Place of Birth.
Gmelinite is found in the cavities of basalt rocks in Antrim in Northern Ireland and on the island of Skye in southern Scotland (Great Britain), in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, New Jersey (USA) and in the cracks of some igneous rocks in the Crimea.
