PENSIONS PAYMENT.

Established as the basis of the constitutional system, the social nature of the state involves caring for those members of society who, due to limited opportunities caused by various life factors, are temporarily or permanently unable to provide the necessary level of livelihood for themselves and the disabled members of the family.

Social security by age occurs mainly in the form of payment of pensions. The law establishes the retirement age for men from 60 years, and for women - from 55 years, linking the amount of pension with work experience. Due to special working conditions and other grounds established by law, pensions are also granted from an earlier age. The basis for obtaining a pension is disability, which means permanent or long-term disability. In case of death or

Unknown absence of a person to his minor children, a disabled spouse and dependents, a pension is established in connection with the loss of a bread-winner.

Payment of labor pensions, including to working pensioners, is made in the established amount without any restrictions directly by the body that is providing pensions, or by the organization of the federal postal service, credit or other organization at the request of the pensioner.
