GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

- The federal law determining the role of local self-government in the implementation of democracy, the legal, economic and financial foundations of local government and state guarantees for its implementation, establishing general principles for the organization of local government in the Russian Federation.

The law "General principles of the organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation" disclose:
