16.3. Test "Communicative and adaptive worker in the team"

When reading the statements, mark the "+" sign with those that you agree with, and the "-" sign with those that you do not agree with. Answer sincerely.

The key to the test

Accrue yourself one point for the answers: "No" - on the 1 st, 5 th and 7 th questions; "Yes" to all others. Calculate the amount of points.

0-3 points. You have low communicative qualities. Your behavior is stable and you do not consider it necessary to change it depending on the situation. You are capable of sincere self-disclosure in communication. Some consider you "uncomfortable" in communication because of your straightforwardness.

4-6 points. You have average communicative qualities. You are sincere, but restrained in emotional manifestations. You should reckon with others more.

7-10 points. You have high communicative qualities. You easily enter any role, flexibly react to the changing situation and even in a position to foresee the impression that you make on others.
