Masking and reviewing

Greetings to you, dear tanks! We all know that the game has a very complex mechanics, not only shooting, but also disguises. It is almost impossible to calculate exactly when and where a particular tank will be illuminated. Therefore, you can find on the network a lot of different videos that give superficial information about this component of the game World of Tanks. We with you will not delve into the exact data, but just consider the main points of disguise.

As you know, in the game the main function of disguise is played by dimensions, bushes and fallen trees. To this, it is worthwhile to add additional modules, crew skills and equipment. All these game elements in one way or another have a positive effect on the disguise of your tank. As a rule, vegetation (bushes) has the strongest effect on camouflage, they are able to hide you for a long time before you approach the enemy tank or you will make a shot. Fallen trees also have an effect on masking the same degree as the bushes. But, there is a difference between them. For example, a few bushes only increase your invisibility, but a few fallen trees, already exerted action does not give out, even if you have several rows of fallen trees in front of you, the effect of them will be as from one fallen tree.

As for additional modules, equipment, crew skills and camouflage for the technique, they slightly improve the rate of your camouflage. As a rule, these indicators range from 3 to 5%. But they can be summarized, then the masking effect will be a little higher. There is also a camouflage net that adds 25% to disguise, but with the passive condition of your tank.

If you take into account the dimensions, then everything is simple, the smaller your tank, the more it has a degree of stealth and the higher the probability of good camouflage. Accordingly, the larger the tank, the smaller the indicators mentioned.

As for the very possibility of light, then, as is known, the tank has several special dimensional points, from which invisible rays go. The field of view is circular, then the tank is the epicenter of these rays. If the rays freely reach the enemy tank, then it becomes noticeable, if the rays can not reach the enemy, it is invisible. Rays can stop only objects on the map and destroyed technology, as for bushes and fallen trees, they only mute the rays, reducing the effect of light.

Now, knowing the basic nuances of disguise, you can easily use the map landscape at your discretion. Knowing these basics, you will easily improve your combat effectiveness, and the number of your victories may increase.
