on the other hand, separated by a dielectric material body 1.

The invention is suitable for wide application in transport, in engine and boiler plants. Fig. 2 shows a photo electroactivator fuel (without magnet).

The calculations, experiments and studies of various modifications activators fuel convincingly show that with proper design and manufacture with respect to a given problem - and the specific heat power objects (boiler plant, etc.) based on the optimal ratio of structural and other parameters, activator fuel savings of up to 20 30% of fuel and allows the use of low-grade varieties of fuel and depleted and ballasted with water and steam, while maintaining the same fuel its calorific value. Due to the complete combustion of fuel eliminates carbon deposits on the injectors and a boiler, which increases reliability and improves the combustion environment.
