TECHNOLOGY OF MANUFACTURE OF A UNIQUE MULTI-TIME
UNIVERSAL COVER FROM FOOD PLASTICS

Scientific and technical edition on the newest energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies

Kashcheev Vladimir Sergeevich

The technology of manufacturing a reusable universal cover made of food plastic. The implementation period is 1.5 months, depending on the time of manufacturing of the tooling (molds for the thermoplastic automatic machine).

I have developed and patented the technology of manufacturing reusable universal sealing caps of the twist-off type for containers whose necks have no threads (cans, bottles produced by the CIS ). The cover is screwed by means of a threaded connection with the mechanical gripping of the neck, which has no thread. The advantages of caps are obvious:

A) they are cheaper than Euro bottles with lids (cost price - 1.3 US cents );
B) can be used, in contrast to the western, up to 20,000 times (just so much boiling food products from food polystyrene stand);
C ) suitable for any (from 0,5 to 3- liter cans of domestic production with non-standard diameter of the necks);
D ) can be used by the population and canneries;
E) can be screwed both manually and on the existing traditional plant equipment;
(E) At the same time, glass containers and product damage are excluded (losses in canning are 15% in traditional way);
G ) in house canning, no additional devices are required;
H ) the covers are equipped with an anti-explosive device;
I) caps (caps) for champagne wines have a device for draining the wine stone, which makes the production of champagne cheaper and easier.
