As you know, carburettors in automotive engines are designed to prepare a high-quality fuel mixture. However, they are complex and imperfect, and therefore carburetor internal combustion engines ( ICE ) are now being replaced by actively injected ICEs, in which electromagnetic injectors controlled from an on-board computer perform precise dosage and partial carburation of fuel. But in modern injector engines, fuel mixes very poorly with the oxidizer, because the injectors are in the immediate vicinity of the intake valves in the combustion chambers of these motors. As a consequence, poorly mixed fuel is not completely burnt and the ecology of the engine is far from ideal. Therefore, the injectors are equipped with cellular catalytic converters of toxicity of exhaust gases. And this is essentially a significant aerodynamic resistance - a " plug " in the exhaust path of the engine , which leads to a deterioration in the operational and technical characteristics of the engine - to reduce the maximum engine power, acceleration and fuel consumption by 10-15% , depending on the mode of operation of the engine. Thus, the abandonment of carburetors and the transition to injectors does not completely solve the problem of creating an ecologically perfect and economical ICE engine . Is there a way out of the impasse. There is a way out - you need to combine the design of the injector unit with the modernized carburetor.

I propose a new type of combined injector - vortex carburettor - a fuel mixture activator that retains dignity and an injector and carburetor ICE, thanks to which it is possible to eliminate a significant barrier to the exhaust gases of the ICE and permanently eliminate the exhaust catalytic converter of exhaust toxicity, and at the same time ensure the economy and environmental cleanliness of the ICE .

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Effective homogenization of fuel is provided by vortex mixing of fuel assembly components, for example, a vortex snail or an extremely simple device - a vortex Ecotope.

However, activation, for example, electrification of fuel in a conventional gasoline engine with a classical intake tract of the internal combustion engine, is significantly attenuated with time on the way to the combustion chambers from the contact of such electrified fuel with the metal walls of the metal carburettor and the intake manifold. In order to eliminate the loss of the activation capacity of electrified fuels, I propose to additionally electrically insulate the inner surfaces of the swirler and the inlet path, for example with polyvinylchloride tubes, but still implement the principles of activation, injection and vortex mixing of fuel assembly components in this unusual carburetor ( Fig .

So I have a long thought for a long time - to radically improve the fuel mixture preparation path, namely, to combine the vortex Ecotope , the injector and the fuel activator and in general to eliminate the standard carburetor - leave only its throttle actuator from it, then there will be activated gasoline mixed well with ozonized air And exhaust gases to enter the intake duct and then into the combustion chambers - in which such fuel assembly will burn completely and with advantage.

The expected fuel economy from this innovation is 20-30%.

These are the thoughts on improving the fuel assembly system in automotive ICE , especially with a high depletion of fuel assemblies .
