NEW METHOD OF PAINTING STONE MATERIALS

Scientific and technical edition on the newest energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies

Kurganov E.N.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

Your attention is invited to know how on the method of painting stone materials (hereinafter the Method).
Transfer of know-how is carried out on the basis of a license agreement.

FACIAL CHARACTERIZATION

  • The method is implemented on serially produced equipment, and as a result, it assumes minimal capital investments and high reliability;
  • Maintenance of the installation does not require highly qualified personnel. Training in the coloring process takes no more than one shift;
  • Availability and wide choice of raw materials and materials used;
  • The technology does not require, apart from electricity, other engineering communications (sewage, water, compressed air, vacuum, etc.);
  • The installation is possible in any room (minimum area and height);
  • Compactness of the process unit;
  • Wide range of color fractions by size;
  • It is easy and fast replicable in case of need to increase productivity;
  • In the production process, no waste is generated;
  • The method is realized on an industrial scale, the products (painted flour, sand, crumb, small gravel, lacquered pebbles) are in demand in the market and are produced serially.

DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT

Products under the license are decorative fractionated materials (hereinafter materials) artificially painted from the surface with the help of a binder and pigments.

The size range of materials is from 0.2 (0) to 20 mm . The recommended fractions are 0.2-0.5, 0.5-1.0, 1.0-1.5, 1.5-3.0.3-6 (5), 5-10, 10-20 Mm . Other fractions are possible, depending on the requirements of the customer.

Using the minimum color set of pigments from 8 colors (brown, red, yellow, green, green-blue, blue, white and black) allows to get almost any colors. The proposed recipe contains 56 colors and shades. There is a possibility of color matching according to customer's samples or RAL color cards.

Varying the regime parameters it is possible to obtain materials with a matte and glossy surface.

Composing mixes from multi-colored materials can simulate stone crumb of almost any rocks and minerals (jasper, malachite, amber, granite, etc.).

Polymer coating strengthens stone materials , and, in particular, marble, increases their frost resistance and immunity to pollution and the effects of acidic atmosphere.

Painted stone materials of even the smallest fractions practically do not contain dust , which is very important for some applications.

Tests carried out at the NIAS Center confirmed the high frost resistance and lightfastness of materials .

The ten-hour boiling of the painted materials in the water does not change its transparency and the color of the material (for example - some analogues very quickly color the water even without boiling or get whitish shade).

Ecological safety is confirmed by Sanitary-epidemiological conclusion and practical tests (use of materials in aquarium design).

MAIN AREAS OF APPLICATION

  • Finishing of internal and external walls of buildings.
  • Textured decoration of small architectural forms (concrete and wooden decorative fences, flowerpots, sculptures, benches, etc.)
  • Production of facade slabs on the basis of slate, cement-chip sheets, gypsum board and other similar materials.
  • Offsetting of reinforced concrete panels in a prefabricated house.
  • Production of mosaic plasters.
  • Decorative protective coating for roofing materials.
  • Decoration of the upper layers of polymer concrete products (window sills, countertops, steps, plumbing, etc.)
  • Landscaping, interior and aquarium design.
  • Decorative and applied creativity (making art panels, mosaics, paintings).

SOME TECHNO-ECONOMIC INDICATORS

  • The productivity of the plant on the coloring of the crumb of the most popular fractions of grain size up to 2400 kg per shift.
  • Operating staff - 1person.
  • The cost price (materials, electricity, wages, depreciation) of a color of one ton of marble chips of 1-3 mm fraction is no more than 2,000 rubles (excluding the cost of the source material).
  • The market price of similar domestic and imported products is respectively from 16.5 to 41.6 rubles / kg and from 0.5 to 0.85 euros per 1 kg .
  • The profitability of production is at least 400% .
  • The payback period of the installation at a license price of 500,000 rubles. Is 1.3 months (with a selling price of crumb 10,000 rubles / ton and sales of 48 tons per month.

POSSIBLE VARIANTS FOR SALE KNOW-HOW

  • When selling Know-how, only technical documentation and commercial information on points 1-9 are transmitted to the user. The cost of the license is 300 000 rubles .
  • When selling Know-how and turn -key technology, the user additionally receives a painting for the coloring of stone materials, the development of the pilot lot and the training of personnel in the user's enterprise. The cost of the license is 500 000 rubles .

Bidding at the cost of a license is appropriate.

With respect and hope for cooperation
