What additional development is needed for "NEW TECHNOLOGY ..." and what will be required

The conceptual part of the "New Technology ..." in the field of repair and reconstruction of underwater endings of structures can be considered complete and confirmed by 100%. For completion in this "part", covering the whole variety of "underwater structures", it is necessary to develop a single Technical (RD, TU), Technological (PPR and TB), Design (for the whole model range) Documentation; Patenting of Ways, Devices and Promotional tools; Manufacturing and field, certification tests; Performance of experimental and experimental works; The creation of a service repair and reconstruction campaign, with the functions of the General Designer, the General Contractor and the Production and Environmental Control of Underwater Facilities and / or the sale of Licenses and the training of marine engineers in the methods of "New Technology ...".
