4.3. The role of HR services in the formation of industrial groups and their development
Staffing services occupy a leading position in the apparatus of state organizations and private companies control. As a rule, they are equipped with experienced staff who are familiar with all aspects of organizations and companies, tasks and functions of their departments. Special attention is paid to their financial situation, if in previous years salary cadres accounted for 60% of earnings of marketers, now - 80-85% of the salary paid search management personnel.
The activities of personnel services are mainly focused on the following functions:
• Ensuring all parts of the production of the required profession and qualification of employees;
