Review video guide tank FV4202 guide amway921 World of Tanks

FV4202 - an experimental British tank , which was developed on the basis of the armored car Centurion . Refers to the class CT of the tenth level. The game was introduced relatively recently - patch 0.8.1

The main advantages of the FV4202 - excellent maneuverability and fairly accurate guns with a large angle of vertical guidance. The drawbacks of this model are a weak booking of the whole case and a low maximum speed.

Crew

The crew consists of five people: Commander, Gunner, Mehvod and Charging (also Acting Radist).

Specifications

Chiften has, as already mentioned earlier, excellent maneuverability (engine power - 810 hp, turning ability - 50 g / s); A fairly accurate 105 mm gun Royal Ordnance L7A1 (damage - 390/48/480, reduction - 2.1 s) with a good penetration (268/210/105 mm). The gun also has a good reduction, which greatly accelerates and simplifies the aiming.

Frontal armor (at the level of the undercarriage) The FV4202 has a sufficiently strong reservation even for tanks of the 10th level.

A good viewing range (410 m) and communication range (750 m) make it a good firefly.

A powerful engine allows you to quickly accelerate in small areas, which, with its maneuverability, will quickly move from one shelter to another.

Weak sides of the tank

The disadvantages are its low speed - 40 m / s, which, with its weak armor (body - 121/51/32 mm, the tower - 196/196/35 mm) makes it a fairly vulnerable tank during maneuvers. Also its minus is that the cannon Royal Ordnance L7A1 is unable to shoot cumulative projectiles.

The most vulnerable place in the car is its tower, especially from the front and the stern.

Because of its large, for the average tank, the size of its camouflage abilities are reduced.

Fighting tactics

The battle tactics on the FV4202 are somewhat similar to the tactics of combat on the AP SAU . The pilot's task is to occupy the place on the map as convenient as possible for a firing and to conduct a well-aimed fire on the enemy, good, the gun Royal Ordnance L7A1, allows it to do so. The terrain behind which you will cover your tank, it is recommended to choose carefully: hide the tank behind the folds of the terrain, stone buildings and other structures that do not collapse. And punching you will be pretty thorough! Attacking the enemy is recommended, moving forward with the front (I remind you, the armor there is the strongest). Ideally, it would be nice to attack from the hillock, pushing forward only the frontal part, which is closer to the caterpillars.

During the team attack, wait until the first line of tanks passes and takes their positions, only after that already advance behind it, not forgetting about its turret's vulnerability and low speed.

In case you are surrounded, try to maneuver using a carousel (spinning in one place around its axis), your maneuverability allows using this technique, this will increase misses on you.

Crew equipment

It is recommended to use the standard equipment package:

  • Petrol or Manual Extinguisher
  • First Aid Kit
  • Repair kit

In the case of gasoline and fire extinguishers, you should choose - if you expect your tank to be bombarded and accidentally catch fire - take a fire extinguisher. If you want to speed up your car a little - then choose gasoline.

Equipment of the tank

The equipment is a pretty useful thing, which, of course, is not great, but it increases the technical performance of your beast. On the FV4202 it is recommended to install the following set:

  • Improved ventilation or enlightened optics
  • Sender
  • Vertical stabilizer stabilizer

Choosing between Ventilation and improved Optics, focus on your tasks in battle - either you will have a more trained crew, or you will pinpoint enemies more quickly.

The dispatcher will speed up charging your Ordnans, which will allow more rapid fire on the enemy.

Finally, the stabilizer, will greatly improve the accuracy of the shots during the movement, which is very useful for a quick change of shelter.
